For anyone trying to drop off clothes; if you drive yourself or need to send an uber courier send them to the Eagleville Hosp address as you / they pull in there is a security tower. You give the clothes/ items to them.… No one can just enter the hospital. You need to label the bag (no suitcases) patient name, area their (example Birch 1) in & room number. I waited for hours thinking it needs to be pre-authorized. Get your person to find out the location they are & possibly room number to label their stuff. Be sure your person gets the ETA of drop off to security.

I went to this place a few times back in my days, lastly being exactly a year ago Aug.27th and YES this place can be a goddamn ZOO,and YES there are staff that are there pretty much to do a whole lotta nothing and are… ignorant as hell.BUT there are those that COMPLETELY go above and beyond to assist you,at least that was my case.I went in younger and acted like an asshole and was treated like one.I went last August and had my mindset on what I NEEDED TO DO not focus on all the drama shit.I would say where this place started going downhill was when the accepted the contract to take inmates directly from state, federal and county jails.Alit of these people still stay in that mindset, just like probably over 3/4 of the people still act like they're in kenzo. Its MAINLY THE PATIENTS and now all of a sudden they got a sense of entitlement and wanna just act like assholes guys and girls just because that's what they are.Otherwise,it was beautiful waking up seeing a family of DEER just walking around the yard,AND YOU CAN FEED EM DAILY,just kinda makes you see the little things in life and enjoy it.

🚨 Please read. Even if this gets taken down, I’ll continue sharing our experience because people deserve to know. 🚨 Please think carefully before trusting this facility with your loved ones. My brother has been battling… addiction for over two years, and he finally made the decision to get the help he needed. He previously attended this program a few months ago. Although his recovery wasn’t successful at that time, he spoke very positively about the experience, which is why he chose to return. When he was ready to go back, it took four days just to arrange transportation. During that time, I repeatedly called and was sent to managers’ and supervisors’ voicemails without receiving a response. I was worried he would change his mind, so I eventually insisted on speaking with someone directly before transportation was finally arranged. He arrived on July 30. After he arrived, no one contacted our family to let us know he had made it safely, explain his treatment plan, or let us know whether he would be evaluated at a hospital. Today, I learned that during detox he had been left in a room while vomiting repeatedly. According to my brother, he wasn’t properly monitored during those critical first days. He became dehydrated and repeatedly asked to be taken to the hospital because he felt he needed medical attention. While at the hospital, he told us he wanted to transfer to another treatment program because he felt he had been mistreated. He also said some of his belongings remained at the facility, and he was having difficulty getting them back. Unfortunately, no transfer options were offered, leaving us with no choice but to bring him home, which was never what we wanted. While trying to arrange an Uber for him, our family experienced extremely poor communication. We were simply trying to get a message to him with the Uber information so he could leave safely. Instead, our calls were met with rudeness, interruptions, and eventually the phone being disconnected. I fully understand that staff must protect patient privacy, and I was not asking for confidential medical information. I was only trying to make sure my brother received the information he needed to get home safely. People seeking addiction treatment are often at one of the lowest and most vulnerable points in their lives. They deserve patience, compassion, dignity, and proper medical attention. I understand that my brother is an adult and ultimately responsible for his own recovery. This post is not about avoiding accountability. It’s about expecting a treatment facility to provide appropriate care, communicate with families when appropriate, and treat patients with humanity. If our experience can help another family make an informed decision, then sharing it is worth it. Please do your research before bringing someone you love here. 💔

This is the worst rehab ever . My fiance has been there since June 3rd 2026. They had almost killed her two times now my tapering her off of Ativan quicker than her body can handle even though it shows that people who… have been taking it for a long period at high doses or to do a slow taper they. continue to try to tame her within 3 to 5 days knowing that it causes her blood pressure to rise to deadly levels even at 1 point sent her into seizures and then refuse to call emergency 911 or do anything about it other than threaten the discharge her this place is a serious joke and needs to be investigated. They also allow men to sexually harass and assault other women in their facility and when staff is confronted about it they do nothing to stop it. Also if something happens to one of your loved ones while they're even if you are an emergency contact they will not contact you so check on your loved ones regularly

