The Dr is a Very Caring Man and the Staff Especially the Lady that Runs the Place is So Kind, Loving and Caring, The Staff and Dr have You're Best Interest at Heart, They Truly Care about You and Want Whats Best for… You, You're Not just a Junkie to Them, They Try They're Best to Get You Clean and Sober and the Therapist is Amazing, She Goes Above and Beyond to Help You BUT, You Must be Willing and Wanting to become Clean or it just Won't Work! If Anyone Out there is Readiing this and is Struggling with Addiction, I have been to Over 5 Different Places and None of Them Could Come Near What Dr Carter and Mrs Lisa have Done for Me and My Husband HANDS DOWN, LISTEN FOLKS THEY CARE ABOUT YOU AND WANT TO SEE YOU SUCCEED, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM BUT IF YOU WANT TO FEEL YOU'RE NORMAL SELF, THEN GO SEE DR CARTER AND MRS LISA, HAVE A GOOD TELEPHONE/TELE-DOC CALL WITH MRS CONNIE AND YOU'LL WALK IN FEELING SO BAD ABOUT YOURSELF AND LIKE NO ONE CARES BUT I GUARANTEE YOU THAT YOU'LL WALK OUT OF THAT OFFICE FEELING LIKE YOU'RE OLD SELF BEFORE DRUGS TOOK OVER YOU'RE LIFE AND I DON'T CARE HOW FAR OUT THERE YOU ARE OR WHAT YOU'RE DOING, DR CARTER AND THE STAFF WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LOVED AND CARED ABOUT, EVERYONE DOWNS PPL ON SOBOXONE BUT IT SAVED MY LIFE, SO PPL CAN CALL ME A DOPE ADDICT, AN ADDICT I'LL ALWAYS BE .... I'm going ahead and give a 5 start so this will be my 1st appointment Wednesday .

I was going here since they hopped up there doors at the old office before they hopped there new office here but after like 15 years they let me go said it was for my safety. I'm going to another place but when I was… going here I did think they all cared for my safety other than when I was asking for help but no one really help me. I was even told they would bring some food. But never gotten anything. Just like this new place the same thing. Idk but I do miss this place. And I know they take people back because of course I overheard a lot but my life got really bad condition then I over hord the one lady on the phone saying it was really bad but I'm sure who they was talking to after she even goes tilling the Dr not to say nothing to me behind my back sorry I looked behind me I could always feel when someone in a room is talking about me or my conditions and when I was let go they even took the money n trying to say it was for the mouth before when I get a check on the 1st n it fool on a weekend we always get 2 checks in that same month so I don't know how they got that. I really never post on these things but I really don't know y they just hopped 2 days of a week but after today idk if there involved in these other places because this place did a DNA move then ones I'm posting this as. S reminder.

The people there really care for your recovery

This place literally saved my life…the staff and doctor are caring, compassionate and empathetic. Just a wonderful, supportive little community there.

Waited a week and half for an appointment . Got a call just before my appointment time to say I needed to wait another 30 mins then come . Now sat here for almost 2 more hours waiting to be seen . Kind of ridiculous for… the money it costs . If you can find another one , I would suggest it . I probably will .

I have tried multiple programs to get clean and stay clean with no luck until I came to this office. Lisa, drew, and grace are all very professional. The Dr is wonderful and I am glad to say I am still clean. Thanks so… much for the faith and the program.

I like the people who work there they are very nice but they don't have a very good screening process or they would have caught the person who is using there sister's ID just saying
