Rutgers UBHC Cherry Hill OP Services – Cherry Hill Address, Location and Contact Information
Records give the address as 57 Haddonfield Road, Cherry Hill, New Jersey, 8002. Cherry Hill sits in Camden County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Rutgers UBHC Cherry Hill OP Services – Cherry Hill Reviews and Ratings
What is Rutgers UBHC Cherry Hill OP Services like for patients? Reviews in this section, from RehabSeekers and from around the web, describe the program in the words of patients and families who know it.
Monique and Rog are the only bright spots at this Cherry Hill facility, but the rest of the operation is an absolute disgrace that demands the immediate attention of Rutgers leadership. When patients attempt to report… serious grievances, management completely fails to follow up or provide any accountability. The clinical environment under Michael Brown is entirely hostile, patronizing, and counterproductive. Instead of providing actual care, Michael Brown runs group sessions like a performative academic lecture, using relentless pedantry, academic grandstanding, and a glaring superiority complex to demean participants and shut down dialogue. Rutgers needs to audit the toxic conduct and complete administrative failure at this location.
It boggles my mind to know Rutgers is not aware goodness arrogance and disrespect of the girls in the front office what is their problem one access door she's the queen of the world doesn't want to be bothered has a… snooty miserable unpleasant attitude about her and then the other one the desk I miss you around the whole organization because she's so rude always messes up your appointment time doesn't ever look at you looked right to the monitor and she's got the worst cocky attitude ever she's arrogant imagine going to place for mental health and you deal with people so unfriendly and rude I think they find anyone coming out of a 2-year college and won't accept the least amount to pay in shopping there don't care how the dress don't care their appearance and they're working people with mental health they're really quick they're inexperience and they just have no business being a counselor they don't even have a clue I would never recognize if it will cause you more men to health issues than you had when you went there I know how they can pass any state regulations I don't understand it
i was recently apart of the IOP program here. i dont understand all of the bad reviews quite frankly. this place is a get out what you put in and it saved my life. i entered here broken, lost, and looking forward to… nothing. i dont know what made me decide this was the program id really apply myself to, but im so glad i did. i came out with so many useful skills that were realistic for me to use in my everyday life. counselor amber is an angel. honestly, without her i dont know where id be. i owe her so much gratitude. counselor mike is smart, kind, and he will be stern with you when you aren’t trying as hard as he knows you can. i enjoyed his classes very much and feel like i took the most out of them. counselor dave is just a bright, kind human. he is funny and caring and takes time to get to know each person in there. i owe the people in this place my life. if any of my counselors see this, thank you. i wish you nothing but the best. and to anyone looking for a place to go when you don’t know where to go, give this place a try. commit yourself to the program. you will see results.
the woman at the front desk orders you to wear a mask but she doesn’t have to wear one…yeah I’ll go somewhere else where there isn’t blatant hypocrisy as soon as you come in
At of 3 places in local area, Rutgers is in last place. The lunches are good. They provide stuff for breakfast too. Transportation is included. Sometimes got messed up if driver off or called out. Getting program late.… My 1st day, my transport van was a no show. P.S. please don't play loud radio in vans. Not everyone has same music taste as driver & don't want noise early in morning or after long exhausting day. Quiet is welcome. Saw a lot more ankle bracelets & people not able to drive themselves then I've seen before. Not supposed to be any cell phones out in session, but people routinely on their phone the whole group session, sleeping, watching videos, loud music, & movies distracting others that want to be there. Male Dr. very good. Nikki best counselor. Dave brings good energy. Theresa & Antoine...😬...proof you can actually work there with only a 4 yr degree & it shows...bizarre. Director talks to patients like he doesn't know his audience - sounds like no background in field. When they taught a class, no bueno. Huge building, tons of empty offices with names on the doors - where did everybody go? Like a ghost town. 2 counselors left while was there. A few others had just left before I arrived. They have rules, but there's no follow through. I would recommend Princeton House over Rutgers, heads & tails above.
Because most people are forced to be there so it was very chaotic, uncomfortable and distracting. I gave it 2 stars because one of the therapists there were good but he's since left
i personally would NOT recommend this place at all i had a horrible therapist with even worse horrible jokes but the thing is he says them mid personal session. also they filled out my fmla paper work to go back to work… earlier then when i completed IOP then has the audacity to call and ask if i’ll be joining IOP since i’m at work i say no it’s not possible he asks if he should close out my case! no maybe just transfer me to OP and not just close me out because OF YOUR MISTAKE. I do NOT recommend this place at all
Very disappointed with this place and do not recommend it. Receptionist is rude and nasty. I ask to speak with a supervisor she lied said not available. Making decisions that is not her call. My mom needs an appointment… and every time i call they give me a new date to call. I was told to call today 03/30 the schedule will open up. Now she saying is full to call again in call in June. How you tell someone call 03/30 and then tell them is full my mom has to see a doctor needs her medicine refill.
Attending this program & so far every staff member has been very helpful & nice to me & they show genuine interest in seeing you get better & succeed in your recovery.
Great caring people
All staff is kind and respectful. It does feel like they want you to get better and want to help with that.
By far the worst program ever the counselors treat clients like they dont matter Theresa is the worst offender in that area. The physicist dont want try and re diagnosis you what so ever . all around theis place us… garabage and the counselors are trash especially Theresa
Nice and clean place. Some of the counselors are genuinely caring. They take you to medical appointments which helped me a lot. Groups are great most of the time. Lunch served is ok and free!! There’s one driver that… always smile and make you feel comfortable, Susette. I’m grateful to her and she helped me with anxiety. Security guard is great too. I would 100 percent recommend this program!!
About half of the clients are court-mandated to be there. Many of the staff won’t speak to clients like normal adults. Going to this location for voluntary treatment is ill-advised.
