If you are a family searching for the right place for your loved one, I cannot recommend Monument Recovery enough. ❤️ Sending someone you love to treatment is one of the hardest things a family can ever do, especially… when it is your child. You are scared, hopeful, emotional, and constantly wondering if you are making the right decision. What made such a difference for our family was knowing that our loved one was surrounded by people who genuinely cared. Ryan J and Luke have been incredible. They have shown so much compassion, patience, and understanding, but they are also not afraid to be firm and hold someone accountable when they need to be. That balance is so important in recovery. They care deeply, but they also understand that sometimes loving someone means telling them the hard truth and expecting more from them. Ryan, in particular, has gone completely out of his way to help our family. He has advocated for our loved one, checked in, answered questions, and made sure we never felt like we were navigating this alone. What touched me most was that Ryan was there for me as a mom, too. He understood how difficult this has been for our entire family and took the time to listen, reassure me, and help me through some incredibly difficult moments. That meant more than I can put into words. Both of them have sat on the phone with me talking to me about their own life experiences, to me that was so comforting. It gave me hope for our son. If you are sitting there wondering whether treatment will make a difference, whether your loved one will actually be cared for, or whether you can trust the people you are placing them with—I understand those fears. We had them too. But finding people who will both love your loved one through the process and hold them accountable for their recovery is priceless. Thank you, Monument Recovery, Ryan J, and Luke, for caring about our family and for helping our son continue fighting for a better life. We will never forget the compassion, patience, honesty, and strength you have shown us. If your family is looking for a recovery program, I would absolutely encourage you to give Monument Recovery a call. Sometimes finding the right people can be the beginning of everything changing. ❤️

i went here for mental health about a month ago, at first it was good. everyone was extremely nice and supportive and they made a lot of adjustments to help me and i thought that was really kind. but when it comes to… problem solving and conflict they did not handle that well. i had ran out of my medication and i had told them about a few days prior that i was about to run out and the medication didn’t come on time and i missed one dosage, and when it came it was the wrong dosage. it was supposed to be 200mgs but they gave me 20mgs. i realized a few days later on my own and told them to check the bottle and the information because i was going through withdrawals. they didn’t take me seriously until i pointed out i was on the wrong dosage. they apologized and the management was very nice about it but i noticed i was being treated a little differently by the staff members. because of the medication mistake i was extremely mentally unstable. i ended up deciding to leave. when i told the staff members i was leaving they were pretty disrespectful and immediately started treating me differently. my grandparents live in tucson and it was already pretty late in the afternoon, i told them that my 85 year old grandparents couldn’t make the drive that night and i was told that they “weren’t a hotel” and that i wasn’t trying hard enough. i explained that my grandparents just can’t make the drive tonight and they backed off. when i was about to walk out a staff member came up to me and said “i think we weren’t hard enough on you” and than walked away. i am a month into living with my grandparents and doing PHP at a different program and i’m doing so much better. it makes me sad to leave this review because the staff were so nice before this all happened but i feel like people need to be aware of this.

Exactly what is very much needed for your sobriety, I never thought I would be sober this long but all to the help of Monument… Recovery, staff, and peers I achieved. Above all this is a great place for sobriety I highly recommend it.

My loved one went to Monument for mental health treatment. Not necessarily drug and alcohol treatment, although those played a part. She went to Monument and she isn't any better than before. They don't involve the… family. They take information from the patient only. They wouldn't tell my loved one her thoughts weren't real because they needed to "earn her trust first". After she was there 20 days, they still hadn't been up front and honest with her. Because they didn't want to upset her or cause her to lose trust. Monument was not a good place for my loved one and I wouldn't recommend them for someone with mental health disorders. They are most concerned about keeping the patient happy. Not making them better.

Monument Recovery truly saved my life. When I came in, I was struggling and didn't know if recovery was possible for me. From day one, the staff and therapists treated me with compassion, respect, and genuine care. What… sets Monument apart is that they don't use a one-size-fits-all approach. They take the time to get to know each person as an individual and create a treatment plan that fits their specific needs. Their therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about what they do. They helped me understand myself, work through difficult challenges, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. The entire team genuinely cares about their patients and goes above and beyond to support them every step of the way. I never felt like just another client—I felt seen, heard, and valued. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for Monument Recovery, I wouldn't be here today. I am forever grateful for the hope, healing, and second chance they gave me. If you or a loved one is struggling, I highly recommend Monument Recovery. They change lives.

