Living with lifelong depression means constantly searching for a way out. After trying every SSRI and traditional treatment available with no success, I wasn't sure what was left. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)… changed everything for me. It has brought a profound sense of light and hope into a place that had been dark for a very long time. A huge shoutout to Desiree, Katie, and Ryan. They are always so kind, professional, and knowledgeable during my visits. It is truly a pleasure interacting with them every single time.

I had been working with one of their Nurse Practitioners for a few months via telehealth. I had a visit scheduled for 7:30 PM a few weeks ago. I updated my video player (as their email requested), opened the link they… provided right @ 7:30PM, and waited there almost 30 min. Nobody showed. These online video players track when you are using them. Next day I get an invoice for $450 and it says "NO SHOW". I then reschedule my appointment for 2 days later with what I believe is my provider only to see a brand new provider across the screen from me. Turns out my MENTAL HEALTH provider had moved on and I was assigned a new one without notice. The practice said my provider "felt I'd be better served" by the new one. All because he wrongly believed I was a NO SHOW! This borders on patient abandonment. The new NP I met with was very nice, nothing against him, but I decided this practice was not for me.

I had such a great experience at this office! The providers are wonderful, and the entire staff is so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Desiree, Ryan, and Katie especially go above and beyond to make you feel… comfortable and make sure everything is taken care of. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about their patients. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great provider and an amazing staff!

I've been seeing Dr. Robbie for years and he also treats my kids and husband. The whole staff here at Camelback Integrated is amazing and have been incredibly helpful as I journey through the next phases of improving my… mental health. Being able to do TMS therapy with Camelback Integrated has been life changing for me. It is scheduled around my group therapy and trauma work, and integrates perfectly to promote my overall mental and emotional… wellbeing. Not even 20 sessions into TMS, I started noticing major improvements in my depression, which up until this point had been overwhelming and unrelenting. Thank you for providing me with a solution and with the tools I needed to live to my fullest potential.

I wasn't even an established patient there, yet they took on… my case with genuine compassion, kindness, and respect. They helped me transition from Suboxone to Sublocade and fought tirelessly through the insurance process. Even after my insurance initially denied coverage, they refused to give up. They continued advocating for me until we were able to get the treatment I needed. Throughout the entire process, they treated me with dignity and never made me feel like just another patient. It was obvious that they truly care about the people they help and are deeply invested in their work and their patients' success. Camelback Recovery is awesome. They really know what they are doing with every level of treatment that they provide. All the staff are great. From the people at the front desk to the back office, all the therapists and… case workers, the TMS treatment center and staff. They even have podcasts, breath work, yoga and chiropractics. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience at Camelback Integrated Health and Wellness. Admitting you need help is hard enough, and starting with a new provider can feel a little intimidating—especially when… you’re trying something like TMS for the first time. Dr. Robbie Westerman made that whole process so much easier. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense, without talking over me or making me feel uncomfortable. When I was getting “mapped,” he really helped calm my nerves and made it feel manageable. Ryan and Desiree, the TMS techs, were just as great. They walked me through what they were doing during each session and always made sure I felt comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care. I didn’t personally do one-on-one therapy here, but a friend of mine who did, had great things to say about Jackie Bachelier, which says a lot about the team overall. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The whole experience felt supportive, welcoming, and just… different in the best way. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for help.

This place was so amazing to work with. Not only did the treatments help the staff was always so wonderful to chat with during the frequent sessions. Even though it took a lot of days to complete I always looked forward… to going in. Ryan and Desiree are such a wonderful team and I am super thankful for them!

I have had major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder since I was in grade school. I am also ADHD. I don't produce enough of the chemicals needed to be in a state of normalcy and the ADHD prevents the… level of absorption of those chemicals needed to be in a state of normalcy. TMS therapy was given to me as an option from both my psychologist and psychiatrist as a means of assisting in the chemical production. I hadn't felt happier in years while going through it. I will say during the treatment, when I was PMSing, it didn't really affect me as much (I have PMDD) but those two weeks I felt good again. The staff were excellent and always friendly. The front desk staff was always welcoming. Ryan and Desiree of the TMS-side of the clinic were always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the work being done. I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking to try out TMS!
