Monte Nido Clementine – Cherry Hill Address, Location and Contact Information

This facility serves Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Camden County covers this area. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.

Our 13-year-old daughter, who is struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, spent 12 weeks at Monte Nido Clementine in Cherry Hill, NJ, from April through June 2026. I will never forget the day we dropped her off. We were… scared, heartbroken, and filled with uncertainty. We didn’t know what the next 12 weeks would look like. We only knew that our daughter was sick and that she needed more help than we could give her at home. There were difficult days. There were many distressed phone calls. There were moments when we questioned everything and wondered if we had made the right decision. Today, looking back, I can say with my whole heart: we made the right decision. Clementine Cherry Hill helped save our daughter’s life. And they didn’t just help our daughter — they helped save our family, too. Our family counselor, Vanessa, was extraordinary. She became such an important part of our journey. She helped our daughter, but she also helped us understand what was happening and, perhaps most importantly, helped us understand what we needed to change as parents. I remember feeling overwhelmed and sometimes even taken aback by the things we were being asked to see differently. But by the time we left Clementine, we understood. We knew what we needed to do. We knew how we needed to respond. And we felt better equipped to give our daughter the best possible chance at lasting recovery. Then there was Erica, our daughter’s recovery coach and counselor. There really are not enough words to describe what she meant to our daughter. We called her our daughter’s “whisperer” because she had an incredible ability to understand her, reach her, and know what she needed. Erica was there for her through some of the hardest days of her young life. She earned her trust. She made her feel understood. She helped her face things that felt impossible. Our daughter still talks about Erica constantly and misses her every day. Seven weeks after leaving Clementine, Erica is still a part of our conversations and a part of our daughter's recovery story. We have now been home for seven weeks. Recovery is not easy, and we know this journey is far from over. There are still hard days. But there is something we have today that we desperately needed when we arrived at Clementine and that was Hope. We see our daughter fighting. We see her growing stronger. We see glimpses of the girl behind the eating disorder coming back to us. And as a parent, there is no greater gift than that. I also have to give a huge kudos to Chef Gerry, who has the incredibly challenging job of preparing meals for a group of adolescents struggling with eating disorders. He did it with patience, care, and so much heart. Our daughter especially loved the days she was able to cook with him, and those became some of the positive memories she carried home with her. To every staff member at Clementine Cherry Hill who cared for our daughter: thank you! Every conversation, every meal, every difficult moment, every bit of encouragement, every time someone sat with our daughter when she was struggling — it all mattered. You were there during a chapter of our daughter's life that we never wanted her to have to experience. But because you were there, she came home with something we were desperately afraid we might lose: a chance at her life. If you are a parent reading this while trying to decide whether to send your child to residential treatment, I know how terrified you are. I know the guilt. I know the questions. I know how impossible it feels to leave your child somewhere and drive away. We felt all of it. But if I could go back to that day, knowing what I know now, I would make the same decision again in a heartbeat. For our daughter, Monte Nido Clementine Cherry Hill was the place where the fight for her life truly began. And for that, our family will be forever, profoundly grateful. Thank you, Clementine, for helping our daughter find her way back to herself

