Needs new Management! I live in the PHX side , and people that I live with causes problems , I file a lot of police reports nothing ! Instead of help it's more assaulting and non integrity personalities here ! Suppose… to be a place of healing , instead it's doubtfulness, and making participants uncomfortable, by rent or sayn an issue and doesn't get fix or lied about ! I will start sayn stuff I don't know what to do ! Hope management or some one very high plz message I need the owner not nobody that will get my hopes up !

If you’re looking for real personal mental help, run away from Open Hearts Family Wellness Tempe location. They are just collecting insurance money for appointment setting and medicine distribution. They don’t care… about the patient at all, it’s just a job for them. This place is 0 star horrible! Melissa (the phone assistant) you get to deal with is a joke, short answers and very condescending when you call her to ask questions. Her favorite words “let me call you back and follow up hon.” Two weeks will go by with nothing. I went to these clowns for help and it’s been nothing but a no show Circus. Took OVER a week to get my prescription sent to my pharmacy after intake evaluation appointment. I’d call the pharmacy and they’d say “we’ve got nothing sent over from Open Hearts or any prescription with your name.” I felt forgotten about whenever I needed answers. Dr. Arnoldo set me up on a medicine that I only took for three days cause I felt like I was paralyzed in the mind. I wanted an autism diagnosis evaluation. I already knew I had ADHD. I was in pursuit of something else going on with me is what I described in my first initial intake appointment. A month and a half later, zero referrals or any answers to my autism evaluation. This place will ghost you. I’ve had to call them multiple times in which I always feel like I was bothering them. I shouldn’t be nervous or worried to follow up or ask questions. Persistently, I kept searching and found a much better establishment after a month and a half where the person who answers the phone is willing to be patient with all of my questions and actually follow up with credible insight and “same-day” service. Gerti’s review before mine (from a couple years ago) sounds about the same type service I got. I read they went under new leadership, yeah right! Can’t wait to read the new rebuttal from the owner Raquel if she’s still in position… Review written 03/08/2025

I want to say thank you to Daniel for being so great to my family! He was so wonderful to my son and we were able to meet our goals. My son is thriving because someone took a chance and believed in him. Thank you again!

If I could give it 0 I would. Please stay away from this place!!!! If you are looking for an autism diagnosis please know that there isn’t anyone on staff licensed to diagnose autism. If you are looking for an adhd… diagnosis with a professional please be aware these are done by a practitioner not a doctor. No in person appointments either but you will get a prescription without meeting the patient and truly evaluating them which probably falls under unethical practices and get ready to rearrange your schedule every time you have meetings. You will also have to chase them to get follow ups. They will promise you help with 0 delivery.
