Shannon Burdick has walked me through grief and counseled me through difficult times. She is a genuine caring and compassionate person. She knows how to break through the deep ugly layers and be supportive as they are… brought into the light. I would absolutely recommend Shannon to anyone looking for one on one counseling.

Lifebulb back office for scheduling and billing is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I started seeing Amy Thompkins which was going fine at first (both appointments had scheduling mishaps but the treatment was fine) ,… until I was suddenly and coldly told that she was not actually in my network and I could either stop services, pay full cash rates, or get assigned to someone else new...right when I was in the middle of a medication cross taper and was running out of pills. Then I had many phone calls trying to match me again. Met with Alexis Holmes who never took 5 minutes to review my file, instead treated me like a brand new client, ignoring the game of hot potato her company played with my care. I did not feel comfortable continuing treatment with her. So they matched me with someone who was shortly going on maternity leave. (all of this was over the course of two months) They don't care about continuity of care at all. It took me many weeks to get the $260 refunded that they owed me as well.

I would highly recommend Tiffany Miller to anyone seeking mental health support. She creates a caring, supportive therapy environment.

UNPROFESSIONAL and money hungry! Called to discuss a charge on my card that I didn’t approve of which was charged months later after my last appt, and the woman from billing department kept saying “I’m not gonna argue… with you” and hung up on me, when I tried to resolve and understand. Literally hung up without a resolution! This place doesn’t deserve a dime. Considering this is a therapy service, I would advise the customer service reps to be selected to be compassionate. They should remember they are talking to people who are seeking mental health help here. They lost a client over this and the worst part is that they don’t see you as human beings receiving help but $$$ instead
