Community Medical Services – Kingman

I’ve seen how this clinic provides an important service to the community by helping people access treatment and support when they need it most. The staff is caring, respectful, and committed to helping individuals work… toward recovery. It’s encouraging to have a place like this that offers hope, promotes healthier lives, and positively impacts families and the community as a whole.

I checked in today at 10:30 am waiting for more than 15 mins along with 2 others that came right behind me. Then a few more people arrived and got their numbers called before me and the other 2 individuals that were… already waiting. I asked to check in again and all she said was “let me see what’s going on”. Mind you, I don’t have any appointments, I’m not scheduled to see any counselor.

My experience here was horrible I attended this clinic for the better part of a year but most all of the staff there were disrespectful except for the nurses, The manager himself chase was extremely disrespectful and… the whole situation was very unnecessary I also witnessed several hipaa violations as well as medical malpractice multiple times through the provider. Each time trying to call them out on it I was berated and argued with and called names. I literally even had certain employees come up to me and apologize for their bosses behavior in say they do not understand why they are doing this. I tried to get them audited by the DEA but I don't know how because they literally charged me for doses of methadone and said I took them on days when I was not there. Which means they were stealing methadone. Yes I have receipts for all this and there was much more.

This place offers opioid rehabilitation, friendly,and my Counselor Sarah is awesome,she's respectful and is sincere in helping with recovery and is available to offer any resources that are in her reach to help out… thank you!

Cms sucks counselors say they put in paperwork they didn't and then they charge you to another worthless counselor every month or two and then they have to put in the same paperwork the last worthless counselor said… they had already put in. They don't care about you getting off methadone at all they just want to keep you there as long as possible so they get their money

I just went in this morning I'm always there Mega early and I always have people cut in front of me today was the day that I was just done having people come in front of me because I have to be to work at 5:00 I get… there at 4:00 sit in front of of the door for half an hour just for people to come at the last minute and cut in or have people saving spots anyways I talk to the people upfront and you took care of it right away this place is amazing and it'll help out so much in so many different ways im not saying because of this one reason there's been many but thxs yall

My name is Darla and I've been going to CMS in kingman for over a year now and honestly don't have much to say about the clinic personally I will say everything positive and nice about my counselor Magen Z. She is the… best person I know in the clinic and even my personal life. She brightens the darkest room, she's very caring super nice and is always there to help and she has the biggest heart. It's great that there is a clinic like this for people who truly need it, and if anyone ever gets the chance to meet Magen you'll forever be impacted by her beauty and kindness. Thanks for all you've done and being there for Donovan and I.

I haven't started yet but I live in fort Mohave so.my friend said I should try this place in Kingman this will be the seventh time I am trying the methadone clinic if this place is as screwed up as the one on Hancock in… Bullhead City I will never try it again so I'll see tomorrow the place in Bullhead City is the crappyist clinic in the world they were cruel and uncaring hope this is better....

Cms is the best.... they have a great staff and they genuinely care about u..... my counselor Valerie jolicoeur is the best...... such a genuinely great person.... 💯

The clinic is an amazing place, it's so therapeutic and makes me feel like I can proceed with my life. I have support and am happy with the many women at the clinic who help me daily.

This place is so pathetic, you can't even get a live person on the phone. Money hungry that's all this place is

So grateful for CMS and all of the employees that have helped me so much on my path to being clean! I'm 3 years and counting and wouldn't have gotten here without everyone there! But an extra special thank you to my… counselor Megan for all the extra effort she has given over the years a d always being there to talk through the issues I've had here and there! SO MUCH better than BHC clinic...I swear that place made me want to keep using!

Great people, great Dr and great staff! I would have lost my life to addiction a long time ago if it wasn’t for C.M.S if you know someone struggling with opioid addiction I strongly recommend C.M.S

Not horrible. We know there's alot of people but some of us feel very unseen. Thank goodness for Paula, need help, need someone to help ground you, need a shoulder, an ear, need a form signed, need something looked in… to, need help with your plan, she is always there and is always the one to help and get things done. Wish we could ask for her to be our counselor. 5 stars to Paula. Quite awhile later wanted to add how they've turned into an uncaring corporation like company who abandons patients once they finally come off of their medications and refuse to proceed with counseling if you don't continue to take their medicine and never answer your calls again.
