BrightView Health – Somerset

I've been with brightview for around 2 years. They've really tried to work with me and have went above and beyond to keep me on track with my sobriety.

Absolutely love love love this place. Non judgemental staff al the way around. They make u feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to n e one thats looking for help....

Wonderful place filled with the nicest most understanding people ive ever met. Ive been clean for 2 1/2 years and 99% of that is because of brightview and the team here in somerset. Theyve saved my life, helped me get… my kid back, saved my marriage really too much too list.

This facility is very important to those suffering with addiction and offer treatment and therapy that works. The office is very clean, professional and the staff are always kind and respectful. I definitely recommend… BrightView!!

Bright View staff has always been very helpful and professional and friendly.I have been dealing with Dr.s for the past 12yrs.and the staff at Bright Veiw seems to have somthin G they don't COMPASSION !

The staff are very professional & compassionate. My overall experience has been extremely pleasant & successful.

The Somerset office is amazing. HOWEVER, you need to hire competent people for the call center. I'm sick of getting hung up on because I end up with one that doesn't know how to look up a release and see that I am able… to make appointments for the person I call about. So much frustration over something that should be so simple. My review is for the call center and the fact that you can not call the local office directly.

Everyone is absolutely amazing. I'm grateful for Brightview! From the moment you walk in the door you feel at ease. They are a pretty awesome group if people. You never feel judged and MOST of the people that work there… do so because they were in addiction themselves or because they have a loved one in addiction. Everyone is always so amazing. Never has there been a time that I've been there and felt out of place. Everyone treats you like family (sometimes better than family) and they really do care. I would recommend them to anyone.
