Caring, kind, & patient. I’m not treated like a criminal or bum while receiving the treatment I need.
The waiting room , clean ,quite , the staff was very helpful, and organized, would reccomend
Horrible service they take too long to do anything. I don’t understand why people goes to this clinic and then they want to demand you that you have to be here before 10 o’clock like they need to stay open longer for… people who does work I didn’t they don’t care if you can’t make it in they’ll leave you don’t see there’s better clinics here in Somerset. I don’t know why people keep going through this one. They’re smart asses. They’re a lot of things here.
Very nice people that work there and they care about what you are going through.
Crossroads is a very helpful and a very caring facility. Very understanding...
Best methadone clinic I have ever attended. The counselors are amazing and easy to work with and makes you feel comfortable talking to them and opening up about your addiction. You do have to go dose every day, but they… get you in and out as quick as possible. And if you do Leave what you were supposed to do, you can get take homes very quickly.
I've been in recovery for 20 years never been to a better more professional and respectful place as this in Somerset ky
I would say one of the main things is not feeling judged when you’re going into treatment and such… The staff is great. The Dr is a real sweet heart too! Sadly I’m moving and will miss everyone…
I am currently going to crossroads treatment center and they have deffenatly help me I recommend them to anyone who needs treatment them selfs or to anyone that has a family member that needs help it's a great place and… they have deffenatly help me improve my life and I would like to thank every employee that gets up ever morning bright and early to be there to help all of us thank you very much
Entrance is at the BACK, lower area of the building. Drive down behind building it's in a small lot on the back side of the building. The main parking lot around front is for different businesses.
Crossroads has been great! I moved here about 4 years ago and had to transfer and they have been by far the best clinic I have ever been to. I have been in 5 different ones and these people actually care about your… recovery! I would most definitely recommend them to family friends and anyone struggling with addiction issues!
There actually a really great place to go IV always struggled in staying clean but IV actually been able to stay clean not to mention the staff there freaking awesome 💯 a big HELLO to SAMANTHA 😁 she's the best witch… they all are 🎆💈🎉🎊🧨🧨
I've been going to Crossroads since May 2024. This is NOT just some clinic, they are Family. They truly care about you and how your doing, physically, mentally... this place know's you on a first name basis, my… counselor's name is Sam and theirs not enough space to compliment this woman so highly, I told her on such a high pedestal! We relate from her past addictions and she gets me in a way that's soo beautiful and I'm so truly grateful/BLESSED I found this place..... Rhonda in the front, to our amazing lab tech an badA$$ nurses (Jason, Heather, Donna, etc.) Crossroads is the place you need to call if you truly want help with a team that's not going to fail you if your ready to put in work! 🤍💓🤍💓🤍 ☆Heather Elmore☆
I have had a good experience the ppl who work there are great
They offer the best recovery methods of all the different places and methods I have tried and I’ve tried a lot! Of course some people will take advantage of a good thing like this and only abuse the program, while… people like me who really are tired of living the life style take this serious. The only negative thing is somerset uses the liquid methadone, it is supposed to be equally as good as the wafers, but it is nowhere near as satisfactory as the wafers and it may all be a mental aspect but I really suspect the pumps they dispense the methadone with are inaccurate, or there is some type of inside diversion with the nurses going on. The amount I take should definitely help me more than it does, But even if there is nothing going on shady it very well could be just a psychological thing where we can’t tell the liquid is legit or not. Methadone could be diluted with water and still be effective for most patients and they would still test positive the same. This is why the wafers would be a better option for the users. I have personally considered transferring to London for this reason and this reason only. I really wish we would get wafers so I don’t end up giving up on this liquid and relapsing or just stopping the treatment altogether. We would know for sure what we had too. The only downside to the wafers would be the time it takes to dose the patients and the requirement to split up wafers into smaller pieces to meet a dose requirement, but even with those downsides it still is not worth relapsing just so the staff don’t have to do as much work. I mean really that’s what I think it comes down to. We should at least get a choice. Other than this issue with the liquid I don’t have any at all with the somerset clinic. They are the nicest down to earth people you could ask for and they really seem to care.
