Better Horizons LLC – Gilbert (85295)

Those are not the pictures of Elgin house or any better horizon house. Staff are mostly not capable of handling or tending to any issues that come up, including any medical or psychiatric emergencies or complications… I've witnessed many times staff giving improper medications and/or doses and refuse to accurately acknowledge things done wrong especially if it's serious. For those who have had good experiences, I'm glad it worked out or is working, but please check if they're actually doing what they say and the most likely reason for no issues is most likely from the fact most staff don't bother with the client's excluding a few that genuinely can't sit and watch people be miserable or alone and try helping as a good person. My review rating is based on the fact that some staff do help, but that just means one or two staff if they even stay or don't get transferred between houses

Better Horizons Llc is a very special place, the staff really cares for you,they loved me until I could love myself,I quit smoking in my time there because they cared enough about my health to help me do that. The… facilities are beautiful,very clean, just like home too! I just can't say enough about how incredible my time was there. My life ha changed,I have moved on and gotten my own place,I was so sad to leave not only my dear peers but the staff who loved me so much that I learned to value myself. I learned the skills there to be one independent and succeed ,I've been in several group homes and this is more than that it's just a home where you can be safe,healthy,and stabilize then move back on to your own life!! I'm actually going back to visit!! If your child,mother, sibling or whoever your loved one is know they are safe and cared there!!
