LA Frontera's SCAR Project has greatly helped me in my life and career. Robert and Carmen have gone above and beyond to give me help with anything that would better my chances to be successful. From checking in with me… regularly to step by step help with my Good Cause Exemption for my finger print clearance card. It feels so good to have an amazing team in your corner. Who are always ready and willing to help you when you need it most or just need someone to talk to. These people are an inspiration and a blessing to all of us. It's good to know that you are not alone in life and that there are good people in the world.
Love the staff and my Dr. D. and Amanda B. They really work to make your life better.
I just want to say that Robert Crawford has helped me and La Frontera is amazing. I graduated from Caridad Community kitchen and got a great job. I have reunited with family. My life is soooo good right now.Thank you… Robert and LaFrontera.
Carmen is the best case worker I have she 100%helpfull
Being going here on & off for years great place especially when it comes to mental health & other things they really do care & will help you with anything you need
My experience with la Frontera has been like none other. I've been in different treatment programs and also worked throughout different various mental health and addiction recovery facilities throughout Tucson and never… experienced the heart and encouragement that I have since being enrolled in IOP at the East clinic and residing at Magnotto house. At IOP Tracy and Chante run the program with respect, honesty, integrity. There's an energy in the group room that feels almost like a lost art in today's day with all this technology but loss of true connection. If connection is the opposite of addiction, IOP at East clinic, ran by the people currently running it, just might be a true viable SOLUTION. Thank you La Frontera for your programs and the people that work in your company.
Very helpful staff are great in iop
Been a client for 11 plus years, and have had a great experience with the staff, Doctor and my counselor, and being in IOP Group. Very please with my services
I like the people who are in the group and I like the way it is set up for everything else
I left here after being bullied by my Dr, case manager, and peer support. I never got any real support from any of them I felt more like I was on probation then getting care. I could only talk to my case manager 1x a… month and if I was in crisis I couldnt ever get ahold of my case manager or peer support. The iop facilitator would gossip about the members lives in front of other group members and the wait list for therapy was out 3 months. My Dr refused to fill ALL OF MY PSYCH medication AND SUBOXONE because I tested positive for barbiturates that are in my PRESCRIBED MIGRAINE MEDICINE CALLED FIORACET. They never even looked back at my chart to see what meds I was takingand if they did they didn't care. When I had an art meeting to discuss my challenges they muted me right away and kicked me out of the meeting. I'm now at community partners where I can literally text my case manager there's no wait list for therapy and they really do listen and care. I'll never go back. If your trying to rebuild your life I highly recommend you don't go to la Frontera.
La frontera hasn't always been the best over the years but they are seriously stepping up their game ive had my case manager Kate and he is been the absolute best ive ever had in a case worker yet!!! He is so caring and… when I need help or need anything he always calls me back as soon as he get my message and has a min he truly takes his time with my problems and to help me figure things out or looks up things he is great!!

IOP here is the best groups I've ever gone to. Tracy , Carmen & Chante are AMAZING facilitators! Very helpful & supportive I highly recommend going here if you're looking for recovery from alcohol &/or drugs. Thank you… ladies! You'll be missed...
I.O.P. is really useful for people like me that needs to fill their time with positive information while adding useful practical tools for my toolbox
Was a wonderful experience and very helpful can’t believe all the things that they have helped me with and worked with my work schedule
IOP staff was great! La frontera has been a great help to my recovery from addiction
Great Services
Case managers are extremely unreliable and unprofessional. They have a tendency to damage your situation and then abandon it once they're done making life altering and irreversible damages in your life. There is no… doctor Deitz. My doctor is not a bad one, but this clinic is horrendous and PATIENTS ARE NOT CUSTOMERS STOP TREATING PATIENT RELATIONS LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THAT'S ILLEGAL. Also, none of these reviews reference anyone actually employed by this office.
Scar project has been so helpful they go out of there way to help me.And do anything they can to accomplish my goals. My case manager is amazing.Anyone that needs help I recommend La Frontera.
La Frontera has always been super helpful and saved me from losing my home. They're always there when we need them. My case worker Robert goes above and beyond and staff really cares about clients. The SCAR project is… awesome!
Why is it every time I call over to this office or any law Frontera office you will take down my demographics and then tell me I don’t have insurance. You do know I can call my insurance provider and they will tell me… my insurance is valid and up-to-date. You guys keep lying to me.
elaina the MA was super cool and friendly at my sample collection appointment today. i've been seeing dr diez for years, maybe a decade at this point, and he's always been an excellent psych provider. i'm switching my… pcp over here as well.
After my most recent post La Frontiera is stepping up. I'm getting a great new case worker that's gonna help me with getting housing. Staff is very helpful and Brianna my therapist is awesome I dont have suicidal… thoughts and Dr. Dietz is really caring and has worked with prescribing the best meds.
“I’m very grateful for the support I received. Staff was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful, and I felt supported every step of the way. I also want to recognize Jeremy, Mindy, and Rikeena — they were… supportive and very helpful. Thank you all for the work you do.”
I assisted my loved one today and I must say the young lady at the front desk I believe her name is Ilene. She is such a sweet kindhearted individual. Very helpful, attentive, patient, kind and Genuine. And that smile… is like a ray of sunshine definitely a wonderful face to be greeted by. You guys definitely chose a wonderful face for the business. Thank you sweetie for all your wonderful work. Have a blessed day
La frontera is not only for treating and supporting substance or medical issues but helping to change people’s wrong way of living and creating a new healthy friendly life that can be a life saver for that person and… their friends and most importantly family .