I'm not speaking for my experience as an impatient.I'm speaking as experience from my husband being there. Last year I took my husband to the hospital. He died three times had emergency dialysis. And finally realized that… he needed help. His daughter and me found monument recovery, and I got my husband back next month. He will have one year sober from alcohol. He is a completely different person, and I just I can't express how grateful I am for you guys. He speaks nothing but great things about the staff. The people who's with the environment. When I hear people wanting to get help, I always recommend you guys, and I always will. Thank you guys so much.

Hi, I’m Dalanie Bond and I wanted to say Monument was my worst Rehab experience ever. I would recommend going to Unhooked recovery. If you don’t wanna feel like you’re alone, they kick people out constantly. They will… not give you the meds you need at times and are very quick to brush you off take it upon yourself to make the right choice. Thank you. 😢 they insist on leaving and giving them reviews since the day I got there quite forced…

Their staff consistently demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to… the well-being of the clients they serve. Communication with their team is always smooth, and it’s clear that they truly prioritize patient-centered care. A special shoutout to Cassie and Ryan, who go above and beyond every time. Their patient-first approach and dedication truly stand out. They are always willing to do whatever is necessary to support individuals on their recovery journey and ensure they receive the care and encouragement they need. It’s always great working alongside a team that shares the same commitment to helping people heal and move forward. Thank you for the work you do!

From the very start of my journey, Monument has been a tremendous gift to me and my family. From the owners to the staff, this place saved my life; there is always an abundance of support and care. I never thought I… could know so many amazing people that truly care not only about me but also my family. I am blessed that Monument is a part of my story and honored to be a member of this recovery family. Coming here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was nervous at first, but from the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff truly go above and beyond — they don’t just do their jobs, they… really care about each person’s recovery and well-being. The program gave me structure, guidance, and the tools I needed to rebuild my life. I’ve grown in ways I didn’t think were possible, and I’ve learned how to live in recovery with hope for the future. This center gave me a safe place to heal, and I’m forever grateful for the experience and support I found here.

My experience with Monument was very poor. I was dropped from the program because I had to go back to work, and they couldn't accommodate my work schedule with their hours Which is totally understandable (the hours not… the dropping part) Also, there was some "Mean Girl" bullying going on towards me that was never addressed by Monument and it was brought to their attention on 4 separate occasions. I felt unsafe with the lack of accountability they had. They gave me 0 notice, and I had to find a place to live in 1 day because they do not have sober living once you are out of the program. This was very disheartening. Even staff there felt bad and said that this was not right. For someone that is really trying to be better and is taking the right steps toward a better life and a better tomorrow, this was a complete let down of everything they say they stand for. I would not recommend to any friends or family because without warning they could just drop you one day as if you were nobody. I understand that this is a business, but this is also people's lives, and I feel like they didn't care what happened because at the end of the day we are all just a number.

It’s been six months now since I had The last drink I ever take. Monument Recovery was where it all began. From the time I walked in the doors, they were loving and compassionate. Waking up every morning to a head chef… Preparing whatever I wanted To friendly staff who would Embrace me as family and not as a client passing through. Their approach to Recovery allowed me to heal. It wasn’t all about the AA program Or a forceful approach to the 12 step program Which, in my opinion doesn’t always work As it only has about a 7% success rate. Monument Recovery’s approach offered multiple different varieties of recovery options such as CBT and DBT therapy. The private counseling that you get is amazing. Monica and Bradley are beyond amazing. During treatment, they have an open door policy. They are happy and quick to sit down with you and make an hour session to talk about anything that you wanna talk about an offer amazing counseling. To be honest, it was the best therapy I’ve ever had in my life. Today I stand six months Sober. I own my own business. My Marriage is restored and beyond amazing, I have a beautiful home, And most important I have a network full of friends that I consider family that are always There for me. Above all, I will say this, anyone who goes into this program and puts God first, Will not only see the most amazing changes in their lives, but in the lives of others around them as well. I wish anybody seeking recovery to contact Monument. Recovered and Blessed, Noah