I’m sure if your reading through these reviews your either a parent trying to find help for your child or an adolescent yourself trying to find out more information and perspectives. Monte Nido Cherry Hill was the push… to start of my recovery journey. I was treatment resistant, unmotivated, sad, and hopeless. I tried absolutely everything and anything to get out of the program and find ways to do behaviors while there. Let me tell you- they 100% saw that and definitely didn’t let me get away with it. I was so in denial that I was sick enough to be there. Now that I look back I am so glad I got through it. From the moment you enter the facility, it doesn’t even feel like a facility but it feels like a home. It’s warming and welcoming. To this day when I think of somewhere safe I actually think of Monte Nido Cherry Hill. It felt like a safety bubble secluded from the rest of the world. Unlike some facilities, Monte Nido was always kept clean and up to date. The staff. Where do I even begin…. Chantelle the clinical director absolutely changed my entire life and how i look at the world forever. I will never ever stop raving about Chantelle. The amount of hard, emotional, and intense meetings and conversations we had but she never gave up on me. I don’t even know how to put the work she does into words. She is a miracle worker. The recovery coaches- Talia, Katie, Ava, Christina, Carla, Rachel, Kimberly (i’m sure some don’t work there anymore as this was a while ago) they were all there for me through my darkest times. Every day reminding me why I had to get through this and what was on the other side. Talia specifically holds a very special place in my heart. She truly cares for every single child who enters the program and is just such a ray of light i can’t even talk about it without tearing up. The nurses. All of them. Pam, Gabby, Trish and others all worked night and day providing for our health and taking extraordinary care of everyone. Not just physically but also emotionally. The chef! made the most amazing meals for us and worked exceptionally hard to get everyone to fall in love with food again. My fist real meals in a while were sure good ones. Dr. Peebles- to this day I feel so bad for how much backlash i gave this amazing woman. All she wanted to do was help, save, and see her clients thrive and live life once again. She was the doctor who was there while I was hospitalized and she was with me the entire residential journey. Saved me! Additionally comment that the grounds are gorgeous and I loved that they allowed my parents to bring my dog on family day. Lastly the clients you are with. Oh my goodness. I was there in 2023 it’s now 2026 and I am still very well connected with many of the clients who were there during my stay. Close enough to even call one of them my best friend who I see often. A lot of us happen to stay in touch through social media and quite a few I hang out with in person. When you live together for that amount of time you really make connections and also the time we spend together was indeed probably one of the hardest times of our lives and it’s not something you can just forget about because the clients truly all help each other through it too. Although it is hard work and sure not the most pleasant experiences And yes there are rules and expectations put in place FOR safety and recovery which you probably won’t want to follow at the time- but you will be glad that you did by the end of it all. CCH and all the staff made such a big difference in my life. And Chantelle- such an inspiration and role model to me gave me a purpose in life too: I am going to university (something that I thought would never be an option due to my mental health) to study psychology in the hopes to guide others on their recovery journey as a clinical director! Although I will never be as great as chantelle, I have learnt from her and will use that to help others just as she did. Thank you Monte Nido Cherry Hill for saving me. my apologies for the hard times i gave throughout my stay!

I can honestly say Clementine cherry hill changed my life and saved it. i’m sure if you are Reading this, you’re probably looking at reviews to try to see what this place is like. I’m going to be honest half of the… reviews here are not honest. I have been here twice (25 weeks total) and i can confidently say that this treatment facility is absolutely impeccable. the space is clean and well kept. Everyone who works there genuinely cares about their job and goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone is kept safe. My therapist Christina completely shifted my perspective on recovery and truly helped me heal. Not only were our sessions extremely productive but she also made time to just relax and paint with me no matter how busy she was i felt like a priority. My family therapist Vanessa was absolutely amazing and healed my relationship with my family so much. she helped me and my parents build back the trust that we thought we lost. The clinical director Chantelle is absolutely amazing and cares so much about all of the clients and makes an effort to help everyone feel understood and supported. Lindsey is also an excellent family therapist that helped me even though i wasn’t her client. She also provided music therapy which made my day so much better. Stephanie the dietitian is wonderful and always open to helping you out with managing meal plan increases. Although I have anorexia I have seen this facility accommodate patients with ARFID incredibly well working with them and i first hand have seen them flourish. Chef Gerry is also outstanding, makes awesome food, runs a super fun cooking group, and even makes time to eat some meals with us. Amy the PM is very good at making sure the facility stays clean and in check and always made me feel safe and supported. I could go on about how amazing my experience here was but I hope whoever is out there reading this at-least finds a little bit of hope in knowing that you (or your kid) is in extremely good hands. Treatment really sucks but If I had to go back I would choose CCH.This place gave me my spark back and made me feel worthy of a life free from my eating disorder. I will forever be grateful for Clementine Cherry Hill and as I move into the next stage of recovery I know there is a entire team of people cheering me on!