I want to reiterate the importance of, and the much needed and deserved recognition of, all the effort of what you guys are doing for your patients. The process you have created and continue to practice and strive for… truly saves lives. And I don't just mean literally saving lives, that too. But also people getting their lives back. In every aspect. Financially, morally, etc. Feeling like you're becoming human again, and getting your priorities straightened back out is a great feeling. Moving on with the world, instead of the world moving on without you. For multiple years now, what seemed to be a guaranteed impossibility of change, or what seemed to be FACT. As in - living as the old sober me - that can't and doesn't exist anymore...has now become a 100% possibility, and now is my probability, and is becoming my new reality more and more, every day. NOW a big part of it IS a choice. I just wish I had known how well this truly does work, sooner. But thats ok. Now is ok, too. Honestly, if someone was actually asking me if I recommend y'all....I would tell them just to walk on in. Talk to the first three or four workers who work there that you happen to come across.... that's all that's needed to understand why someone would recommend y'all. And if someone is truly ready to finally face their fears and change their lives, without the fears of the physical, and worst of all, mental withdrawals...there shouldn't be a single addict on this planet who shouldn't be ready to come through those doors. Thank you guys for everything. My husband and I have been coming there now since the middle of March, I believe? Of this year. We've been together for over 10 years now and both been addicts for 15-16 years. And this is the first and only time either of us has sought actual medical addiction treatment through our own free will. And im so thankful that we ended up where we did, and I don't believe we would be where we already are now without you guys. Y'all have more than exceeded our expectations in many obvious ways. But y'all have also shown me genuine care I never expected to see. And you guys have worked with us so damn well, and only continue to do so. I constantly find myself thinking about or just occasionally reminding myself of how far we've already gotten in such a short amount of time. Which is a great beacon of our continued inspiration towards our goals of maintaining recovery. So, keep continuing to be that small, but bright light of hope that can be reached by anyone willing, with hard work and a good chosen path - out here in the massive space of darkness. Stay strong being the faces of what so many see as the ANSWER that the truly hopeless are always aimlessly searching for. THANK YOU ALL!!! -Dylan Kidder 🙃
Great place
Love all the staff everyone is friendly and cares about you. The counselors are great and really help when you need to talk there always there. Overall great place to get help for your addiction.
Crossroads has been wonderful for me. I’m so glad I don’t have to wake up every morning sick and looking. The staff at crossroads are the best. Everyone there is willing to help and work with you to maintain your… sobriety. I would recommend it to anyone who needs the help.
Good place.
Crossroads has given me the opportunity to stop taking pain medication. I have stopped. I know that I needed help and they were always there if I needed them so Crossroads is a good place to help you get through your… drug addiction.
Make no mistake, Crossroads Treatment Center saves lives in our community in a way that is every bit as direct and tangible as our hospitals, police, fire, and EMS. Add to that the families it helps to keep from falling… apart, or helps put back together. Add to it the crime it prevents related to drug buying/selling. Almost all theft is drug related - nobody steals their neighbor’s cash or jewelry so they can buy concert tickets or a new pair of UGG’s. Hard to calculate the amount of power tools, ATV’s, trailers, copper wire, etc., that weren’t stolen thanks to Crossroads. The bad checks that weren’t written to cover today’s drugs. The kids who aren’t being neglected or lost to the system. It’s generally hard to measure things that don’t happen or prove that they otherwise would have, but anyone who is an addict or who is close to an addict knows what I’m saying is true. I don’t know what the staff at Crossroads get paid but I know it isn’t enough. They deserve every resource, and all the support and gratitude we can provide to keep them doing what they’re doing. The counselors see a wide range of people who almost all have significant underlying problems, traumas, and illnesses. As difficult as addiction is to treat on its own, for most, if not all, of us, addiction is just the most obvious symptom of trying to cope and self medicate much larger psychological issues. All of the counselors and staff I’ve talked to are great, but I have to specifically call out my appreciation for my counselor, Lee. Despite, no doubt, a stack of patients and paperwork to get through she always has as much time as I need. She has never made me feel judged for my thoughts, actions, past, or present. I hope the leadership at Crossroads knows what a star they have and put every effort into making sure she knows it. It isn’t an exaggeration to say I, and people like me, wouldn’t be here today without her, others like her, and treatment centers like this. If you’re like I was go see them. Today.
I have been going now for approximately 2 1/2 years. It's kept me off the street and probably saved my life. I've never missed one day or failed one drug test since starting. If you really want help, I would advise… anyone to please start going to Crossroads. So many lives have been taken due to laced street drugs. PLEASE get help before your family has to get that unbearable call? And my counselor is awesome!!
