This place hardly answers their phones. I needed meds that I have been on for 10+ years in my previous state, and They said I had to see a behavioral psychiatric doctor for medication that I have taken for many years… that they want me to see a psychiatric doctor for that’s absolutely crazy. So I guess I don’t need my meds according to this place because it’s a problem.

My Rx got denied. Naturally I figured my Dr wanted to see me or do some bloodwork. I had already been without them for a few days when I finally got the denial. I go in to be told my Rx was denied based on my age. She… said 44 is too young to need estrogen. She decided that WITHOUT looking at my history. She explained the reasons she normally wouldn't give a 44 yo estrogen. I explained my medical history and why I needed replacement hormones. She writes the script. Next thing I see??? My estrogen medication instructions read "Take 2 tablets by mouth everday for agitation". I take this medication because I've had a complete hysterectomy. Unprofessional to say the least and a complete misrepresentation of my medical needs.

My appointments have been with Dr Beatty. She listens well and takes whatever time needed to discuss and thoroughly explain treatment options or test results to me. Follow up has been excellent. I feel very confident in… her care. Now for the bad part: The text confirmation system is a joke, Once again. I was told by text message that my appointment is in Arizona City after I made it for the Coolidge location. This is the second time this has happened, so this time, so I called the office directly to confirm the office location. Indeed, it was in Coolidge. The first time it happened, I went to Arizona City as directed, only to be told my appointment was for the Coolidge office. I didn't have time to change my schedule so I needed to cancel and reschedule my appointment. Here's a copy and past of the text I received: Fri 03/13/2026, 11:20 AM Location: AZ City Desert Senita CHC 14574 S Sunland Gin Rd, Arizona City, AZ, 851230001 Both times, the receptionist just passed my complaint off as "Oh yeah, that's the way our system works. We already know about it" The first time cost me a day of travel, a full tank of fuel and a motel stay as I drive in from Quartzsite. Needless to say, I'm VERY unhappy with your communications but Dr Beatty is wonderful.

I’m very happy with the providers at Desert Senita CHC. Dr. Beatty-Kwan was very personable and understood my medical issues. Yasan Washington BHT I enjoy his personable approach to my mental health and issues. He helps… me to understand the waive of emotions a lot better and I am equipped to handle some emotional issues that I am dealing with right now. Dr. Rodriguez and the dental department was very helpful and supportive of my dental hygiene. The whole entire practice is great!

I’m not the biggest fan of false advertisement. If you no longer accept walk-ins please update your website and put that sign out of clear view. I know I’m sick and the tests done at the ER Flu, Covid, and Strep can all… be done in a doctor’s office. I appreciate the concern for your health though… Giving me the mask 😷 ER doc said I don’t need it’s one of the many viruses that can’t be tested for. I would have reached out personally through the website but their is no contact us option if you aren’t a patient.

Having been a patient at this clinic for some time, I must express my dissatisfaction with the level of care provided. As a former clinic director, I am particularly concerned about the inadequate training of the staff.… The overall professionalism of the clinic is lacking. Despite these concerns, I do appreciate my primary care physician. However, I require more than just a primary care provider. I seek a team that genuinely cares about its clients and provides comprehensive care.

Dr Beatty-Kwan has a great bed side manner. Very caring, explains everything completely, and is patient. And even though I was running late, they made accommodations to fit me in for my appointment. I felt very… confident in the information provided to me by Dr. Beatty-Kwan and would definitely recommend her to anyone in Coolidge who is looking for a great Dr that cares! The entire staff there is great!

To start, I came here since they opened and it was nice to have a close by primary care that offers a lot of benefits and local services like pick up for appointments and delivery. Fatima Lah is my provider and she’s… very patient, understanding, and outgoing. The front desk in the beginning used to be awesome until it started to drop all of a sudden. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but I always try to be welcoming as they are with me. I notice a drop in the service provided by front desk when I would ask for clarification on certain request and they would be very passive aggressive with me like “I just told you” or a firm “YES, that’s what I just said.” But without yelling. I get treated this way as if they were offended I had to even ask them to re-explain themselves. They just wanted to show me how annoyed they were. I’m sorry, but not everyone is going to understand how you guys describe things which is why clarification needed to be addressed. Each time I get told I will get a call back, I generously wait and unfortunately they never call back until I have to do so the next day. I understand people get busy but a heads up from the office would be nice that the phone call would have to wait until the next day. Or even open up a 8am-6pm chat service on the website so we don’t have to deal with the front desk on the phone. I know a lot of people are going to say “you don’t need to announce your departure.” Type phrase to me but I’m really disappointed to have to say that I will not come back here and probably would have to revert driving outside of Coolidge as my usual for my health services unfortunately. Queen Creek and Chandler offer better services and hospitality than what Coolidge offers and wanted to have high hopes for Coolidge. As usual, Coolidge disappoints. if it weren’t for the passive aggressiveness, I would still continue to come here.