I went here a year ago and am proud of say I have kept with recovery since. I tremendously thank my therapist when I was there Courtney and Vanessa they were beyond helpful. The staff of Clementine taught me how to… actually cope with my feelings instead of just weight restoration. Of course not everything was not perfect. There definitely was an imbalance at times with staff and patients. Some patients seemed to be more favorited. There was also an situation when I was there where they made us have no free time In-between groups, instead we had to do “therapeutic assignments” which was very exhausting and made me feel a bit burnt out and depressed. Residential is not fun, a lot of the girls really got along well together and I never really fit in with any of the cliques who’d talk negatively of recovery. the staff assured me focusing on my recovery was the best thing for me and I’m glad I listened! I also wanted to shout out how much family therapy helped. Clementine really helped my whole family through the process and not just me. Vanessa was absolutely amazing with my parents. Thank you to my therapist Courtney, family therapist Vanessa, Nurse Pam, Nurse Gabby, Chantelle, Rcs Katie, Erica, Taylor, I’ll never forget any of you and can’t thank you enough!!

Lifesaving. Sending our child here was one of the best decisions we have made. It was very difficult decision to send our child away but one that was needed. Monte Nido was one of the places that was capable of caring… for our child in the 'state' they were in. Within about 4 months, she improved so much!! We could have never done this alone. The building and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The building is like an old mansion. There were many rooms to visit. The bedrooms were nice (shared) as were the yoga, meeting, classrooms, kitchen, etc. We spent most of the days visiting on the great lawn or patio. We would walk the grounds and visit the stream nearby. We also were able to bring our puppy! The food cooked by the chef (Gerry) was fabulous! We were able to have dinner and we got to taste it! He was also super friendly and a really cool guy. They dealt with all aspects: emotional, psychological, nutritional and medical. They are there to focus on weight restoration (priority) and long-term recovery. Was it sometimes uncomfortable for your child? Was it sometimes strict in the way things were done? Was there sometimes crying involved? YES! Honestly, what child would want to go away from their family and have new rules?! Not many! That is why I believe some of these reviews are a little harsh and might be from the patient itself. They are there to help the situation! They are professionals. They give you a clear plan and help with everything. While you may be stressing, they make it less stressful. They fight for you and your child. They gave education classes and calls for the families (and patients). We took up on every chance we could get (not many parents did). We also did our own research and found outside groups. What we learned was invaluable through individual and group therapy. They taught coping skills, life calming skills, emotional regulation, routines, etc. We absolutely loved our therapist, Vanessa. She gave great advice, listened to us which gave us hope. We had hard and honest conversations. It was something we looked forward to. If we ever emailed, she would email us in a timely manner. We will always remember her and keep in contact. Also, the ratio of staff/patient were perfect! It is not a same-sex place (boys/girls).

