Behavioral Crossroads Recovery LLC – Egg Harbor Township Detox and Rehab Services
Behavioral Crossroads Recovery LLC – Egg Harbor Township is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

My grandson has only been here a few months I see a big difference in him, everyone we talk to there are very caring, I love his van driver Monica she is the sweetest and very caring, thank you all for your help
Transportation sucks my driver Monika treats me badly doesn't like me she speeds down wildwood roads while going slow to others houses I accidentally had my phone on blast and had just turned it on and she told me to… turn it off or use headphones and if she gave me a minute I would've turned it down and she just gives me attitude everything I do is wrong can't wait to leave all I get is disrespect when she talks to me I don't know what her problem is
I literally love this place! I have received so much support from different counselors there. They really do care about us and what's going on. They work their hardest to make sure we feel safe enough to open up and… really do some work. My name is Jessica and I will say Anthony(a counselor there) truly got through to me. I didn't finish the program but I will be celebrating 4 years clean soon thanks to the one thing he said to me 'when is enough, enough'
My mentally disabled niece was waiting on the corner of Texas avenue and Arctic avenue the van driver drove by her several times when she did get on the van the van driver cursed at my niece several times behavioral… crossroads did not call me back send a letter or do anything to let me know they had discipline this individual
Most staff is uncaring and robotic. Allows an unsafe environment.
BCR saved my life. Today I have 3 years sober and it is thanks to the amazing staff at BCR. I hope one day I can help people just like they helped me. 10/10 recommend this treatment facility
Incredible services. The staff is so caring and compassionate. They will help you with anything that you need. The environment here will make anyone feel safe. I cannot recommend this place enough. This program has… changed my life. **Addiction/Substance Abuse Treatment Program**
Not a good place, they all care about money. If you don’t feel good they still want you to stay. .
Recovery program Overall very good great people
Crossroads has been a great experience and has changed my life. I recommend this place to everyone.
I've had some bad experiences with SOME of the employees there but overall I love MOST of the counselors there are great! They give assistance to those in need and have great Groups that help alot!
Let me first start by saying that Crossroads is a nice program but it does have some negatives i hate about it. Here are my Pros and Cons based on my experience i had when i was a Crossroads member from December 22nd… 2009 - October 19th, 2011 Pros: 1) Most of the Case Managers/Counselors and staff were pretty nice and friendly. 2) They have a gym where clients can go play certain types of sports 3) Sometimes they give clients a special luncheon if they do well with their treatment plan or do well in general there. 4) Most of the Case Managers/Counselors there are females who are young which for me i much prefer having only females as my Case Manager/Counselor especially since am generally far more comfortable/relaxed around females in general than i am around males. Also a few of the female Case Managers/Case managers i met there are pretty attractive. 5) Sometimes they have small parties on occasion' "for example' they had a Halloween party in 2010 and they had a costume contest where i won 1st place. 6) Once in a while they do talent shows where clients can show their talent 7) My favorite Case Managers/Counselors that i had there were Margo, Meg, and Natalie. Cons 1) The Transportation that they provide sucks which the Van ride gets uncomfortable when there're too many clients on board and when some of the client's clothes smells like cigarette smoke. 2) Most of the Case Managers/Counselors don't legitimately care about they clients for real and just really cares about earning paychecks. 3) Some of the clients (especially that long red haired fat woman named Amanda and that spiky haired old man name Jimmy) whom i encountered gave me some problems. 4) There was this pretty attractive and athletic build female Case Manager/Counselor named Gloria who told me to go to the director's office because out of anger i slammed my orange seat cushion on the table. Also Gloria is pretty intimidating where she seems to take everything too seriously. 5) Most of the clients there are either middle aged or old which is unfortunate for the young folks who attends Crossroads. 6) It seems that most of the clients there are smokers which is why i usually do not go outside in the backyard since some of the clients there who smokes goes out in the backyard and smokes during breaks. 7) My least favorite Case Manager/Counselor that i had there was Kim (The Asian Woman) which she was my first ever Case Manager/Counselor that i had at Crossroads and she sucked. 8) I dislike sitting in groups almost all day long hearing about other clients problems and miseries which i usually dislike group conversations. 9) I don't get enough 1 on 1 time with my Case Managers/Counselors that i worked with. 10) When some clients does something that's against the rules every client gets punished by taking away some privileges. 11) I hate having to switch cases managers/counselors after case managers/counselors and retell my life story each time one leaves the job. 12) The so called gym (The gym looks like a warehouse) that they have there is not that clean and some or most of the equipment are damaged obviously by some of the clients 13) I quit Crossroads since Crossroads only gave the female Van Driver a warning after she said something bad too me in the Van and since she wasn't fired and i didn't get my justice' i quit the program even though i eventually got tired of going there anyways. I'm done with Mental Health Programs/Partial Care Programs entirely. If you decide to go to that program do your research to see if that program is right for you. Also when you're starting out your first day or first week at Crossroads i highly recommend to not let them assign a Case Manager/Counselor for you because you might end up having a Case Manager/Counselor you may not like to even work with so it's best to request them in advance who do you want to have as your Case Manager/counselor to work with.
crossroads is a good program to go to im not going to say its a bad place to be had i was there way back when meg was there and Doug he had the program in shape rules was strick but now we got new people that took meg… and doug spot rules is not being to strick we have people kissing tthe backyard people use this program as a hook up not really mental health. Over all you got nice people there staff as well clients food is good we have great kitchen to cook in . remember the old saying you can get nothing out of crossroads what you dont put in
This place is a big joke After months the owner responded to my review just goes to show the don’t care about their patients they sure didn’t care about me and won’t let me come back to finish my program witch is crazy… to me because I’m going for thc but my sister currently goes to the your program and goes and gets high on her lunch break with all the patients all you guys care about is money you don’t care about us and our recovery and your workers should be working harder than us because we are the ones who need help and you guys are getting paid to do just that
The residents are good ppl and share good Information on how to deal with addiction & etc. But however, the staff don’t take residents serious, they brush you off and don’t pay attention to your needs what so ever‼️💯
Had a horrible experience I definitely would not recommend this place they did not help me at all the manager of the house was nasty and the groups were the same everyday
Terrible place very few happy workers, disrespectful. Do not tend too client needs. Dirty!
Nice people here
Caring and devoted people if you are serious about kicking this disease this is the place to go
If you are suffering from addictions and are looking fro a place that can help you get on track and the staff are kind, caring and dedicated crossroads is your place .
Recently a friend of mine was treated at behavioral crossroads. He suffered from a severe drug addiction that many thought he would not be able to overcome. My dear friend is alive today thanks to the warm staff who… brought him back to sobriety. We are so thankful for the care and rehabilitation provided to him during his time in Crossroads. Thank you!
I have had a very positive and pleasant experience. The staff and treatment I received was great and catered to all my needs. I felt that I got a great education as well as the proper tools to help me in my future and… build a better future for myself. I am so very grateful to behavior crossroads and I highly recommend this facility to get the care you need!
The classes were the same classes recycled over and over again every other week, as to say that the clients must be too stupid or something to realize it or that they just didn't care and was doing them as time a… filler. And they go through counselors like they go through under wear, and my last counselor was always short and patronizing towards me. They need to start actually caring about the clients instead their wallets! After being there for months I was highly disappointed in their caviller attitudes and lack of caring for the people who ultimately pay the bills there...
Very nice people
I used to go here it and it really helps.
