was part of the PHP and IOP programs at Harmony, and I’m incredibly grateful for my experience. The staff is attentive, professional, and truly cares about their clients. They offer yoga and special outings that really… support overall mental health and recovery. I especially connected with Dr. Gina, Sharlice, and Veronica — they were compassionate, supportive, and deeply invested in my growth. Harmony played a huge role in helping me get sober and become more independent. They also stayed in communication with my family who lived far away, which meant so much. I highly recommend this program to anyone seeking support and real change.

This was my first time in treatment, there was alot of miscommunication among staff and clients. I can truly say Harmony Healing Center gave me the tools to start living a clean life. Katie was always available, Bri the… case manager was available as well. The techs was welcoming upon arrival. There was some ups and downs. Jasmin made sure i was good every day. This place would be great if it had structure.

I really didn't like the facility. I didn't like the food and they had one staff there. Her name was Veronica. She always lied she never told the truth about anything. She made me miss all my Doctor's appointments. But… for the tech. staff, they were wonderful. They also. Did urinate test and when I got the bill each test was over a $1000 that was not fair at all. I would not recommend that facility to anyone. They are robbing the insurance company.

Please do not send anyone you love here!!! The only good thing here are the techs.... Veronica will mess up all your meds, lie about housing, and you will never understand anything about your food allowance. This… investment needs to be shut down and started over there is no quality of mental or sober care. No regularity of meetings (AA/NA) and the staff is sub-par....please repost this, so no one else suffers these consequences and this is from someone who has been to multiple treatment centers.

Some staff here deserve 5 stars, they show up everyday and help clients any way they can. Like BREANNA the case manager, Matt group facilitator, Katie (sometimes) the therapist, and many others who want the best for… people. But tone at the top matters, and management here is bad. I’ve seen them fly people in from out of state (with the agreement to fly them home after completing the program) and leave them stranded with no way to get back home. They also have no problem throwing you out on the street with no where to go when insurance decides to stop paying. Management really does not care about the client. And that’s why I can’t in good faith recommend Harmony Healing. Do better management, do better.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! Counselors regularly violate HIPAA laws by disclosing private client information to, not only staff, but other clients. They lie and manipulate program completion dates in order to be… able to bill clients Insurance for additional unnecessary treatment. They fly clients in from other states, tell them they'll fly them back upon program completion, only to renege on that promise....again, to bill Insurance carriers. Rules and regulations are changed daily solely for Punitive reasons. Admissions will tell you ANYTHING you want to hear to get you in the door. Classic Bait and Switch!! I'm telling anyone considering this program now to BEWARE!!!! You've been warned!!!!!

Harmony was such a blessing to me. The clinical staff, especially one person in particular, Katie, the group facilitater was phenomenal. She was very transparent and relatable. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have… completed the program. Thanks to her educating me and continued support, I can proudly say today I have 5 and a half months clean. My son and I thank you for saving my life!

I was definitely nervous going into a new environment, but Harmony Healing Center was extremely welcoming the second I walked in the door from the Director and therapist down to the techs. They made me feel comfortable… right away which took a lot of stress off of me. The therapist and coordinators that run the groups are very informative in each group and are willing to help you with anything you need. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to get and stay sober.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! THEY WILL LIE TO GET YOU IN! I WAS NOT supposed to go to a rehab! They sent me here UNDER FALSE PRETENSES! I was supposed to be going to a mental health retreat, not a DRUG REHAB!!! They… told me they had trauma Therapists on hand when they did not. They told me I could have my cell phone when I could not. Oh, and the doctor was HORRIBLE!! They did not listen to me at all!!! He said I was LYING about my previous diagnosis and gave me the wrong medication, which caused me to go horribly manic!! I would give this place 0 STARS!!!! 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS WASTED AT THIS JOKE OF A FACILITY!!!

I chose this place in attempt to fight my addiction and restart my life. This place has provided me with an opportunity to do so. I can’t say enough about how amazing the staff is from top to bottom at this location.… They took me at my darkest point and shined a light on me and my recovery process.

