Family Behavioral Resources – Greensburg

They use to be called family behavioral resources but now operating under this name. When I had FBR they were totally rude and not compassion at all. They blamed me for "my behavior"? Like what behavior? The only… behavior I saw was theirs. They screamed at their clients and were abusive. Save some time and not go with them. Your better off getting help from your own family who doesn't even have credentials!

Spoke to Hunter today and he was great. I do not recommend Clarvida at all at this point as an almost 10 year patient but this employee was very kind!!!! Deserves the stars.

Terrible experience. Please do yourself a favor and look else where. You and your family deserve care, empathy and professionalism. You will not receive any of the following from the office staff, billing team or… clinic. Even though my family had insurance they insisted to take cash payments as a back up. After insurance processed the claim, the funds were never released. I could go on with the rudeness and mistreatment but I will allow my attorney to handle the rest.

Avoid at all costs.

Disgusting. They way they treat people, they don’t care about your well being they only care about themselves and their brand. They patients are second to that. Only shining star to this place is the therapist they… lost, once that person left I lost my voice at this place. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

They won’t allow you to change doctor’s, even when you have been disrespected by them. Don’t go here cause if you get someone you don’t get along with you have no choice but to stay with that doctor. Or you’ll… completely have to leave. It’s sad they don’t care about what the patients needs.

The staff members here are do caring. They go out of their way to help you with whatever resources you want or need

They discharge patients after 16 years of going there, because of a missed appointment. Save your time and go somewhere else. A place that actually cares about your well being. The therapist Corrine Motto is inpatient… and rude. Well done mental health system for turning away someone who had been on meds for over half of their life.

Horrible horrible people! They do not care about the patients, they are only out for a paycheck! I will be filing a formal complaint against this company! Do not take any of your family there! Stay as far away as… possible!

I have been going there for 7 years now and I really think they do a wonderful job in helping me.

Nicest ppl i have ever dealt with in my 15yr struggle with mental health. My therapist gave me her cell number for emergencies even. Ive never had a therapist who actually was more into helping me with my past instead… of wanting to just talk about whats going on day to day, like ur gossiping teenagers!

These scums verbally and mentally abused my daughter. I left them unattended with my daughter and they stole from her. They play with theolir phones all day.
