Drug and Alcohol Rehabs in Garfield, Phoenix

Garfield lies immediately north-east of downtown, roughly between Seventh and Sixteenth streets and from Van Buren up to McDowell.

It is one of the oldest surviving residential neighborhoods in Phoenix, platted in the 1880s and built out with bungalows through the 1920s.

The Garfield Historic District covers several hundred of those houses, and the elementary school on Fillmore has been operating since 1911.
