Been coming to pyramid everyday for around 15 months now, they're a very supportive and friendly staff, always though communication is important and experience is based on each individual individually.

This review goes to Janelle Kist. I have seen counselors before, but no one compares to Janelle. From her aura, calm demeanor, and feeling so safe with her, speaks volumes. This isn't a "job" for her. She helps people… everyday mentally whether it's with addiction or being your place to go to divulge all your secrets too. She is so personable and non judgemental. If you need a therapist, I highly recommend her. I've only known her for a short time but she has helped me immensely and will make a difference in my life by her positivity, faith in me and giving me life lessons that will only better myself. Pyramid should be blessed to have her because I am. Thank you so much for being here for me 🩷

It’s a great outpatient facility, if you really want the help for yourself… the program works if you work it… there’s great counselors who respect and listen to you… find options for you and guide you. I recommend it no… drinking or drugging

My experience with Pyramid has help me is so much. I have been going here for 7 months now and the personal growth i have gained with the help of Ms. Parker has giving me the confidence to succeed in life. I didnt think… i needed help when i first started but the weight that has been lifted off me is life changing. I owe my success today to a big part because of Ms. Parker. I have been a client of this facility since October 2021 when I came home from inpatient. Pyramid is the foundation to my recovery... I have never felt like I had to stop coming just because I "completed" a program. I… actively attend weekly group sessions and biweekly individual sessions with my counselor Jim. He has been a huge advocate for me since taking over my case a year ago. He is honest and patient with me and makes me feel heard. I have been on MAT throughout the entire time and even though it didn't always go my way, they supported me through it all. Dr. Malcuhay has been seeing me for years and makes me feel like she genuinely cares for my well-being. Sacha from Allentown is one of the nurses that has shown me compassion and held me accountable when I was extremely late for an appointment. Alyssa the nurse is prompt and professional, and it's refreshing to actually receive responses to my emails. Kate, Katie, Gage, Towanna have all been wonderful and I look forward to seeing them all. If your insurance is up to date and paid, you will have no issues here. Thank you for helping me find myself again!

I have been going to pyramid for 8 months, I completed my program and I still come once a week for group. Kate is my counselor and our group leader and she is amazing. All the staff is wonderful and very friendly. I… have been clean and sober since my first visit 8 months ago. It's a wonder feeling.

Receptionist Towanda if in not mistaken HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE IN THE WORLD everything bothers her, if she doesn't want to deal with people or customers she should get another job, see me and makes a face like I'm… disgusting or if I owe her money, her attitude on the phone and mannerisms are horrible you guys should VET ur workers a bit more and a bit better, I get along with everyone and have never had an issue but she takes the cake. She shouldn't be working in this field. Get a job at McDonald's or burger King ur attitude would fit right in.

The reception Towanda is extremely rude and doesn't know what her job is. Everytime I call i hear a long sigh and frustration to answer appointment questions. Hard enough to get contact information for a live person,… and when you do finally get thru to the office This receptionist refused to say her name and argued with me.

I write this LITERALLY In the ER because of incompetence and disregard for my wellbeing. Their doctor didn't show up to an appt, I was there for 25 minutes waiting and had no choice but to go back to work. 2.5 weeks now… I waited for a new referral, bc i couldnt just drop my healthcare job to hop back on a zoom meeting, and get a voicemail I have an appt tomorrow, during my work hours yet again, that I did not know I even had nor did I agree to the scheduling of. THE BEST PART?? "Well just go to the er til they can reschedule your appt with the doctor for meds then I can't help you" DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONALS THAT CARE! THEY WILL IGNORE YOUR WORDS AND DO AS THEY PLEASE WITH ZERO REGARD TO YOUR JOB, FAMILY OR CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER.

Pyramid saved my life after an overdose! The staff was amazing, helpful and supportive! If you are struggling reach out and get help! You're future self will thank you 😊 🙏 ❤️
