I waited until I was well over a year sober before I left this review. But shame on Bobby for kicking me out on the streets for no reason. Especially when I was most vulnerable for relapse at that time. That dude does… not care about residents, only money. All higher up staff, they only care about money. There is so much I can say on here but I don't want to deal with the legal issues, however if you truly care about your sobriety, you HAVE to be in a sober living that is run by the residents, like how Oxford Living does. The higher up staff make biased opinions, and will kick you out with nothing but the clothes on your back, for virtually no reason. Claimed that I wasn't allowed to own a mini fridge, when other staff who did inspections said I was allowed to own it. Creating mass confusion . And without warning Bobby kicked me out on the streets, where I relapsed and had nowhere else to go. I finally got into Oxford Sober living and that is where they truly helped me. Westcare do better. Bobby claims I got kicked out because of a mini fridge, but I think it's because of the bed bugs that I found, and the noise I made about it.

Was at blossom care in 2014? Had 2 DUI with no alcohol, metabolite with 4 months apart 2009 and Feb 2010. Had to blow in a machine to start my Chevy s10 to start the ignition for 1 year, attended AA down around the… corner. Loved directors Cheryl and Bobbie her husband was awesome . Would like to come to blossom house for 29 till 60 days even 90 days

A big shout out to WestCare! 5 stars all the way around. I used to receive services from them a few years ago, but today I took a friend to her appointment without knowing what to expect. The staff were incredibly… compassionate and accommodating to her needs (she is disabled!). They made her feel welcomed, spoke to her with dignity, and got her into treatment right away. WestCare helped turn my life around at one point, and they can do the same for you! Reach out :)

They never call you back. Chaz and Brittany don't care about you. I'd rather die drunk than accept help from these lame people. Don't go!!!

WestCare is currently the key resource helping me to succeed in my recovery from drugs, alcohol, and just about every other evil imaginable. I will be eternally indebted to this wonderful, life changing program. Highly… recommend. Chaz is an angel among us.

After spending time using UA services there I found that the staff can be very welcoming and friendly. I have a shy bladder and at times it takes me a couple attempts to go. They used to be understanding and patient but… something changed. The more nervous i am the harder it is to go. The staff used to be understanding and tell me to take my time but lately staff started to make comments like oh are you sure you're ready which only served to make me feel more pressured. If i had trouble going they used to allow me to walk around and have a smoke or sit in my car while my nerves would settle but now its an automatic failure if i leave their view. I also dont know i trust their thermometer because it sometimes reads lower. Every policy i have read says urine temp is acceptable if its 90-100 but they only accept 95-100 no matter how slow the stream or how much time it took to get the amount they needed. Then you place The cup on a cold toilet tank and zip up before they get in to temp it. So there is plenty of time for it to be cool.

Great Counseling Services, Best Experience for the right track...

The staff here are caring and personable. Also for being easy on the pocket these therapists here are very experienced in recovery methodology. I strongly encourage anyone with addictions to enroll for outpatient… recovery as well as in depth psych therapy for other issues. These people know their stuff. 5 stars! Way to go guys. Keep up the great work.
