I like the staff but I literally died in the I had a blanket over my face and I was yelling for help so I have asked for a button but when the lady walked in I took a big gasp and first thing I told her was I died I… literally feel like God judged me and then I couldn't stop crying and I didn't realize til now that it's happened to other patience well my sister came to florida for vacation and when I was at the airbnb I unpacked all my sisters stuff cause she was down from new york and I ended up passing out I hit the corner of my eye I named all the walls and I tried to stand on a picture and cut my leg with the glass and this was so my mom came and took me to the hospital and they said I passed out over and over and why would I be in a closet and stand on a big picture frame to look out a window that wasn't there and I fell hard had a big black eye and and a big cut from the glass I don't really remember it my sister told me how crazy I was acting the cops even got called and they said she needs to go to the hospital so I went and they said synope but I didn't even think that's true cause I was acting weird before I passed out and I passed out from falling off the picture frame I have been back and there working on the rooms but when I went to my appointment today the spavato it was so bright and it doesn't work with light thank you I have also had a few other problems but I go there cause I like the workers but idk if the spavato has after effects when u first start is when she said that this usually happens at least to every patient at least once so the medicine makes u crazy when u do the spavito in light thank u and please fix the windows ASAP thank u SHAWNA BAKER

So far the only hiccups I had was with billing Ive met my out of pocket but they insist i pay money I constantly have to communicate this, with a person that needs therapy and going through some things in life this… shouldn’t be another added issue. My therapist are wonderful no complaints at all. I’m feeling more confident each visit and a sense of peace thankyou Marlene and Melissa! You ladies are a blessing! I give you 5 stars!

I have given this organization nearly six months to address these issues before posting this review. While many of the doctors and staff have been caring and professional, the administrative side has been extremely… frustrating. Every care coordinator assigned to our family has been transferred or replaced, leaving little continuity of care for my autistic son. Since Easter, he has experienced three seizures and two FND episodes that temporarily affected his ability to walk. Medication changes ordered by his neurologist took days to process, and an incorrect prescription caused further delays. The phone system is nearly impossible to navigate. Calls bounce between clinics, often ending with no answer, and promised callbacks rarely happen. Appointment reminders have become confusing, sometimes sending telehealth links a week early without clearly identifying the patient, causing unnecessary stress and scheduling problems. Billing has been equally concerning. Payments I have made do not always appear on statements, and repeated requests for billing assistance or management callbacks have gone unanswered. The medical staff deserve credit, but the communication, scheduling, billing, and management systems need significant improvement. Families dealing with serious medical conditions should not have to work this hard just to receive coordinated care.

I would have never thought therapy would work, but my therapist is the truth! Thank you, Jessie du Plessis for being an awesome therapist
