Dr. Johnson is absolutely amazing. He’s exactly what the recovery scene needs and he makes everything so easy! 10/10
They were pretty good as long as you made it there they would write your medicine enen though i have a naloxone allergy and had 4-5 years worth of proof they started making up excuses and i was forced into taking the… bufrenorphrine shot they said they couldnt get my records but everyone signs a medical and rx release before you see the dr and they dont treat nerve pill addiction its been watuga revita and now its called something else
Can't reach someone after hours or on holidays when there's an emergency about a prescription and serious problem with it if a mistake happens or whatever the problem and situation way be.In methe past I was able to… reach someone after hours or after hours on a holiday when there was a problem with my prescriptions needing fixed and I can't reach anyone at any offices because I've called Duffield,VA and they helped me at night after hours to get my prescriptions I needed and I need them now and I can't reach anyone or get someone to answer a phone at any office in all cities and even Duffield,VA because Morristown Walgreens on the East side closed today on Thanksgiving but other Walgreens are open and I thought Morristown was open because they used to be and I receive messages from them so Walgreens could've at least let me know they closed today and Revida Recovery needs someone answering after hours like they did in the past and like the other clinics do,at least some of them have an after hours person answering and also not to mention Revida Recovery was giving me my answer medicine I the past but won't give it to me now or last year and saying it's the law but it's their decision to make because I found out and the past 3 clinics wrote them for me and it's not the law stopping any doctor from writing them, it's the doctor's decision to write them and they should especially when the patient was never addicted to them and a PC put me on them for years and doctors at 3 last clinics gave them to me and I'm not happy about this and very upset about it because of the doctors at Revida not writing them for me now but they did in the past and that's why I'm only leaving 1star
The entire team is very professional, nurturing, empathetic, thoughtful and just amazing people. I just love them and this place. They are in it to save lives!
Each and every person I have had contact with here have compassion and want you to succeed. I have been to Centers all over the country, but on my first appointment with Revida, it felt like I was finally home. Everyone… cares about you here. I can not say enough about Dr. J, he is a truly amazing and loving doctor. He is doing God's work as far as I'm concerned. You can't go wrong with Revida... Go ahead, make that hardest first call to them and you will not regret it!
Dr. Johnson is the best! This place has been so good to me! 😁
I highly recommend this office. Everyone is very friendly & very helpful! Dr. Johnson will listen & try to help in any way he can!!
As for the Morristown office All I can say is overall they are incompetent or just don't care. Rather than send the prescription to the Walgreens 2 blocks away from the office they send it all the way to the other side… of town despite being asked multiple times to have it sent to the one basically next door. One week my appointment is set for 3:00pm and next week they set it for 9:00. Aside from a few nice employees I wouldn't recommend this to anyone trying to straighten up and live clean and sober.
I'm very new there and but everyone including the doctor really cares and listen to what your saying
I recently switched from the Knoxville office to the office in Morristown.. I just had my first visit and am very disappointed that I left the Knoxville office for this one.. There are a few of the staff members there… who don’t seem to love their job and their lack of enthusiasm shows.. particularly the “Nurse,” (who’s office was very dimly lit and well decorated.) Yet she had this vibe that made me feel like she wasn’t very friendly / didn’t want to be at work.. Then there is the man who gives you your next appointment card on your way out, whom wouldn’t even look at me while I was talking to him, making me feel unheard. I thought that was very rude on both their part.. Everyone else was very nice and seemed to have a good vibe, but unfortunately the couple rude staff kind of spoiled my time there at the Morristown office.. I’ll most likely be transferring back to Knoxville hopefully.
Amazing place. Very down to earth people. Kelly at the front desk is so kind and caring. I love Dr. Johnson, he’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. He will listen and talk to you like he’s known you his whole life. All… smiles when you walk in. I was nervous coming at first but nobody has ever been judgmental or rude to me. Kelly and Dr. Johnson are my favorites but they are all very sweet. Don’t be afraid to reach out if you need help, they will welcome you right in ! 😊
It’s not often that I refer to something as lifesaving. This facility is by far the best at doing exactly what they are supposed to. They are respectful and won’t make you feel ashamed for being there. 10/10 would… recommend to anyone struggling with addiction. And yes they take insurance.
I LOOOOOOVE THIS PLACE! I've never been to a clinic that actually cared! The doctors are awesome, the staff is awesome, and without them having my back I'd probably be dead! I actually feel and know they care! They've… went above and beyond when everyone else didn't care they did! I highly recommend them if you are serious about recovery! KEY WORD SERIOUS! They will do anything you need and anything they possibly can!
Polite and caring staff.
This place saved my life. Please just be honest with your doctor and they can help you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If your addicted to opioid in any form they can help. And I've been able to do things I… wasn't able to do before do to buying percs and heroin. TY Revida for changing my life, and the life of my whole family in the process.
I just got off the phone with ole girl that answers the phone at Wataga and she just told me they don't take tn.care so maybe she needs some treatment
They are good.. But they are SLOW !!!!!! If you are 1-5 min. late to your appointment,, they get an attitude or/and will refuse to see you.. YET,, Usually takes 4-5 hours to get seen and get out.. Its rediculous!!!… Also,, one of the doctors on the weekend comes off as rude and/or disrespectful. I USE to look forward to comming here,, but its now gotten to a point where I SERIOUSLY dread having to come here!!! I feel like the last thing a recovering addict needs, is to dread or be nervous/afraid of there RECOVERY CENTER/ DOCTOR!!! Ya know?? Its all twisted.. Then there are AMAZING people who work there.. Well,a few.. Like Bridgett!!! She is absolutely The BEST!!! She cares how you feel.. If theres an issue, she tries her heart out to resolve/fix it..
When you go to a place for help and you tell them you are an addict and the Dr looks you in the face and tells you your not an addict and you should return to the pain clinic something is wrong!!! I plainly told her I… appreciate her not seeing me as an addict but I look at myself as one!!!!
Great place and every one is friendly