I had an incredible experience at Clementine Cherry Hill. I loved all of the staff members and clients dearly and I still miss them all so much to this day. This place and the people there helped to put me in the right… direction again. They helped to save my life. And to bring back the old cheerful me. I remember my first day that I got to Clem I was just so extremely nervous, sad, terrified, feeling so alone, and the last thing I wanted to do was leave my family, friends, and pets for who knew how long at that time. I would say that was the loneliest day I had ever experienced in my life. I felt so empty, upset, and scared. And I didn’t know anyone there yet so I was also trying to be as kind to everyone as I could but still just be present in my gloom of emotions, because how could I ignore such a heavy-emotion moment and day? But luckily everyone there was just so nice, soft, sweet, friendly, and caring to me and from the start everyone was just so supportive and welcoming and I was finally starting to feel like I maybe had hope for life again and no longer feel alone. It definitely took a week or so for me to really start to not feel so alone anymore and to adjust to everything and how the program ran. The 24/7 support and encouragement everyone gives amazing. And whenever I needed support and to just brain dump the RC’s and clients were always there for me and they always understood me and knew exactly how I felt and they always gave the right feedback. Whenever I fell off of my horse or my path, they were always right there by my side to help me get back up again. This also helped me to finally realize that I wasn’t and am not alone in this journey. My ed was always telling me that I am not worthy, strong, enough, brave, beautiful, or so many other things that I and we all are. It told me that I wasn’t loved, but CCH helped me to know that I am loved and all of those words I thought didn’t describe me. When your mind is all fogged up you don’t know how to tell yourself how worthy, strong, beautiful, brave and capable you really are. I also made wonderful friendships and relationships at CCH that will be lifelong. And I never would have met any of these gorgeous people if I hadn’t gone here. Not only did it save my life, but it also gave me amazing friends, memories and experiences that I never would have gotten if I hadn’t come. I also got my true happiness back, my laugh, the ability to have fun again and have soul moments and to truly appreciate life. And I do definitely still have some struggles and pumps in the road now, but now I know how to cope with it and to get back up and never let my ed fully take me down again. I am able to fight it so much better than before and I/we will all come out of this stronger than ever before. Even if sometimes my ed is convincing me that I want to go back to old habits and when I was really deep, I know I don’t and I can’t go back there, I won’t go back. This place taught me so many cognitive, behavioral coping skills and what to do when you know or can feel your ed coming on you or a strong wave of emotions or anything. And they taught me how to fight back at my ed every time it tried to take me back down to where I was. I just want to thank everyone at Clementine so much for supporting me and guiding me every step of the way and this experience has truly changed my life and partly even helped me to find part of who I am as a person. And a huge shoutout to all of the staff who always supported and understood me and helped me get through the hardest times. And to anyone out there who is struggling and/or looking for a place to help them and save them too, I would highly recommend CCH, it is such a cozy and welcoming place to be in when you’re having it hard. And you develop and create a community and friends in your milieu that is just so special and unique. It definitely leaves a mark that you never lose and can carry with you so far. I am rooting for all of you, go find your happily ever after ❤️ And at CCH, you will learn once again to thrive, not just survive.

I don’t usually sit down and write google reviews but for Monte Nido Clementine Cherry Hill , I really feel like I owe it to them to share my experiences with others. Clementine Cherry Hill has changed my son’s life! As… a parent, dropping off my child at a residential eating disorder facility was extremely overwhelming and scary. But the staff over at CCH, they were so welcoming, so understanding and accommodating to me and to my son. I felt some relieved after meeting the staff , but still had a worried feeling. Over the course of my son’s stay at CCH, I’ve seen some outstanding therapist, nurses and the rest of the dedicated staff. My son has grown tremendously and has built some great friendships. He has learnt so much about his eating disorder facility, trauma, mental health, and life in general. He did unfortunately had to go back to CCH a second time, but only because our insurance kicked him out of the facility prematurely. But when we needed to make the decision a second time, I felt very comfortable and confident sending my son to back CCH. My son is thankfully on his continuous road of recovery with all the tools and coping skills he’s learnt at CCH. I can’t be more grateful to have come across CCH for my son to help him get through his eating disorder. In my opinion, the staff are very professional and incredibly caring individuals. They deserve a huge shout out for their constant care, support and devotion to each and every teen staying at the CCH facility. As well as their care , support and group therapy they offer the family members. A special thank you to Vanessa the director who has spent many hours guiding me and helped me personally get the this hard time. Vanessa has always made sure my son was fully understood and made sure he was set up for the right care when he left CCH so he can go on with his life.

