I message Yolanda and have proof of her sayn payment ! As well the belongings out side people or staff will throw it away ! Be careful Their communication , and making sure it's in order is uncertainty making me stress and my mental health is getting worse by me scared !

I worked with Jennifer and she was absolutely amazing!!! Sadly, I asked for therapy with my psychiatry appointment but I was never connected to a therapist. I had a diagnosis appointment but I was never told a diagnosis… just put on meds which is a little concerning. Anytime I call, there is no answer so good luck getting someone on the phone. I was a fully online patient and my appointments were a little late but no more than 10 minutes so not a big deal for me but for others just an fyi

I’m going to start this review by if I could give 0 stars I would” the communication was all over the place. It was very clear that their priorities were getting as many kids as possible, over working their staff to the… point of my son getting minutes a day with his coach. They make you believe they care about your child and their growth but then drop them without warning. Thank goodness he had coaches who actually cared about him. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. And I hope the overhead understands how dirty they did they clients AND staff when they dropped the kids they spent so much time working with.

Open Hearts is a breath of fresh air! From the moment you step in, the front desk team especially Kandi sets the tone with warmth, humor, and efficiency. Need info? They’ve got it. Feeling nervous? Their lighthearted… banter will melt the tension away. It’s like walking into a well-run comedy show meets top-tier wellness care informative, welcoming, and just the right amount of fun! Kandi and the team make sure every patient feels at ease, proving that healing starts with a smile. Highly recommend! ⭐️😃🙌 #WellnessWithAHeart #LaughterIsMedicine

Overall a decent place to take your children with behavioral issues. Avoid Dr. Newman, he dismisses all your issues and doesn't listen to you, supposed to be an ADHD expert but doesn't believe anyone actually has ADHD.… All of the other practitioners are great though! Also Sunni (case management) is amazing!!!!! Unfortunately there is high turnover for behavior techs that work with your children at home and school, so once they get comfortable with them they end up getting switched to a different one, and you have to restart the process at school, so it makes it very hard to utilize that particular resource.

My therapist Ben was amazing and he referred me to Lucy for couples therapy and she did one therapy session with us and we scheduled the next one and unfortunately I overslept and missed it I tried calling her to… reschedule even emailed her explaining my situation that I work graveyard shifts and I apologize I would like to reschedule I got no responses or call backs from her I tried again and informed the lady that picked up I haven’t been able to get in contact her and she tried her n couldn’t get anything left voicemails nothing. I felt abandoned honestly because I really thought I was on the road to healing as well figuring out the best ways to help our relationship.

Every appointment I've had I was rushed and I spent more time being talked to then being listened to. Dr "Z" was always 5 to 10 minutes late to our zoom appts but I waited patiently for him. I was late by 5 minutes ONCE… because I was not feeling well/in restroom, and the first thing out of his mouth was to chastise me with: "youre very late we need to hurry up and get this going" -his exact words. My zoom appointment was at 12:20 I was logged in and ready to go at 12:25 (which is barely five minutes late)I did not deserve that comment from him whatsoever- not only that but when I attempted to hold him accountable for saying that by reminding him I was only five minutes late and he's been late to our meetings, he simply told me to reschedule and removed himself from the meeting. He could've taken that moment to hope that I feel better, drop the subject and & proceed with the appointment. Instead he chose to invalidate and ignore my perspective which says a lot about who he is not just as a doctor but a person. He is *extremely* unprofessional- he never remembered my name, he even forgot the fact that my child is a patient of his and he referred me himself! I should've known by how I was treated when I was initially set up with this place (how unprofessional Gabriel treated me over the phone, being condescending and short tempered with my questions) and the fact that his supervisor made excuses for him instead of apologizing for his behavior-also speaks VOLUMES. The last thing I'll say is this: The fact that my sons had 2 behavioralists here after only 30 days of service because the first one was let go after his 2ND appointment with her (he adored her and connected with her) but for whatever reason she was let go and they gave us a female named Stephanie who not only made a habit of correcting me during my sons appointments(for instance telling me that president and CEO are the same thing when they're not??smh) but my son did not like her at all.. this place is an unprofessional disappointment
