This facility is absolutely amazing. The doctor is top notch and really does care about your well being. I will say this many times but honesty is key. The nurses are amazing, including the NP. Just be respectful and… respect time in general… you will be taken care of. Counselors are amazing as well they are on top of everything which is needed. Highly suggest this facility. Front end employee is amazing as well gets everything set for you👍👍

Just wanted to take a few minutes and put some knowledge out there for anyone looking for addiction treatment. BAART Is an awesome place to go for methadone or suboxone treatment. I’ve been going here for years and… always received the highest quality treatment and the staff is amazing and actually cares about the people who come here for help. All of the counselors are amazing especially my counselor Sarah, they take the time to listen to you without judgement and will help u anyway they can. And all of the nurses are fantastic they work so hard to get everyone in and out fast as possible and always have a smile on there face and they wish everyone a happy day as there leaving. And the lady that checks everyone in every morning is always so happy and just makes ur day better with her positivity which is hard to find these days. And the new manager that is there now has made some great changes and one that I really like is calling for people to come back to get there medicine 2 at a time instead of a stampede of people that way u have more privacy incase u need to ask questions or maybe u need some help and u don’t wanna advertise it. She is making great changes. And the doctor is very efficient he gets you in takes care of business and answers any questions you have and gets you on your way which I think is great. So if your out there and looking for help and need addiction treatment trust me call BAART there all here to help and take it from me life is so much better when u ask for help and you come to a place like this and actually get it and get your life back together.

If you need a place to get your life back on track and help you fight addiction this is the location. The team at this location really goes above and beyond. From the greeting with a smile and positive attitude with the… receptionist "Monique". To the nurses "Anita" and "Trish" asking how you are doing and caring about your progress. I really enjoy the group meeting which they offer 3 times a week at 5am so people working early can also make it. I really appreciate the counseling by "Nessyar" he asks good questions that make you think.. the one I enjoy which he asks in every meeting I attended is :"what is most important to you?" Which I believe the (right) answer is "myself/my sobriety". Often people answer my family, my animals, my job. But I understand the meaning behind the question if you know and care about what is most important to you and think of that when you first wake up. You will not want to go down that road were you are getting caught up again. It's about staying committed to the program and relying on Baart to keep your mind focused on the goal of living a productive life without that 'monkey on your back'. Really appreciate every single employee there. They have changed my life and I hope they know the work they do is important. Go here if you need help, do not be embarrassed. We all need help and this place will not judge but be by your side.

Man this clinic right here is the best I've ever been too! They all truly care about the clients and it shows on a daily basis. I can't give enough credit to the staff, director, security, and the nurses... Maybe the… doctor lol jk id give it 10 stars if I had a choice haha!

love the clinic I have been happy there since day one. Nurses are fantastic and checking in is always pleasant. She is a sweetheart. It's nice to go somewhere and know they really care

I’ve been too many clinics in my past life. I recently came back here. I’m not gonna disclose why, but this clinic has been nothing but helpful supportive. They treat you with respect I recently came into a problem with… the doctor and the Director of this clinic was absolutely understandable. Amazing. Talk to me help me. I literally was gonna go somewhere else, but I couldn’t choose a better recovery family besides this program not only is the nurse Miss Anita very helpful to Kim mytherapist but Crystal Witt, MS, LISAC, BHP the director is 100% amazing and the number one reason I stay

This is a great place. Everyone is so nice and helpful. If you stick to the program, you will get better. They actually listen to you and treat you like a human being.

They deserves negative stars. -5 stars is fair. my girlfriend & me been comin to this clinic for years & never any problems. Before new workers our biggest problem was havin to wait in the very long line down to next… buildin because so many patients but now Saturday is stressful not knowin if they will have nurses to dose us. Not long ago we had to wait over 1 hr for someone to come dose us patients. Yes.. I know..crazy right? Be careful if you choose to come here. My girlfriend and me are a month away from finishin the taper cuz we done with this place and the disrespectful people workin here. Every day is somethb new, someone is always upset over how they mistreat people. one time I witness a worker refuse to let a patient in the day before Thanksgivin, they refused to let them in because they stepped outside for smoke break cuz the line was movin slow and the system was down so it was not movin. The worker said too bad and slammed the door on his foot and they had a argument about movin his foot so she can lock the door. It was sad to see this. She was doing what she was told to do. The kids mom ended up drivin to the clinic to beg for them to listen to her and dose the people waiting outside. the line was not moving so why she was refusin was beyond anyone comprehension..not to mention he was not late he was smokin outside as he was told to do by the rules. My girlfriend and me felt it was our duty to write a review. we won't get a gift card for this leavin this review but we fine with that cuz reviews should be honest and truthful not misleadin reviews from people receiving gifts for reviews.

I was in that program for a very long time and no matter how hard I tried to finish everybody kept getting in the way I transferred to another clinic and I am finished no thanks to this program if they had it that way… they would have kept me there for the rest of my life it's all about the money

The improvement Crystal have made to BAART is night and day compared to the last director. I look forward to seeing everyone that works there!

I’ve been at this methadone clinic for 6 years and have never had a problem. If you respect the rules and regulations they will respect you and give you the best treatment. Best clinic in the valley hands down!! THANK… YOU FOR EVERYTHING BAART CLINIC!!!!

