ETHOS Treatment – Collegeville Address, Location and Contact Information
409 2nd Avenue, Collegeville, Pennsylvania, 19426 is the address held. Collegeville sits in Montgomery County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

The staff at the collegeville ethos really helped me through a rough couple of months and many thanks to them, especially Jillian, who runs the group that I was a part of. She was such a huge part of making the space… feel safe and comfortable.
Experienced, compassionate, knowledgeable, simply the BEST!
The counselors at Ethos are wonderful. I would highly recommend this group. The family group offered by Ethos is world class and one of the most supportive groups I’ve ever been a part of. Pat who leads the clinicians… is direct, honest, no nonsense and helps guide through this difficult process.
How it looked before getting into therapy was feeling trapped and fear of the immediate future. And after a few sessions I started to calm down and my anxiety lessened greatly. I now have a plan for going forward which… I’m following to good effect.
ETHOS in Collegeville is excellent—I highly recommend Gabby, Gail, and Jillian, who are exceptional clinicians.
Gail is the greatest. I sent her a client and Gail moved her forward with her recovery. My client returned in better shape than when she left.
Gail Duffy is an excellent therapist who combines her clinical skill with her understanding, warmth and encouragement. I highly recommend her and the work she does to help those in need find their way to recovery.
Gail Duffy at Ethos is excellent. She is empathetic, down to earth, and very easy to talk to and connect with. She goes above & beyond. I would recommend Gail without hesitation!
I have been a patient at Ethos in Collegeville for exactly one year. I came in a broken man. In one year I regained my entire life back And then some. With a combination recovery program of Ethos, AA, the gym, personal… connections, hard work and humility; I am the happiest and strongest I have ever been. Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, and Spiritually. A special thank you to Gail who is an amazing Clinician and Friend.
I’ve had the privilege of working with Gail Duffy for over 20 years, and I can say with complete confidence that she is one of the most compassionate and dedicated therapists I’ve ever known. When a friend recently… needed help with their child who was struggling with anxiety and depression, I didn’t hesitate for a second—I knew Gail was the perfect person to call. Over the years, I’ve seen how deeply Gail connects not only with the teens she supports, but also with their parents, who often feel lost and overwhelmed. She has an incredible way of making families feel seen, heard, and never alone in what can be a very difficult journey. I always feel confident referring people to her because I know they’ll be in thoughtful, capable, and truly caring hands.
Not only very professional and extremely insightful but very empathetic. Their guidance in a very challenging family situation was most helpful.
I can honestly say that if it weren’t for Ethos & Gail Duffy’s adolescent IOP group, my grandson would not be where he is today- a happy, confident, & successful student who is enjoying healthy & loving relationships… with his family & friends. His behavior & bad habits were taking him down a dangerous & potentially deadly path. A family friend recommended Ethos and I am grateful for that every day. We all met with Gail as they encourage family members to be active participants in their loved one’s treatment. It was her firm but supportive & empathetic approach to his treatment that finally got through to him and gave him the strength & hope to make the decision to make the necessary changes to turn his life around. Thanks to Gail & Ethos, my grandson is looking forward to a bright future and I could not be more thankful.
So impressed by the quality of care offered at ETHOS. Best in game for IOP treatment in my experience!!
Gail is a fantastic therapist!!
Awesome treatment !!! I have struggled for years and finally found such caring and encouraging people running the program. I will be recommended this to anyone who wants help. Gail was incredible and really motivated me… toward my recovery. I will be forever grateful!!
Joining the IOP program was the best decision I ever made . Gail really cares always makes you feel safe, comfortable and supported. It was a relief to be around people who understand exactly what you’re going through.… This program not only gave me my life back but the desire to create an even better life.
My niece was struggling with alcoholism. Half way into her first semester she dropped out and returned home. My sister called my niece’s primary care physician who suggested Ethos. I can not say enough positive things… about the progam. My niece is doing amazing and plans to return to college in the spring . Gail and Ethos, I can’t thank you enough for what you have done for our family!!
I cannot say enough good things about the team at Ethos Treatment’s Collegeville office. The clinicians here, especially Gail Duffy, Gabby Morgan, and Jillian Convery, are truly exceptional. They bring deep clinical… expertise, compassion, and a collaborative spirit to their work with both adolescents and adults. Whether the need is support for mental health, substance use, or both, I always feel confident referring individuals and families to this team. The clinicians each bring unique strengths to the table, but share a common dedication to truly meeting clients where they are. The care and professionalism they provide are evident in every interaction, and the feedback from those I've referred has been nothing short of glowing. Ethos Collegeville is a trusted, high-quality resource in the community and I’m grateful to have such skilled and caring clinicians to refer to.
If you have a loved one who is struggling you’re not going to find a better therapist that Gail Duffy . Her ability to connect with the individual as well as the family is truly remarkable.
Wonderful and knowledgeable team who genuinely care for those seeking help. The IOP was incredible— I felt understood and heard. Thank you ETHOS 🩵
Great team and clinicians. I’ve referred many people to ETHOS Treatment for IOP and will continue to do so!
I have been in treatment at Ethos since January. I can honestly say that I would not be sober for 5 1/2 months were it not for the amazing group leadership of Allyson A. Her ability to tough love with truth and wisdom,… while still making members feel as though if mistakes happen they can be honest, is truly a gift. It doesn’t have to be the end of their journey. She gives tools to the group and an outlet for accountability. If you want to change your life it’s not easy, and it’s the clients responsibility when all is said and done. Allyson fights for all of us and is so supportive without sugar coating how hard this journey will be. I trust her with my life and I listen intently to her suggestions. She has been supportive in off hours and by phone and text. There need to be more Allysons working with the lost and broken in recovery. If I can help one person with their struggle as she has helped me that is changing the world for the better.
My family member went to IOP for 2 months and he only got worse. Alison the counselor is all about connecting with her patients instead of holding them accountable and working on the main trigger that is causing the… drinking. Send your loved ones here if you want them to end up IP again. She took everything that he said as the truth instead of doing her job of trying to get to the heart of the problem. Recovery centers of America is wonderful and they help the families every step of the way, not cut you out completely. I’m disgusted that it was a waste of two months with a relapse! Nice job ethos and Alison!
