If Pathway Program treated you or someone close to you, your account would help the next family deciding.
because someone invited me to your Thursday evening support group with a bunch of other beautiful adults and if you are in on staff there or an owner, could you please protect boomer and not protect yourself? I share… the street with a commercial you know property and and yours and it’s 4700. It’s a divorce lawyer practice over like the Peterson lawn. It’s just horrible living across the street from you and that place it was 17-year-old daughter. She was born in Arizona and she’ll be graduating from the high school. I’m pretty sure this year and I will tell you that I hate her husband with all my heart and soul, and I hope that you are a very spiritual person and you would love to have a better business one day or something with better camera than other protection. It’s really long, huh? Copy and paste that.
As a parent, watching your child struggle with addiction is one of the most heartbreaking and helpless experiences imaginable. When I found the Pathway Program, I finally found something unlike anything else I had seen… and finally felt hopeful. What makes Pathway so special is that they understand recovery is something that takes time. Their program provides at least two years of ongoing support, weekly meetings and fun activities, accountability, and encouragement, giving teens/young adults the time they truly need to build a strong foundation for lasting sobriety. The support doesn’t stop with the teens. The weekly parent meetings offer an incredible source of strength. Being surrounded by other parents who truly understand the fear, frustration, and emotional roller coaster of loving a child struggling with addiction is invaluable. The guidance and friendships I’ve gained are something I will always be grateful for. One of my favorite parts of the program is the community they’ve created. Every Friday and Saturday night, they organize fun, sober activities that give these teens/young adults a safe place to spend their weekends. Instead of feeling isolated, they build genuine friendships with others who understand exactly what they’re going through. They celebrate each other’s successes, lift each other up through setbacks, and become a family that supports one another’s sobriety every step of the way. I’ve honestly never seen another program quite like Pathway. Their commitment to both the young adults and their families is extraordinary. If you’re a parent searching for hope or a young adult looking for a place where you’ll be supported, encouraged, and truly understood, I cannot recommend the Pathway Program highly enough. It has been one of the greatest blessings for my family.
We were pretty desperate when we got to Pathway. After going down a mental health roller coaster that included in-patient stays and many diagnoses and medications, we ended up realizing that our daughter’s substance… abuse was more of an issue than we thought it was. We took action immediately and started the Pathway program. It has turned her life (and ours) around. Her start was rocky because she wasn’t committed to quit yet but the amazing team of counselors stood by her side and supported her throughout her journey, even when she had to do another in-patient stay to get the substances out of her system. During that time, she committed to herself to get sober and requested to go back to the Pathway IOP after she got out. It was her choice, and that’s what got her sober. She has been sober for 7 months and is back to her awesome self. This wouldn’t have happened without the support of the program. We still attend the parent meetings every week, which have taught us so much and we’re better parents for it. This group has no judgments because we’re all going through similar things and are learning from each other and the amazing staff. We also love the social program they put on each weekend as it keeps her with a community of sober kids, and they know how to have a good time! The Pathway team, who are all recovering alcoholics/substance abusers, is devoted to the kids and to keeping them sober. During the darkest days, we were so grateful that we could reach them at all times to guide us during difficult situations. They are so incredibly knowledgeable because they lived it themselves. Even though her IOP has ended weeks ago, she continues to participate in the program (for free!) by attending meetings twice a week and joining the social events every weekend. Her counselor also continues to meet with her frequently to make sure she’s working her steps and staying on the right path. We’re so incredibly thankful we found them.
Took my son to Pathways a few years back. He was doing pot. He met a girl there she got him hooked on heroin. 8 yeas later he is still fight heroin. Pathways takes your money and nothing else. Awful place. It is a money… grab
As a 16 year old I’m sure I would have rated it higher. I loved being bummed cigarettes by my step 2 counselors and staying up late partying. I couldn't see the rest until later. I didn’t realize my parents had been… asked to shell out $18,000 out of pocket for treatment and then some. Definitely subtracting a star for all the nickel and dimining. Oh, and I didn’t realize how much the trauma therapy would cost in my 20s either! But please, make your own educated decision. There are about 30 something news articles about this place and affiliated ones spanning decades.
Not great. I came out with more problems than when I went in. I stayed for the whole 2 years. Also, most of the reviews that are 5 stars are counselors posting their 5 star ratings. Don't trust these people.
Horrible program. Do your research! They have bad reviews taken down and fake 5stars posted by staff.
Got sober here in 2018. Great program for young people. Staff cares & knows what they are talking about. Outpatient/rehab is rarely a fun experience but the Pathways program does an excellent job of making it as fun and… supportive as possible
Excellent and caring team that goes above and beyond.