This place is gut wrenchingly discusting and a disgrace to recovery. Absolute disgrace. The staff is so under staffed doesn’t pay attention to patients or their needs and truly doesn’t care. I was lied to several times… not aloud to call home when needing to because my body was so weak and needed to call my mom to tell her because the nurses didn’t. I wasn’t advocated for properly. I was denied to get a tums or gasx when needed. I was crying in the corner constantly with nobody “recovery coach” to help me. Instead they all just stared at me and let the other patients laugh at me. Extremely excluding. Violated my rights but I’m not gonna get into that bc clearly you guys lie a lot. I would like a formal apology from certain staff members. This place traumatized me seriously. Honestly my recovery WAS. going great, but after you “treatment center” suddenly I’m fighting for my life like a dramatic teen girl in a season finale. Every ‘support’ group felt like being emotionally jump scared by people who clearly hate recovery and the people attempting it. The environment was so soul sucking it made relapse feel like self-care. I would give you a zero star but that’s not a option. So I give you a 1. #NOrecovery #”go”recovery🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️💨💨💨💨👎🚫🚫-from a simple girl sitting next to a big bear

Monte nido Clem honestly changed my life for the better. Before going into treatment I struggled to gain for a year, I was constantly getting sick and I was malnourished. Coming into treatment was the hardest thing I… had to do, but it was 1000% worth it because I came out so much stronger. The environment is homey, which I feel is crucial in the journey bc if I went to a hospital facility I personally would have felt trapped. The staff is amazing there as well, for the most part all staff members are kind and easy to talk to and genuinely care about you. Most of them will laugh and joke with you and genuinely make your stay better. I only disliked one RC bc of how she acted, but even still she didn’t ruin my experience. I still think about my favorite RCs every day and I miss my therapist dearly. My therapist helped me work through a lot of my trauma and helped me learn to process my emotions, Madison was the first person I told about all my trauma and she gave me all of the tools to deal with it and helped me through it. Clem became a second home to me, and all of the clients were like my family, I built beautiful bonds with a lot of the people there and I won’t ever forget them. Yes there was drama and arguments sometimes but that’s normal when you live with 12 people you don’t know. Despite all of our differences we all grew close and found friendship in each other. I’ve never been so grateful for a program in my life. I will say the program is strict, they have rules and it sucks to follow rules but they are all for your benefit. The best advice I could give is the faster you accept your situation the faster you’ll recover, if you fight the help it’ll make the experience harder. Try your best in the program, getting rid of your ed is hard but it’s something that will save your life, the way your body looks is nothing when your body cannot function. Nobody wants to be in residential treatment but this program 100% saved me and if you put in work it could save you too💗

After nearly a year of watching our teen battle an eating disorder—with multiple hospitalizations and no lasting progress—we made the incredibly difficult decision to pursue residential treatment. It was the most… frightening and vulnerable step we’ve taken as a family, but it turned out to be the one that saved our child’s life. From the moment we arrived at Monte Nido, we felt heard—not just by the incredible professionalism of the staff, but by their warmth, humanity, and unwavering belief in recovery. Today, as I unpacked my child’s belongings, I came across a stack of handwritten notes—messages of strength, hope, and encouragement from both staff and peers. I sat with them in my hands, overwhelmed by what they represented: the healing journey of a young person who had once felt lost. Over the course of ten weeks, our child not only achieved weight restoration, but also discovered a renewed sense of self—empowered, resilient, and equipped with the tools needed to continue healing. He described his experience as profoundly supportive and transformative. Every single question I had—no matter how small or urgent—was answered with care and clarity. I left the program not only hopeful, but fully prepared to support my teen in the next phase of recovery. Monte Nido didn’t just care for our child—they cared for our whole family. I will never stop being grateful for the compassion and expertise they gave us during our darkest season. If your teen is struggling with an eating disorder, I wholeheartedly recommend Monte Nido. It is a place where healing truly begins.

