Exceptional Care and Compassion at Vogue Recovery My experience with Vogue Recovery has been overwhelmingly positive. From the moment you arrive, it is evident that the facility is committed to providing an outstanding… treatment experience through exceptional care, professionalism, and genuine compassion. A Beautiful and Welcoming Facility Vogue Recovery is truly an exceptional facility. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a high-quality environment for residents and their families. The facility is beautiful, modern, impeccably maintained, and welcoming, helping residents and loved ones feel comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. Outstanding Leadership A special thank you to Director of Nursing Ryan, whose leadership, dedication, and compassion set a remarkable standard of excellence. Ryan consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that residents receive the highest quality care while fostering a positive and supportive environment for both families and staff. His commitment to excellence is reflected throughout the organization. Recognition for an Exceptional Team I would also like to recognize Leonard, Marvin, Arlene, Marina, Fatma, Sam, Eric, Lisett, Tara, Mayday, and Alejandra. I have been to this facility 2 times now and I love it! I'm going one. More time and as much as I love this place it WILL be the last time. This place is great tho! They really care about everyone, the food is great!… The beds! Like sleeping on a cloud! The comfort meds work so very well and no one bothers you. You just detox at your rate and they are there for you. Thank you Vouge! See you soon (for the last time!)

Never send your love ones here for detox. They will hold them against their will and tell their significant others that they want to stay, afterwards they won't let them use the phone to call, they only want ahcccs… funds.

Don't go to this place for help! I went there today to get help with my drinking problem valintaire. They found no drugs or alcohol in my system. I went to them for help but because there were no drugs in my system and… blew a 0.0. They made me leave. I came to them looking for help. And they told me to leave.

I went to Vogue in August of last year and was there for ~30 days. The staff really care and show you that sobriety is possible. They stay in touch with their alumni and really care about healing. I've been sober since… and they were a huge part of my journey.

Avoid their sober living, it is bad. House manager Eddie is horrible and should have never been hired, he is unpredictable and a loose cannon. IOP is ok. There is better in the Valley however.

What a let down. After hearing wonderful things about this place by my friend Tracy who has relapsed repeatedly after successfully completing their program multiple times, I wonder if she was paid to tell people about… Vogue and encourage their enrollment. I say this because it was not wonderful and it felt like everyone that was there as a patient was really an employee faking being in need of treatment but originally applied to work there as a therapist or a staff member. It felt like the twilight zone and totally fake. Nothing like comparable recovery centers who live up to their name that I give 5 stars to compared to the one star at Vogue. The place smelt so bad, it’s been months since I went there but I still get flash backs of that smell and it makes me cringe. It took them 5+ hours just to invited me back to start the check-in process. They said they’d run my clothes through the dryer for their bed bug policy but they certainly did not do that so I doubt they ever do that with any of the clients there which also makes me cringe…eww! Despite them holding all of my clothes locked up without me having access to anything until halfway through the next day so I had to wear their giant size scrubs with no bra no panties allowed until I received my items and this is a coed facility with several meetings during that block of time and I have DD boobs which made me feel very uncomfortable and inappropriate. With the men and women . Staff was very unprofessional from all areas I think because half of their staff was pretending to be patients it was probably confusing how to act or behave with one another for the staff being friends or peers colleagues with patients secretly. I think I was the only real patient there the entire time. Oh another huge complaint I was served rotten chocolate milk and it was so rotten and disgusting that it was full of large curdled like cottage cheese large curds of rotten milk that I drank and then spit up once I realized what they had served me. Just eww! Once I was approved to leave earlier than planned despite going through withdrawal which was the reason I was there in recovery for to receive help with the withdrawal they made me drag all my luggage in a big plastic bin by myself the entire lengths of the facility sweating and in tears so achy with that nasty rotten taste in my mouth and once I reached the front of the building the entrance where they took 5+ hours to even start Che king me in days before, the front desk staff told me I had to wait for my ride outside off their property boundaries and could not use their phone to call anyone for help despite releasing me. My phone sat in lockup for days so when I got it back it was only charged to 4% battery life and I had a long walk off the boundary of their property where I was forced to go, before I could even start calling for help or booking an uber. Least to say it was miserable, made my heart ache going through that experience it still does just thinking of how all that went down. I will never ask Tracy for any kind of referral again! This is my only negative review I’ve ever made and I’ve done tons of reviews on various platforms. Ugh. Woo Sahhh! Shake it off**

It pains me to have to leave one star because the facilities is decent, but the fact that they steal your belongings is completely unacceptable in my opinion and that's exactly what they did to me. I mean, I doubt they… stole them with intentional malice, but they don't get it back to you and they don't keep track of it. It just disappears & their response is "🤷‍♀️ oh well, sorry"

Wanted to come here and say how much I enjoyed my 30 day stay here in 2021. It was kind of a wild experience at first as an alcohol user and definitely opened my eyes seeing the struggle of drug addiction firsthand. The… staff was great and taught me a lot. The rooms were very comfortable. If any of the staff that was there in January of 2021 is still there I want them to know that I have greatly improved my life and have held a full time corporate job for almost 4 years. Alcohol no longer controls me! Thanks Vogue!

My husband (RJ) and I decided that he needed to go back to detox after he had relapsed following over 4 years of sobriety. He was very ashamed and didn’t want to face anyone that he may of known being that he was… working in recovery prior to his relapse. We finally got him there and everything was wonderful. They treated him with respect and made him and I feel very comfortable. A couple of the nurses remembered him from when he got sober there in 2020. This place is amazing and gave me my best friend back. Thank you so much for all the wonderful things you guys do.

I RECOMMEND this center to all who need and want true recovery. The therapists are excellent and I really learned a lot about myself. Steve goes above and beyond in therapy sessions and Regina is exceptional in her therapy sessions with energy. I loved all the techs and enjoyed my stay. I had attended 2 other recovery centers in Florida and Vogue beat them hands down. Please dont think twice about attending here. They are the best in my book!!!
