I have never attended a treatment center who works so hard to keep their patients here. If you met them in a different setting, you would think some of these counselors were family members of the patients. They… genuinely care about everyone that walks through that door. You can walk in at your absolute lowest and you will be greeted with a smile and treated with dignity. They understand their patients are on a path to healing, they are not completely healed and some mistakes may be made. They do their absolute best to keep you for making mistakes, and help you mend mistakes if they do happen. They are a great team of counselors and Moriah was doing BIG things to have these patients treated like humans and making sure their rights were not taken from them because they are "just addicts". There are a lot of success stories that have came from this building and the negative stigma should be put to rest. However a mommy gets her baby back or a baby gets their mommy back, should be celebrated. Not everyone recovers the same and if you are angry that someone is recovering different than you are, you are not done working on yourself.
These people are the best. Just the best, all of them. If you need a place to go get things straightened up in your life and your not going to impatient or you want to continue outpatient after and impatient stay ..… there wouldn’t be anywhere else I would recommend to anyone other than Amazing Grace. They’re the best!