Monte Nido Clementine Cherry Hill saved my daughter’s life. My daughter spent 16 weeks at Monte Nido Clementine Cherry Hill. It was the hardest thing we’ve ever done — and also the best decision we’ve made. The staff,… the care, the support — it all helped save her life. If you’re considering CCH, I hope our experience gives you some peace of mind. As a parent, the idea of dropping your child off at a residential eating disorder facility is gut-wrenching. You’re scared, hesitant, and heartbroken — and if you’re like me, you’ve probably read every single review online, hoping to make the right decision. Some reviews may frighten you, and I understand that completely. But please, let me offer a parent’s perspective. My 12-year-old daughter entered CCH freshly diagnosed, starving, stubborn, and terrified. Saying goodbye to her that first day was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. But I knew she had a long journey ahead — and CCH was the place that could help her. She stayed for about 8 weeks the first time. Unfortunately, she relapsed and returned shortly after discharge for another 8-week stay. So yes, we were there for the long haul, and I feel confident sharing a full and honest review. Yes, there were challenges. She’s a strong-willed pre-teen, and like many kids, she tested limits. Sometimes that meant losing privileges, like weekend outings. At first, those consequences were hard to understand — but with time, we realized they were necessary parts of her growth and accountability. What made all the difference was the staff. The director at CCH is nothing short of incredible. She went above and beyond to understand and support my daughter’s complex needs. I truly believe her compassion and leadership were central to my daughter’s progress. The therapists helped her not just with the eating disorder, but also with her mental health and underlying trauma. They gave her tools, helped her find her voice, and helped us understand her better as a family. The Recovery Coaches were patient, kind, and consistent — even during her most combative moments. They saw her not just as a patient, but as a person. The team made sure every child felt like an individual, not just another case. The communication with families was excellent. I had regular access to our family therapist through text, calls, and emails, and I always felt heard. I was treated as a partner in her treatment, not just a visitor. CCH became a second home for my daughter. She was there through Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, and Easter — heartbreaking for any parent, but CCH made those holidays meaningful and comforting for the kids. And the facility? It’s beautiful. Every time I visited, it felt warm, clean, and peaceful. The backyard is breathtaking — we spent family visits sitting on the lawn, walking through the woods, and pausing by the creek. It felt like healing happened there too. When my daughter was finally discharged on Mother’s Day, she stepped down to PHP, and now she’s in IOP. She’s still on her journey, but the growth she’s made is incredible. I am so proud of her — and I owe so much of that to the team at CCH. Please, if you’re a parent considering treatment for your child, know that not every story is scary. Yes, it’s hard. Yes, it’s emotional. But Clementine Cherry Hill was the right place for us. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose them in a heartbeat.

The two other reviews stating the terror of this place are not lying!! The staff can NOT control their anger, taking their anger out on us. I was yelled at by many rc’s. When I brought up the bevahior to a “trusted… staff member” they validated the staffs behavior saying they were “having hard times”. I was yelled at for peeing to much at night cause the worker did not want to keep needing to get up to open the door, I was yelled at for bringing up a conflict with my ocd because it was not extreme enough. Many times I caught rc’s peaking their heads through the door while I was on the toilet. They do not listen to you here. Some rvs r good. A couple of them. There are two good therapists, one of them was only working there for a couple months due to someone leaving. Go somewhere else. Also I went days with no fresh air. Others went weeks with only a couple minutes of fresh air in total. Those were the ones who were struggling the most. Only those who completed all meals were allowed fresh air.

The fact that this is one of the “better” residential treatments makes me sick to my stomach. I have watched the staff be unnecessarily aggressive and rude to other clients including myself. I have witnessed the staff… lie to my parents about what was actually happening. The favoritism is strong; I had an altercation with another client and I was forced to apologize while she didn’t after she had cussed me out in front of a staff member and continued to talk poorly about me after I had left the room. This place also preaches about how “everyone must be included” but two clients were forced to have an assigned seat in the milieu. They were in a corner BY THE BATHROOMS in a chair the staff had pulled out. We couldn’t even see them, and they were not allowed to talk to us. It seems small but it means a lot when that’s your whole life: being isolated in place that’s supposed to encourage the opposite. If it all possible I highly recommend going to a PHP or IOP before residential if not done already. I left this place much worse than I came in, and it’s given me trauma. I have nightmares. There are only four kind staff members out of who knows how many. If you want to be constantly belittled, then this staff is for you! Not to mention, the staff cannot control other clients behavior, so if they are making you uncomfortable then you are completely on your own! You can talk to your parents for a whopping 10 minutes a day and see them for a couple hours in the week. You can only go outside if you complete all your meals; how encouraging! Not. It’s awful. This place is awful. I’m not saying this out of spite I’m saying this out of warning.