Horrible staff. Very sadistic and psychotic behavior i dealt with here from staff. I requested reasonable accommodations for my sensory overload and they refused. I was here when it got very cold in January of 2023 and… they deliberately turned the heat off in my room and nightshift would shine their flashlights in my eyes when they would do their rounds. All of which im very sensitive too cold and light. Then they were spreading rumors especially a case worker (i cant remember her name but she was very short) about me and gaslighting me when when I advocated for myself. They have said some very bad things about me that aren't true. I feel they were harassing me because of my disability. Very psychotic and sadistic behavior by staff. Don't go here. Its a nightmare.

I told admissions to call me if my brother left the property, he AMA'd. They said they would, and didnt, must not have called his emergency contact, at least if they did, then they did not leave a message. My brother… ended up walking 2 hours and 17 minutes in below freezing weather after midnight. Do not go here, they do not care about you at all. Sadly.

I would give it zero stars if I could. This place treated the people terrible. They were starving them. If they forgot someone’s meal, they would tell you they couldn’t get another meal! It looks real nice from the… outside but the people were neglected and when you try to speak up you get yelled at. They are given dirty rooms and linens. There is no respect for the dignity of these people. Don’t ever go here. An older man fell and was seriously hurt because they were just trying to make $ off a body being there.

Awful facility! I had to go to the hospital as soon as I got there. I ended up not returning. I went to pick up my stuff and everything I own was gone. Security stole my belongings. I’ve heard stories of this happening… to other people.

This place neglects the patient!!! My mom was hospitalized 2 times because they did not administer all of her meds. When she came home she had unopened pill bottles and they never got her lan worked done that her doctor… ordered. When she arrived to my house she was vomiting. And they lost her brand new clothes with tags on them. Do not go here.!!! They need to be sued!!!.

I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. This facility shows a complete lack of care for the well-being of its patients. The building is filthy, unsafe, and unsanitary, and the staff are uneducated, poorly trained, and… completely disengaged. After sending a loved one here directly from a hospital—sober, clean, and stable—he was returned to the hospital testing positive for illicit substances after only being in this facility’s direct care. There are clearly drugs circulating inside, and the staff and administration refuse to take accountability. To make matters worse, upon his discharge back from the hospital, the facility denied his return, citing vague “family concerns.” That phrase is nothing more than a way to avoid accountability for their failures and to protect themselves instead of the vulnerable individuals seeking help. The staff rarely answer or return calls, and when concerns are raised, they hide behind “consent form” excuses while making no actual effort to obtain those forms or communicate updates. The Chief Legal Officer is more focused on protecting the business than protecting patients, offering no real solutions while individuals in need of safety, stability, and rehabilitation continue to suffer. This facility is unethical, unprofessional, and dangerous. It is failing the very people it claims to help. I would strongly advise families to look elsewhere for care.

In August 2024 during my non-hospital stay at Eagleville hospital. I was physically/sexually assaulted by an older man resident and nothing was done about it. I was told simply to not go near him and he was told not to… go near me. Nothing was done about this man who grabbed my throat. Just watch your back when you’re in there there’s not a lot of security.

My fiance was in there for 6 days for drug & alcohol detox/rehab before they arbitrarily discharged her. When she got there her bathroom was filthy. The shower was dirty. There were old & empty body wash bottles that… were never refilled or replaced. Worse, there were "Dunkin Donut" style napkins around the toilet that were soaked with urine. These were never picked up nor was the bathroom cleaned for the whole 6 days. The room smelled like a urinal for the whole 6 days. They fed her only cold & starchy foods which caused her to be VERY CONSTIPATED. When they discharged her they "couldn't find" the mental health meds she went in with. She never got them back and is now forced to fight with her health insurance for an exception/override to get replacement meds out of schedule while she is battling withdrawal symptoms from not having her meds for more than a week now. They didn't get her off the street drugs but did get her off alcohol. I'd suggest recommending this place only to your enemies.