I love being at Harmony Healing Center they have a very down to earth and loving staff.We all get top notch treatment.They treat us like family and you get therapy,great teacher from very good and different… perspectives.God fearing people with great personalities.Healthy food services,you go to meetings,outings,and the program is awesome.You will definitely heal in harmony at Harmony Healing Center.Im am truly blessed and thankful to be a part of this wonderful family and proud to be involved in this program.They never give up on you even when you raise hell (lol) like I did and don't believe in yourself.They are a group of people touched by angels sent to help the world be a better place person by person.Thank you Harmony Healing Center for saving my life and helping me create a new world for myself.

Lauren, Shannon, Katie, time and Mark are amazing. Definitely helped me succeed in my recovery as well as my general overview on life. I was a closed and paranoid individual but now I'm proud that I can say I'm on the… right path to succeed and to elevate.

Clinical Staff were extremely helpful, caring, and knowledgable of all aspects of recovery and behavioral health. They helped me build a positive outlook on life as well as teach me healthy coping mechanisms and… different ways of bulding my self esteem. Shout out to Mark, Katie, and Shannon!

My experience at Harmony healing center was nothing but supportive and encouraging. The staff cares and pushes clients in a positive way and keeps them accountable while they get through the first few months of being… clean & sober which is essential to build a strong foundation for the road of recovery to come. Harmony healing saved my life. The staff there saved my life. They dive deep into mental health work and recovery work. Because of that, my BPD, and bipolar disorder is in remission and I am celebrating 16 months clean and sober this month. Where do I begin? I received a follow up phone call from Harmony Healing, LLC. December 2022, after ‘successfully’ completing their program earlier in 2022. After careful consideration, I felt that I would consider… giving the program a second try. I agree with the previous comment, regarding the zero stars, because it’s one piece of a moneymaking monopoly. The company promised transportation to/from the program. My employer is down the street and somehow it was a struggle to get me there on-time. Moreover, I found myself having to constantly feel like I was pestering by asking for a promised service. In fact, on one occurrence, my wife answered the phone while I was headed out of our home to meet the van driver. When she answered the phone, the driver was extremely rude to her. We let that slide. Again, giving Harmony Healing, LLC. another try. I needed paperwork completed, it was mailed twice to their facility, and it was never received or completed. Save yourself the time. Long story short, the staff are not professional and are rude to the clients. We chose this service and should be treated with respect on at least a professional level.

My experience has been so enlightening. I've had such a caring compassionate clinical team that's helped me grow and move forward. The support from the entire staff from treatment to aftercare has been amazing. I… couldn't ask for a better network of treatment!

Harmony Healing Center is by far the best rehab I have ever been to. The staff actually care for clients and go above and beyond to support your sobriety. The director, Zoe is hardworking and always around ready to hear… any concerns or suggestions and promptly gets things done. The therapists Ashley and Tim are very empathetic and well knowledgeable on what it’s like to be in recovery. The group facilitators such as Anthony are incredibly intelligent and will help your rediscover your true sober self. The nurse Kim is always ready to handle any emergency in a professional and comforting manner not to mention she is someone you can pretty much talk to about anything or any concern, and you don’t even stress about aftercare here as Mark is an amazing case manager who will help you figure out next steps that fit perfect for your needs before you even have to ask. All the techs are also incredibly helpful like Katy, Samiera and Aaron- they have went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible even in high times of stress. I’m glad I experienced such a life changing program and I’m forever grateful for the efforts each and every staff member put it to support me. This is definitely the place you want to be if not only do you want success and sobriety but also an increase in self esteem and pure happiness. I love you harmony

From one suffering mental health patient to the next, this is truly a place that cares. I have been here 1 month and gained so much. The psychiatrist looked through my life to find the medication combination that worked… with my body. The nurse Kim helped me find a doctor when I was sick and made sure i was doing okay everyday, and they transported me to and from my lodging with thebest playlists! The case managers Zoey and Amy really cared enough to find me a great place to get after care. I felt heard and they showed me true compassion. The group facilitator Anthony had so much knowledge on what I was going through that I felt safe to share. It was a great place to get in between care doing IOP. I wish had more time with my therapist to get into the deep stuff but I definitely worked on it in group. I mention their names because I want you to know that there are real people there to help and care about you. I am a truly proud and happy alumni! Harmony recovery focuses on the individual and needs of each client with respect, love, and genuine care. I always felt like my needs were acknowledged and met during my stay in treatment. The technicians were awesome… and very caring. The clinical staff were very personable and professional.
