I am here advocating on behalf of woman who has had services with this company. She was FALSELY and maliciously labeled a delusional psychopath. However SPECT scans tested for this and found 0 evidence of this red… herring diagnose. In fact the dx wrongfully given and lying to the patient saying she rejected medicine when NO dx or medication was given to the patient (there was 0 follow up), is medical coercion. If any medical paper was fabricated - that’s awhole other legal animal. Medical malpractice. Bad faith allegations (not substantiated). Material misrepresentation, violation of informed consent, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. There is HARD evidence outside of the Spect scans. The patient only has a TBI and severe depression from emotional distress (which this practice has contributed to). There are LEGAL remedies for this. Because this patient is a federal witness this is now possibly witness intimidation and retaliation. That holds up to 20 years per count in FEDERAL prison. Understand legal action WILL BE TAKEN. On both a state and federal level. This woman is a woman of color with a brain injury. Rather than treating patient with care - they deliberately caused her further emotional distress. Conjuring up fake DX to silence a federal witness IS witness intimidation and retaliation. This practice is a medical lawsuit among other legal things, waiting to happen.
Honestly, waste of time
I don't think I once had anyone sit me down and talk to me about my PTSD. Literally all I did was sit down, draw for about 5 hours and read pamphlets and then drive 40 minutes twice a day. Do not waste your time coming… here.