Great clinic especially with the new director, she is kind friendly and well versed. I have been able to stay clean for 7 years now coming here. I would definitely recommend it is without a doubt in the top 3 of all of… the M.A.T. programs in the valley.

I really like the program. The Director is awesome and the nurses are great too. BAART PROGRAM really changed my life and it's still changing for the better.

Best place to go to get some help it's a judgement free place. The worker have compassion and actually want what's best for the clients. It's freshing having smiling faces greet you and cheer you on! Love the new staff!… Thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart💜

This program is that best! The staff there are beyond helpful, curtious, and very respectful to the clients. They are understanding and have wonderful nurses and counselors.

The new clinic manager, Crystal has revamped this place to therapeutic, instead of a dreadful dungeon. It's been noticeably different and only changing for the better.

I love the new staff there they are very nice and always welcoming and the new director is very very nice she always has coffee out for us.I just love what she has done with the place. ❤️❤️

Love this clinic! Recently under new management and the changes have really made a difference. My new counselor is very easy to talk to and super sweet! More individualized experience at BAART compared to other clinics… in the valley. 10/10

So I've been here for 14 years, pretty much since they opened. There have been ups and downs over the years but my review is just going to cover the last four-ish months, since the new staff took over. Most of the… reviews on here are years old and no longer apply. If you came here before and didn't like it because of the staff, you should try again! First, if you're looking to do an intake, CALL FIRST! Same if you're a regular patient looking to see the doctor. When the staff change first took place, things were kinda all over the place, but that wasn't the fault of the new staff at all. They were working with what they were given, which was a mess. The new director and counselors genuinely care about the patients and want to help, in a way that I haven't seen since I started MMT. The old staff wasn't awful or anything, they just didn't care if you were sober, as long as you followed the rules. Crystal the current director is a sweetheart and seems like she would do anything she could to help you out in any way. Just a genuinely nice person. The counselors are super nice as well. Shawanna, my counselor (sp? sorry) genuinely cares about her patients staying sober. She also focuses on what's going on with you now, so instead of having to recite your whole mental health history for a new counselor you can just talk about what you currently need to talk about. When I first met her she said it was weird how everyone there was so scared of "getting in trouble", because we're all adults and this is supposed to be about staying sober. I can't tell you how refreshing that was to hear. It seemed like past counselors were more focused on taking away privileges than actually doing what's best for your sobriety. The only problem right now is this location not having a permanent nurse! I'd say they should pay them more 😂 but that's likely up to corporate. The temp nurse they have is fantastic though! Everyone loves her. All in all it's not perfect but it's pretty great, and they are genuinely trying. Just call first if you need the doctor! 💙0123

I've been going here 3 years now, my overall experience here has been good but I do have some complaints. Especially within the past 6 months, the clinic has really been suffering. For New Patients, It's very hard now… to see the doctor cuz he barely comes in as of late due to family problems. It's best to call first to make sure he's there so u don't waste your time for nothing. They also have a hard time keeping employees for whatever reason. The counselors come and go which makes it frustrating to have to re explain things. Although the counselor Sarah is awesome and has stuck around and the nurses Marci & Nicole also have been there the whole time. So eventhough there are some problems, I have enjoyed this clinic and don't plan on changing clinic's. From Word of mouth ppl prefer this clinic over CMS. Hope this helps.

Went there for years they forgot to assign me a counselor so I didnt even know I could get takehomes and after earning a week of takehomes my UA's began coming back diluted and even tho I consented to observed UA's they… refused to do them or believe that I was remaining compliant despite my EVERY effort to demonstrate it so I had to switch clinics. Oh and the doctor once tried kicking me out cause he thought I was selling my adderalls cause my UA's didnt always come back positive. The reality was Id just run out early sometimes but did he talk to me or ask me anything? nope one day all of a sudden im being tapered down without warning and fortunatly the rest of the clinic was able to veto his decision because it was obvious to EVERYBODY it was stupid.

I am a patient at this Chandler location. I worked hard to get privileges and when I finally reached this goal, I was denied by the Dr. Made no sense to me. I was told it was due to no canceling sessions in June. If you… look at the counselors at this location, the turnaround is unbelievable. Seems like every time I tried to see the counselor, I was told, “she no longer works here.” I then asked, what do I do, I need to see someone? Once I made up my mind to stay sober, I knew seeing the counselor was important. But when you attempt to see one and there is no one available, what do you do? I believe my denial for weekend privileges is not my fault and should not have been denied. Please reconsider. I would like to remain at this location but will transfer if I continue to believe the staff is not there to help. I felt so deflated when I heard about my denial. I heard similar stories of how the staff here works against helping you remain sober rather than patting you on the back for a job well done, you made it! I deemed this as complaining by people who don't get their way. I changed my mind. I see now why they feel this way. Work with your patients to help them remain sober. This type of employment takes special people. The two nurses (especially Marcie) work hard and seem to care about the patients. The rest of the staff, specifically therapists, and at times the Dr. Just seem to be another job to them. And I can almost bet the current therapist won’t be there long. Not any one of my therapist had much experience in counseling others.
