How Much Does Treatment at Crossroads Cost?
Self-pay rehab in Arizona commonly costs $1,750 to $5,600 for a week of medical detox, $6,000 to $25,000 a month for residential treatment, $3,000 to $10,000 a month for an intensive outpatient program and $1,500 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. RehabSeekers did not find a price list for Crossroads when this page was written. The state figures give a sense of scale, nothing more.
A fee at Crossroads would normally be expected to include accommodation, meals, medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. That expectation comes from how programs are usually priced, not from the facility. Call Crossroads for a breakdown.

I went to crossroads straight from jail November 20th 2025 and I graduated December 22nd 2025 when I first got there I wanted to leave that same day but the staff and all the girls they talked me into staying and I'm… glad I stayed because now on Fridays I run the narcotics Anonymous program meeting and I get to be there and help girls continue their sobriety I've been sober since May 29th 2025 and I'm still pushing the staff there are very caring and they don't look down on you or they don't think that they're better than anybody because they all been in the same shoes that we've been in and they know how it feels this place I do recommend you guys to go to if you're looking for help because they don't turn anybody down and they don't discriminate anybody
I absolutely love this facility. The staff here are great, I really love the program. The group facilitators are such a blessing. They really make it feel like home here. Coming into treatment is already an… uncomfortable process, and the women here made it so much more enjoyable than I could have imagined it being. I knew within the first week that 30, even 45 days would not be enough for me, so I immediately started advocating for myself and stayed for the IOP portion, which I am so grateful to have done. Crossroads is amazing.
Go to crossroads it will change your life. I got to be there November-March it was much needed they taught me how to love myself. I went through residential and the IOP program... We are women of worth ❤️
I love it this place is amazing change my life 💕💕 have art and yoga the staff is amazing this program work I love it open meeting and good people 😊😄😄😄
This place is great! The staff is awesome! I enjoyed my time as a resident there!
Crossroads saved my life, and helped me learn to love and to forgive myself and others. The staff is amazing , mainly because theyve all been in our shoes being recovering addicts as well. If you or someone you love is… struggling w Alcohol or substance abuse I recommend crossroads to everyone. And if u don’t go to crossroads , please seek help some where.. DO IT- God is Great
Crossroads and employees were a God send - I learned and grew alot - maintaining my sobriety by keeping all paper work to refer back to and outpatient care. Oh yes the food was great and programs and car washes to help… the staff were good community work.
Getting Sober! Sober or Die! Doing the damn thing 1second at a time!
If you’re homeless and need a free bed and food probably will be great. The rest of us looking for help who have responsibilities and want to be our best selves RUN!!! You will share your thoughts and the girls will… laugh and gossip about you later! Toxic
God, I miss this place and everything it taught me. I was that chronic relapser for 20+ years, and AMA'd out of every other facility (besides JAIL). It's funny how I didn't leave after the first 30 days, or 60 or 90. I… stayed the full 120 days until AHCSSS couldn't pay anymore, and graduated out! Since I checked in, 595 days ago, I'm STILL clean and sober, over 19 months later! I'm not homeless anymore. I have a job that I've been at for over a year. I bought my own car, and NO, I don't have to LIVE in it. I get to raise my child. A child I thought I didn't deserve. In a HOME. A home where I'm WELCOME again. I'm still recovering from a lot, but Crossroads gave me the structure I needed and the tools to help me get my LIFE back on track. A life I never believed possible. And as grateful as I am for the life I have today, I STILL miss X-roads. How BLESSED I was to have gotten a bed there.