Clementine Cherry Hill may be the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m currently at a different place for php and it’s a relief. At CCH the staff may have been the worst part, they were rude to patients and genuinely… acted like they hated their jobs. There were maybe two RCs that actually did their job and did it well, but the dietitian, therapists, etc were horribly incompetent. Every patient that I am still in contact with has relapsed. While residential was a needed experience for me, I wish I would have chosen a different one. They went through all my journals while I was asleep, which have details about my trauma, home life, and obviously everyday thoughts. It was extremely unethical. Don’t try to get close with the other patients because they will separate you and gaslight you into thinking you’re doing something wrong and “not being inclusive.” Lastly, I felt very uncomfortable when another patient was staring at me eating and my plate. When I brought it up to staff, they said they would address it. Never did and when I asked again they told me they wouldn’t talk to them about it because it’s an eating disorder behavior. The whole point of being there was to stop ed behaviors so make that make sense. It made meal times extremely uncomfortable and made me very anxious. Overall, please consider a different residential treatment plan.

My daughter got treatment at Clementine and it turned out to be a great place. It was heart wrenching dropping her off and having to leave her there but my fears were eased by the staff. They were very kind and caring… and they wanted to see everyone succeed. Everyone was very helpful and during visits we had the opportunity to be educated about eating disorders. The group sessions with the families and clients were very helpful. This was a great experience considering the circumstances and I highly recommend Clementine to anyone seeking residential eating disorder treatment. My daughter and some of the other clients she was there with all had good things to say about their time there. The environment was focused on healing, comfort, and kindness, and was a safe space for all of the clients and families.

When I first entered this place, I felt so lost and alone - that quickly changed once I met all the wonderful staff and clients. Everyone was so welcoming and patient with me. Despite residential not being the most… amazing place to be, it was certainly a comforting environment for recovery. This wasn’t my first time in clementine/residential before. This time felt 10x more different. My therapist and dietician both helped me achieve things that I thought were impossible to accomplish. Within the first few weeks, I felt more committed, driven, and motivated for recovery. The RC’s and staff were always there to assist us when we needed it. I felt true validation here, and I found my authentic self again. Yes, it didn’t happen overnight, but it took time. Consistency is key. Mindset is everything. It’s been a year since I discharged from CCH and since then, I am still going strong. I can’t thank this place enough. This goes to show that recovery isn’t linear and that it’s okay to repeat processes over and over again until it finally clicks. Now I am able to be my true self again and not hide behind my ed. Thank you CCH!

i seriously met some life long friends here. staff was really nice and easy to talk to. to be fair there was some moments i was doubtful, but going in as someone not ready to recover it really did shape me into the best… version of myself. i’d recommend this place for anyone of any age. there was a lot of younger girls in my group and everyone was treated fairly wether they were 9 or about to turn 19! i had a really wonderful therapist while i was there. we did yoga and walks as well as mna move. even when staff wasn’t the best they were very receptive of feedback during process group. going in was so scary and so was being discharged but i seriously recommend this place for anyone weather your ready to recover or even if your not it will definitely change your perspective.

They literally lost many of my books that I have not been able to get back, and were not given back to me when I left. these were books that were “denied” and were not approved, that i never since received back. Really,… sincerely, please consider a different approach when treating your patients. To be completely transparent here, I have nightmares about this place. The staff has this odd grudge against me, and towards the end of my stay treated me horribly, like I was a revolving door patient

This place felt so scary going into as a child not ready for recovery. I didn’t know what to expect and was walking into here not knowing what to expect. Right when I walked it in got welcomed with so many smiles and… warm greetings. From the start to end I always felt comforted and understood by staff and clients. I would recommend this place 100 times if I could to anyone needing help. My therapist and dietitian were great and made me feel like we were family. I went to the residential for 12 weeks and they changed my perspective of food for the better.
