Exemplary. Outstanding, treated respectfully with dedicaded medical professionals, staffed with veterans, combined with unique concepts combined with Tactile and Tactical resources.
The call center that is supposed to support has critically failed twice. First they failed to get me my ptsd medicine requested in time, which led to a mental break due to going cold turkey for weeks, now they failed to… send a message to my social worker requesting they call me in regards to a time sensitive legal issue. I spoke to someone on the phone just now and called them out on this, they may as well have muted me and just said, in an uncaring voice, "I'm sorry that you feel that way." I'm putting this 1 star here because they allow this call center to still work with them and must know at this point how much of an absolute failure they are. This is willful negligence of veterans.
Dr. Smith and the whole staff was absolutely amazing! The way they treated my husband and took care of all of his medical issues, especially being sympathetic towards his constant back pain, it was very professional and… would highly recommend this VA clinic.