“Believe in yourself. You are braver than you think, more talented than you know, and capable of more than you imagine.“ these are just a few things our teacher Mrs Candy would reassure her girls while we were in class.… I am honored to have been a part of this program. In the past I never stayed longer than two weeks at any rehab. This place truly builds women up and creates women of worth. Not only do they have the best cooks and the best meals. They actually care about us women and want the best for us. I recommend this rehab to any women who are struggling and wanting away out of addiction. Crossroads gave me my life back. And I know how to love myself again. They offer so many things like Individual therapy to work on understanding our feelings and expressing them in a positive way. Group therapy to practice coping skills and learn from the experience from others. They help us to restore relationships with loved ones. Work on improving communication skills. More self-esteem and confidence in our ability to maintain our sobriety. And this is just one small part of the available addiction treatment programs that can help you. Crossroads gives women a safe space to recover from their addiction with needed support and guidance. In cases where women in recovery have been through traumatic experiences in the past, Crossroads for women offers a supportive, women’s-only environment so participants can focus on healing and creating a healthy and positive life. Crossroads knows just how to treat the whole person and not just the disease. If you or a loved one is struggling with addiction this is the place to be. Crossroads for Women rehab offers a safe and non-judgemental space for women to open up about their feelings without outside distractions. Women can focus on their recovery and build their confidence and self-esteem surrounded by women who will support them. As if I haven’t said enough here’s just some other benefits Crossroads for women rehab center has to offer, Safety and security, for women whose addiction is in part due to sexual, domestic, or emotional abuse from a parent or spouse, they will feel safe in a female-only therapy program. They can open up about topics they don’t feel comfortable talking about in front of men and work to resolve any negative feelings. Along with, a nurturing environment women will benefit from the nurturing support from the other women in therapy. This creates an environment that will make it easier to heal and maintain their sobriety. And my favorite part a lifelong support network, once your addiction therapy ends, you will have access to continuing support through aftercare programs and from the women you bond with during therapy. Together, you will have all the support you need to maintain your sobriety and lead a happy and productive life. Thank ~ you Crossroads for everything.
Forever grateful for Crossroads. Definitely appreciate staff and the programming. Shout-out to Brandi... She muh fave.
So I called to confirm if they still accepting SMI and over the phone they said yes, but when I got there they told me no and turned me away.. I am so hurt and upset because all I want to do is help myself and to get… some help.. I was turned away.
Place changed my life for good
Best thing I ever did with my life was coming to crossroads 360. The facility is amazing. The staff are very caring. The programs and meeting all great.
I went to Crossroads in Phoenix AZ in 2017 to get my world back in order. This was definitely the right place to go. Access, private insurance or no insurance at all they will open their doors to you if you are In need… of a change. Highly recommended by myself and so many others. Dont hesitate to make the decision. Go do it. You must go through the intake and screening process at the corporate office. It is at 1700 E. Thomas Rd. Phoenix Az. YOU ARE WORTH IT!
Stay away from this place! Something very fishy here... they totally mistreated my daughter without proof or cause. I can give you a list of reasons this place should be avoided if you want the person you care about and… love to get clean....
This one star is for the nice aesthetic of the facility & the tv with Netflix on it. Also, the kitchen staff is cool. The way this place is ran is just straight up horrible. I’ve been to the other women’s facility and… would highly recommend going to flower than here if possible. If not don’t even bother with this place. Most of the girls that work here are just straight up evil. Paige, Bre, Amanda & Kandes (all previous employees at flower) are the only decent people employed at this place. The IOP teacher rob was awesome but he’s no longer with the company unfortunately. The program coordinator Brooke is extremely manipulative and set up girls to get them kicked out. She acts like a 16 year old girl and has turned this treatment center into a high school setting filled with endless drama. She’s responsible for hiring all of the new staff here and obviously has done a shotty job selecting new employees. It’s such a shame this place is meant for broken women to better their lives. The residents shouldn't have to deal with being back stabbed by staff members meanwhile there is 102 all female residents so there is bound to be drama and problems there as well. I totally would not trust the staff I’m warning you about ever!! (Except those listed otherwise)Definitely stay away from a lady that works here named Michelle (the one with fake horse hair extensions) I have never met such a sneaky manipulative woman I’ve ever met in my life. Avoid this person at all costs. She will seem caring at first but there are ulterior motives behind everything she says/does. I’d highly recommend staying away from the therapist teresa, Alison (not too sure what she does other than cause problems, cry, whine, act like she’s in charge of everything & act boy crazy), Bailey and literally everyone else. None of these women are to be trusted and they do not do what’s right for the resident let alone as employees or human beings in general. So many times I went to the staff there trying to keep the facility safe and somehow the situation was flipped back on me like I was the one doing what I initially warned them about. If I didn’t want treatment the last place I would be is rehab. Other than that I will say the therapist Sami (a former employee from flower surprise surprise) can seem a bit rough around the edges and she can be but when it comes down to it she’s a good lady and she will do the right thing for you. Anyways if you choose to come here good luck, beware, keep to yourself & do your treatment
