If I could give a 0 I could . I called a few times because I got no answer regarding WIOA . Once I did get connected to a person , it was a guy, I told him I was calling regarding WIOA and he said “yes you’ve called a… few times” and his tone just sounded agitated by me calling multiples times . Like yes I’m trying to get my career moving and get the process going . Duh I’m calling multiple times because I couldn’t get connected to anyone . His entire disposition just rubbed me the wrong way as if I was annoying him . Like do your job answer the phone . Maybe I wouldn’t have called as many times as i did . I only called maybe 2-3 times before I finally got an answer .
Love them they helped from being homeless to having Permanent housing.Thank you all very much appreciated 💯 %
