How Much Does Treatment at Southwest Behavioral Health Services Cost?
Rehab paid for privately in Arizona typically costs $1,750 to $5,600 for a week of medical detox and $1,500 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. That is a guide only, as published prices for Southwest Behavioral Health Services were not found at the time of writing.
Standard inclusions are medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. It is fair to assume Southwest Behavioral Health Services works the same way, but that is an assumption. Ask the facility which therapies and medications cost extra.

Southwest Behavioral Health Services Reviews and Ratings
Reviews of Southwest Behavioral Health Services in Phoenix from patients, loved ones and referring professionals are collected in this section, together with reviews gathered from around the web.
These people play with mental health like it’s a game. The staff calls off all the time and there’s no therapists consistently to get meds. I have to take my child to the ER all the time to get meds.
Just called and was told they do not do outpatient services here. Is someone misinformed or?
All the employees were professional and so very kind my provider Meta demonstrated exceptional professionalism by attentively listening to my concerns during my visit a couple of weeks ago . Additionally, her assistant… efficiently followed up via email with all necessary documentation for the following steps.
The Best Staff
OMG!!! I just want to say how professional the MA is. she calls back when she says she is, always has a solution to my problems . The Front office is the best always friendly they treat you like family. Everyone there… is Fabulous.
I Cannot fully explain how terrible my year and a half were at this location, and I'm worse off than when I started. If you have to go, for the love of God avoid Sotoyia Fairley at all costs. She is not just a terrible… "care provider", but also a vindictive and evil person. And I say evil because anyone who lets another human being suffer for months on end without listening and trying to offer a solution is truly evil. I even tried to move to a different care provider due to her negligence, and they scheduled me with her again without my knowledge or consent. She refuses to listen when I tell her the diagnosis is wrong, she treats me like a junkie just trying to score drugs (even though I'm sober), I have to repeat myself constantly, and we stayed on the same course and diagnosis trying medication after medication that wouldn't help at all. She aparently knew me and what I was feeling better than I did, and after months and months of trying her way she still would not listen. They put me through hoop after hoop just trying to get a simple ADHD diagnosis, and dropped the ball time and time again where I no longer had any patience for their negligence. They even gave me a referral for a psychiatric specialist (for a ADHD diagnosis!) and after 2 months of waiting they finally had me call to check up on it, and they had no record of the referral and said they would have to send it again. They scheduled me talk therapy with a intern because they don't take mental health seriously apparently, and I had to take a month off of work (costing me thousands of dollars) because I had a severe breakdown due to my symptoms getting worse, not better. They still didn't even lift a finger to help me until months later and I had no choice but to return to work and suffer through it. Truly one of the worst experiences of my life, and no person should ever have to feel hopeless and ignored by their care provider. If I can help just one person avoid this place and the nightmare I had to endure then this review will be worth it, please do yourself a favor and avoid this inhumane establishment at all costs, you do not matter to them.
As someone with severe anxiety and coming to this place for the first time I actually really enjoyed coming here and not sure why anyone would rate this place less than five stars. The lady at the front desk was very… kind and I look forward to seeing my counselor. I was worried I'd feel judged but here it seems like they really care about your well being and I probably won't have anxiety coming back just because of how welcoming it felt.
Wish I could give this place a full 5 stars. But front desk clerks are so rude and unprofessional. I have friends and colleagues complaining about a woman named Alma and I had my own rude encounter with her as well.… What a shame.
My children go to therapy and it's wonderful to see their progress. Ilda is very kind and an excellent therapist.
My partner and I have both had counseling from here and it has been the most wonderful experience. My therapist Vanessa has already helped me so much get back in tune with myself, everytime I leave I feel a weight has… been lifted off my shoulders. Her kindness and interest to understand what I'm going through has help me tremendously! 🙏 I'm so grateful to Southwest for providing the amazing services they do!
Ms Rochelle was awesome got me through elementary would love to get her email 2 talk again
They help you work on yourself with kindness and no judgment. Everyday just wake up and keep doing the work.
My counselor is the best. I have over come a lot in the short time I have been working with her. It's been a life change for me.
Faith has helped me so much. I honestly look forward to speaking to her every week. She has been such a blessing to my life. Thank you for having amazing people like her on your staff!
It feels like home when I go there. I know I am safe. The Doctors and secretaries treat me like family, sometimes, even better than family. I hope to be able to continue to be a part of them.
I have a good experience every time I visit the office.
Since being here I've had a great experience and a friendly environment everyone is so nice I'm glad I came here I would definitely recommend to everyone I know who might need
The front office staff are so kind and helpful and I feel like the providers we work with truly care.
I have been a patient of Southwest Behavioral Health for many years. They have provided excellent care and services to me as a patient and a human being. Their caring, flexible and friendly. They have gone above and… beyond to help me which in turn has done wonders for my family. I appreciate you all!!!
Office Staff is very friendly however the attendance of the therapists are terrible in the year and a half I've gone more than 7 times they've canceled on me the day of or the night before at 8am appointment.... Oh yeah… and if you're trying to go get therapy around any type of holiday good luck because all the employees are taking the time off. I literally feel like I just wasted a year and a half of my time. oh the building and decor are from 1994 ✌️💚
Very caring people
Always excellent customer service, Tracy is theBest . So glad I am a part of such a wonderful organization. They saved my life I’m so Grateful.
