I was referred to this practice to see a particular doctor, who seems very knowledgeable and great for what I was looking for. However, unfortunately, the customer service system is terrible (not the people). I tried… calling multiple times, where I was on hold for a very long amount of time. I would try a callback, and it would hang up on me. I had been waiting to hear back to make an appointment for over a month. It should never be this difficult to make an appointment or get a solid answer about seeing the doctor. It's really disappointing that it's so hard to speak to someone to get the ball moving when it's your health.

Just calling there today was a very pleasant experience! Sorry I did not get your name ma'am but you were so nice! Thank you. Ellen Tallabas Called back today same lady same great attitude! Lisa maybe? Talked to… Jennifer too I still have to drive downtown for an in person appt once every 6 months. It's hard when you have cancer and Medicare is not in your body! Rules is rules I guess. 🤣

I am discontinuing treatment at this facility because Dr Kothari did not allow my input into her plan of care for me. I requested her help with a specific problem related to the treatment I was doing and she put me off… three times at three different appointments with inadequate "reasons" when I brought it up. This is unacceptable to me. On the plus side, my appointments started on time and the staff were very nice and helpful.

The clinic is convenient, flexible, has telehealth option and it's easy to make an appointment. I've loved working with my physician.

I’ve been a patient here for 9 years seeing maybe 5 doctors, each for 2 years or less until they graduate. I’ve always liked the front office staff and the doctors. I even used a therapist in this office who completely… changed my life for the better. Right now I have Miller-Munoz for my doc and she is the most thoughtful doc I’ve had so far, totally in-tune with details and showing compassion along the way. There are good hearts here!

Dr. Kumar is wonderful. I just completed a comprehensive positive review on Banner Health. I want to spend the effort to do it again here. Even though she is well worth it.

I was in their inpatient treatment for my mental health issues and they were the best in helping myself out with my treatment. The nurses and the techs were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for… your personal care.

Will lie about accepting AHCCCS MercyCare when scheduling your appointment, then lie about accepting it AGAIN when confirming the appointment. Will make you wait a month for an appointment after telling you multiple… times they accept your insurance and then when you arrive for the appointment will then tell you that they don't have any providers who accept that insurance.

Went through all of the hoops of the initial appointment and started on a treatment plan. When I reached out through their portal to talk to my doctor, I was told that’s not an option. I had concerns about my treatment… plan, but I was given a call back by an administrative assistant and was told the only option was to trust my doctor’s professional opinion but that a message could be passed on. She then asked me if I wanted to cancel my follow-up appointment. Sure! Sounds like they don’t take any feedback seriously-just ready to drop people after doing the appointment and collecting their money. I am now looking for a new hospital and doctor which will take my concerns into account so that I can get the medical help I need.

A few years ago I would've given them 5+stars during my previous stay they were amazing and caring. Now my mental health is in the toilet, I'm back to suicidal and need help & treatment since they claim to help with all… I immediately wanted to go back there where I am comfortable especially since I'm agoraphobic & need help more than ever however I can't even get ahold of anyone to help me 😢 I get transferred around & around, finally when I was transferred to maintenance I gave up. now I'm spiraling without a clue where to go

First telehealth appointment link was never sent. So I make a new appointment for an in-person visit. Oopsie, that’s supposed to be a telehealth. No notice, no email about the change. I show up, injured I might add,… their advice was to take the call in my car. I don’t know about you but I don’t believe sitting in my car in the hospital parking lot is a good place to discuss sensitive issues. EDIT: It’s been about 2 weeks. Sent email to Banner’s response below and their reply was they’ll look into it. Right. Sure. Looks like its time to find a new therapist!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was admitted to Banner behavioral health inpatient and was given 4 days to prove that I had what it takes to stay there. I was given up on and sent away to the UPC for a very minor… self- harm injury. The website says they help treat anxiety, depression, and self-harm behaviors. They clearly do not and made sure I knew I didn't belong there. The staff, especially Dr. Awwad and Dr. Clements, were difficult to work with and made it a goal of theirs to point out what I was doing wrong, never acknowledging my improvements. Due to the experience I had at this specific Banner inpatient, I would NOT recommend anyone to go there unless you're looking for more problems.
