Community Medical Services – Show Low

After many, many times trying to get sober and failing, I was introduced to CMS and finally had gotten the help I needed to stay clean. It still took me a few tries of relapsing and coming back (but most of us know,… that’s very common) to get where I am now. The best part is the staff won’t judge you and will gladly take you back whenever you’re ready. I’ve been a patient at a few CMS locations over the years and I’m now with the Show Low, AZ clinic since they opened up here. The staff is like another little family to me. I love everyone there and they are a huge part of me staying sober almost two years now. I would not be where I am today without their help, and I have the most amazing counselor and nurses(and front desk & everyone here!) but the greatest influence to my clean journey from here has definitely been their peer support, Michael (AYO!) Not only is he supportive and an amazing example, but he has the best energy and personality as well, making it easy to open up and talk to him about everything. He helped hold me accountable in a way that didn’t ever make me feel forced, but even made me look forward to letting him know I was still doing great each time I would come to dose. It’s been wonderful having him to help me on my journey( in addition to the rest of this amazing staff!) but hes such a special spirit it is truly obviously how much he cares about each individual person and I wouldn’t be sober this long without him, I know that. He deserves all the shout outs in the world!!! I don’t know how to thank him enough and I just want to recognize his presence and support because their aren’t many people out there like him, and I appreciate him more than I know how to express:) So a huge thank you to Ayo, and my 2 awesome nurses( 1 of whom was here alone a few times, having taking care of all of us and crushed it) and the coolest counselor (who is now having to do the same I believe) and front desk, drs, everyone and everything. I love them so much and I love CMS. I couldn’t handle the “normal”life, at least yet, without my medication and their help!!

Beautifully kept place with a great staff!!!

The new manager and programs and supports are working. The manager got me on a lower price that helped me a lot. The counselor and peer supports are really nice and never judged me. They don’t make you wait around,… there’s always stuff to do. They cleaned it up really nice the last few months and I am glad when it’s my days to go.

The work these folks do is a godsend to people like me. I firmly believe I wouldn't be here without them. I've been through four CMS clinics as I've moved around and every single one has been wonderful. The showlow… clinic is my favorite by far. I miss Steven at my clinic in phoenix, but Kaylee, Adrian, and the whole crew make me feel human every time I come. Not an ounce of judgement, and they always go above and beyond for me. Sincerely from the bottom of my heart, thank you guys.

The staff here are very professional, kind and helpful. In every case in my interactions with them they have been nothing but supportive and encouraging.

everyone here is so genuine and sweet and they all show that they really do care - i’ve never once felt uncomfortable or like i was being judged around any of them even though they’ve all seen me at my worst😹..… literally everyone here has helped me out so much and because of them i was finally able to turn my life around and get back on track, they're the sweetest ppl ever and have all played such a huge part in my recovery, i wouldn’t be where i’m at now without their help and i’m so soo appreciative of all of them.. they saved my life.

CMS SHOWLOW are my saving Grace. They have been a huge factor in my sobriety, I'm not just a client they make me feel like family. They have events and workshops that include my family in my recovery as well. Thank you… CMS for all that you do. I couldn't do it without you.

The staff is super friendly and is always helping us with any issues we have.and they have snacks when ever I might need because they care about us. Thank you community health services.

This clinic is absolutely amazing please go if you want another chance at life and a new start! They have the best staff ever and will make you feel so welcome you will not regret it!
