Exceptional Care from Tabatha Grace, MSN, FNP-C at ChangePoint Integrated Health. Tabatha Grace is hands-down the best provider I've ever seen. She's incredibly personable and easy to talk to, taking the time to explain… my health issues thoroughly so I always feel informed and empowered, What sets her apart is how she breaks down medication options—pros, cons, everything—without rushing or talking down to me/you. I trust her 100%, especially after disappointing experiences with full-fledged MDs who fell short on real care. Tabatha holds the highest standard in my book. If you're looking for a compassionate, expert doctor who truly listens, she's your go-to Doctor!

So this place must be mainly for court ordered people. The staff was nice enough. I left before seeing anybody just because they had me in a tiny waiting room packed with people. Sorry but my kind of anxiety was not… going to tolerate it after a half hour past my appointment. That is exactly how they treat people who have no choice but be there. Court ordered people. I am not court ordered and have a choice. I would say if you have social anxiety avoid this place the moment you walk in the triggers start.

Horrible and very unclean, the place smells awful and their scheduling is a mess. Find another company.

The doctor had the worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. Very, very cold, lacking any compassion. It felt like an interrogation.The place is filthy & if you grew up in a middle class or upper middle class… background, you will definitely not feel comfortable in this environment.

Dropped my kids 3 days before their appointment for untrue accusations. Change point refused to tell me their doctors medical Number s for a state board report. This company does not have the best interest of your… children in mind! They believe moms but not dads apparently. Keep your children away from this corrupt company.

The people are here are very caring and have probably saved my life from some serious mental problems!! Love them all there

very unprofessional, unable to answer simple questions about the process I needed to go through. They seemed more worried about how they can bill you.

Dr West was very unprofessional and RUDE. He wasn't listening to what was being said which was Obvious when he repeated questions he had JUST asked with the wrong answers. He cuts you off mid sentence. He twists wording… and doesn't seem to care about the individual in front of him. We are beyond disappointed with the initial visit and will NOT be returning

My daughter had an 8:30 appointment, here we are 9:10 and still waiting. The man 'Darwin' came out spoke briefly and was totally rude.

I stop going here because I didn't like what I was told on a phone appointment through all of this stuff we're going through.When you have any kind of mental illness you should never be told you're not missing much… outside.I know what I have and I can do without this place..It's about money and how much meds they think you need..I know some people need the help and it's good that you're getting but this place have wasted my time enough am not going to be someone lab mouse

Hit or miss on a good physician. But I'm happy with where I am now.

It seems as if patients money is the only thing that matters. It’s now been 3 times that they have told me that I wasn’t done with court ordered classes, yet each time the previous counselor would explain to me that I… only needed one more class to be completed. Organization and general service of this place is horrendous, except for a few workers who actually seem to care, I would never recommend Changepoint.

They don't have real doctors just nurses that change all the time and every time they charge they want to start with same meds you already tried and failed. That's why I stopped going there. They just collect government… money for nothing !
