Going to class at SOARFIT is amazing. Coach Mike is one of the best instructors I’ve taken class with. He creates a space where you feel supported, encouraged, yet also challenged. His commitment to incorporating mental… wellness alongside physical wellness is refreshing and very needed in this space. Thank you Mike and SOARFIT!!!

I recently began the IOP program at Guardian Recovery, and on my very first day Marta was the group facilitator. From that moment forward, group with her has been truly eye‑opening. She has a unique way of asking… questions that makes you dig deep, recognize your triggers, and explore feelings you didn’t even realize you had been repressing for years. The exercises she guides us through have helped me turn one of the worst situations in my life into something I can finally see in a positive light. Marta has also taught me how to communicate more effectively with the people around me (especially those who tend to trigger me) and that has already made a huge difference in my daily life. Her insight, compassion, and ability to help us grow are remarkable. I’m genuinely grateful for the impact she’s had on my recovery journey. Guardian Recovery is fortunate to have someone like her.

Best program around hands down. I didn't know what to expect since it's my first time getting treatment but it blew my expectations. 75 days sober and counting. The staff is great and understanding.

At new pathway they are truly the perfect place to actually get help. They are caring and supportive! The place to go for any problems you can’t solve on your own!

Staff is great

Top program I found. Every other place I inquired about wanted to do sit down group for three straight hours with a couple of breaks. This place does an hour in the gym then an hour of yoga / meditation than an hour of… group. They also offer you free lifetime membership at their group as long as you graduate.

Excellent program. Finally learned how to work out properly. Very interactive and great staff all the way around. 10/10

This is by far the best place I've ever been to. They actually care about you and your recovery. Touching base and keeping you healthy physically and mentally.

I’ve been going here for only a few days and am absolutely loving it! It’s the only IOP I’ve actually wanted to stick to. I look forward to going in the morning. The physical training aspect is like no other, and I’ve… found all the counselors and trainers very supportive. The other clients here are also very friendly. So glad I found you guys!!

Amazing experience and recovery!

This place is absolutely amazing! What a wonderful place for recovery!!!

My spirit to recover has been renewed! I did not want to include physical wellness into my recovery for 15 years and kept relapsing. I’ve been clean since 2021 but became dependent on medication and addiction to… avoiding discomfort. I came to New pathways in April to finally get off psychiatric meds that were not helping and stop needing to avoid my growth by staying stuck in the cycle of cannabis dependency. This recovery center changed my life exponentially. It reminded me i am an athlete and a skilled physical risk taker. I’m independent and i can practice disciplined when i put the substances down! I will be back if i ever need a little extra boost and i will tell anyone new to recovery to try this before rehab in Florida ANYDAY! No offense, Florida but there is an easier softer way! If you are willing to try anything and wish that you enjoyed physical activity again, this is the road less traveled! 😉

I am close to graduating and I have to say this is the best IOP experience I’ve ever participated in the workout the yoga, the groups. The one on one counseling have been exceptional. I would recommend this place to… anyone seeking help with substance abuse.