This program and the people there absolutely saved my life. Loved the fact that i wasn’t locked in like many other rehabs do to patients. Having that freedom really helped me decide if I wanted to live a sober life or… not. The staff there is amazing I’m still close with several of them even after graduating from the program. They taught me how to live a happy and sober life and how to take responsibility for my actions instead of pointing the finger at the rest of the world for my problems. Highly recommended sending someone here if they need help. Wouldn’t trust the bad reviews of former patients. Nobody’s fault but their own that they couldn’t get their life together. P.S Garrett Wyatt sucks eggs
After many failed attempts at recover and going to multiple rehab facilities I moved from California to Arizona to find this program. I can only think of good things to say about the staff and people that helped me find… my way towards the great life and current situation i have today. I highly recommend this program to any parent with kids or young adult struggling with addiction. I am 3 years sober and still am involved with this program and staff will still to this day reach out and check in on my progress with living a happy sober life.
Ehh
This program has helped me change my life around. I was met with love, understanding, and support from the moment I walked in. The amazing people in this program have showed me a better way of life and I’m so thankful… for my experience here.
I attended Pathway two decades ago and am now a mom of teenagers myself. I’m so sad and frightened to hear this program has been allowed to continue after everything thats come out. They took my entire college fund from… my parents and then kept me from my home and family. After the abuse became too great, I left and was able to receive real treatment from professionals. I’m far from alone and I encourage any parent considering this program to research it like their child’s life depends on it because it does.
Fresh approach to helping young people with addiction issues. The Enthusiastic Sobriety method was started by Bob Meehan, who wrote Beyond the Yellow Brick Road. Highly recommend The Pathways Program!!. You and your son… or daughter will be treated with respect and genuine compassion.
This is how my daughter found sobriety. She was surrounded by amazing people that love her in this program. She joined IOP at 21 and was able to gather tools to help her, not only to stop drinking but for life. She now… has a team of peers and staff that love her and will help her when things are hard. Her counselor was upbeat, caring and called us every week to give an update on how she is doing. There is also a parent peer support group which was a lifeline for me as a parent. Enthusiastic sobriety does not only help kids get sober, it provides a community and a place that is theirs to have fun and create meaningful experiences. I was skeptical at first but I would hands down recommend Pathway to others who are helping their kids and in my case my young adult get sober.
The Pathway Program is wonderful for teenagers and young adults struggling with alcohol and drug addiction! I was in the program when I was 15 in 2017. I joined and completed treatment there and it completely changed… me! I was able to make good friends and become a better person myself. I also became capable of holding a job for a long period of time, owning a car, graduating high school a year early, having an amazing relationship with my parents, etc. It really is unlike any other treatmemt facility and I would really recommend giving this place a shot! :)
I came to the Pathway Program when I was 14 and struggling with addiction and had no way to cope with life's problems. I came here and didn't know what to expect but upon arriving, it was so much more than I expected. I… saw that people were genuinely happy and I wanted that. I went through the intensive outpatient program and grew a tremendous amount. Getting sober here taught me how to deal with life's problems in a healthy manner, graduate high school at 16 and start college at 16. Today, I am approaching 4 years sober and work in an environment helping kids get sober like I did and none of this would have been possible without the help of this program and the amazing counselors.
The pathway program is unmatched when it comes to teen recovery, their approach is really able to show youth a better way of life. Amazing program!!
The Pathways Program literally saved my life. I had lived in Montana and had been using drugs and alcohol for a few years and eventually had hit a bottom of depression and hopelessness and saw no way out. My parents… moved me down to Phoenix and put me into outpatient here when I was 16 and it was a life altering experience. The staff and counselors here are wonderful people who care more about the treatment of the clients than any other facility I have been to. Their practice of enthusiastic sobriety really made being sober attractive to me being as young as I was and because of that I have found a life better that getting high. I highly recommend this place for any young person that having issues with substance abuse because personally I don’t think I could have gotten sober anywhere else. God bless!
They say nothing changes if nothing changes. Thanks to Pathway, our whole family has changed and found a way to live our lives with hope, peace and joy. The weekly family meetings gave us tools, not only in dealing with… our sons but in looking at what was and what was not working in our lives. Having a safe place to share our stories, find healing and grow in an accountable way was so amazing. Knowing that you are not alone in this journey released the futility and darkness we felt. There is no other program out there to my knowledge that is based in enthusiasm, unconditional love for the people involved and steps based recovery. Having the opportunity over two years to dig in and participate works. I can honestly say that I still smile when I remember some of the fun we had with other parents while dealing with some really difficult days. We are so very grateful!
Pathway is a wonderful program that has helped countless young people and their families. Their staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Could not sing enough praises for this program.
Great staff and good program
Wonderful staff. Wonderful facility. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the pathway program. Truly a blessing to have walked this journey with the fantastic men and women I met here.