I had the best experience at Eagleville in regards to the therapist, Miss Bonnie & Miss Elonda. Miss Bonnie was my therapist and she truly goes above & beyond not only for her clients but for any client that needs an… ear to listen or advice on a situation. Her door was always open and still is even though I am no longer there. I just celebrated a year clean and Miss Bonnie plays a huge part in that. She helped me to grow in ways I never thought I could but because of how genuine she is I felt comfortable to open up and I respect her in so many ways and because of that I was able to open up and deal with things I didn't think I could. I had to end a really toxic relationship and Miss Bonnie sat with me just because she knew I needed the support. She will always hold a special place in my heart. On another note..... our case manager on the woman's side, Lordess unfortunately did not contribute these same caring characteristics. On many occasions Miss Bonnie would assist with situations that were for Lordess but we went to Miss Bonnie because we knew she would get it done because she cares about the well being of her clients. If I wouldn't have taken the initiative to find a recovery house I would've been discharged to the street. Also I filled out 2 applications. 1 for my social security card and 1 for my Birth Certificate and 3 months later I still do not have them. I believe that Eagleville, Cedar building needs a case manager that is going to care and participate in the clients well being as much as Miss Bonnie and Miss Elonda.

I always got a lot out of my stays at Eagleville but this last time left me disappointed and feeling cheated. Where do I begin? The two hour line EVERY TIME it’s medication. Or, the fact that I felt slighted because… many of the groups on Cedar 1B are “check in” or stupid games non related to recovery because putting effort and planning aren’t a thing. Ashley, Cosmi and Victor did the damn thing. And the lady with the “D” name on 1A They brought their A game with informative groups. Thank you! Idk how many times I complained about housekeeping. Never toilet paper, never paper towels or soap filled. Shower cleaned hahaha. Bathroom floor mopped like I begged. Why bother having grievances? Instead the head of housekeeping had the nerve to tell me I was making up my version of clean vs what we got. Once I heard a guy ask the housekeeper 3 times to return and do a better job. He would put a wet floor sign by my room to fake me out. No knowing I had a way of checking if the floor was swept or mopped. Maybe my boldness, honesty, bluntness caused them to want me gone. Lordes lied to me repeatedly about what she was doing for my aftercare. I am currently in a program she told me I wasn’t eligible for. She forgot to put an application at one place. I begged for a halfway house since day 1 she scheduled a recovery house interview. I got a 14 day extension they wouldn’t let me use. I was forced to sign paperwork for my insurance company. Because of the rush for my exit they did nothing and I returned home. They knew that was a trigger and I would probably use, which I did. They told me I was doing too well and they did all they could for me. I never broke one rule and didn’t deserve the lack of effort. Cedar 2B is another world. No complaints! Organized staff, great informative groups. Effort on staffs part. My therapist didn’t know what DBT was. She was nice but recovery stuff wasn’t her fortay. I felt so bad because I knew she couldn’t help me. Shes brilliant with learning disabled or autistic but her knowledge of recovery lacks greatly and I felt sorry for her. The other therapist Bonnie seemed to go hard for her people. I wasn’t hers and she made me feel special. She is special. Strong, individual, creative, intelligent, motivated…wanting to make it better for those women because of her heart. I felt ignored there but she saw me. Victor saw me. I am doing really really well. Imagine where I would be if Lordes hadn’t told me I wasn’t a candidate for the program I’m in. I would have more clean time. Thank God I cared enough about myself two not give up on me even tho they did

As a professional in the D&A field, this is the WORST place I have ever experienced. I recently tried to admit a client, faxed over his paperwork at 9am and have called for an update every hour since. You can only talk… to an answering service and leave messages for someone to call you back and that NEVER happens. 8 hours later and I still don’t know if they even have an available bed. I will avoid sending clients here at any cost. As a result, my client is now sleeping on the street in the cold tonight. Disgusted.
