Horizon Health and Wellness – Queen Creek

I had my first visit with Angela Webb today. It is the first time I’ve ever had a NP or doctor spend that much time getting to know me, asking me questions and discussing options for preventative care. It was a welcome… change from feeling like you are being rushed in and out and treated like just a number. Also the young lady at the front desk was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good primary care clinic.

So I read the reviews and still wanted to give them a chance. Take it from me RUN!!! Not only was the receptionist rude but even before we were seen they came out to tell me that because my son is close to turning 18… all the paperwork and intake appointment would have to be done all over again. Folks he turns 18 in June!!! We could have waited to have him come in then but they failed to say anything. I had to take time off work for no reason!!! Now I am faced with finding someone else. They attempted to blame it on the people that set the appointments BUT if you as a company know this information why not train the third party better OR better yet check your appointment calendar!!! We had made the appointment 2.5 weeks prior to going in?! How can you not see that and make a call? Please believe the prior reviews this is not a place that values your mental health! If they did they would be more understanding and concerned of peoples time! Horrid place!!!!

They have offered hope for 1st time in a long time

They scheduled me an appointment and a ride without telling me. I've waiting almost half a year to be seen and had to skip a work meeting so I could get my mental health checked out. They've been close to incompetent… since I've been there. It is also going on a YEAR now for trying to transfer out to a new clinic.

Robin Shepherd is the best provider I have been going to (I’ve had several!). She is compassionate and respectful. Her staff (especially Kelly) are professional and thorough . I’m very fortunate to have found this… facility.

I've been arizona for 2 years and I've seen doctors my whole life being born with Renal Disease and having diabetes, Arthritis among many other medical issues i have and I have to say that Horizona Health and wellness… Angela Webb and her staff are the best of the best in the business of taking care of their patients. By far and wide there are no comparisons in my 57 years of living and seeing doctors this practice is Superior for their Bedside mannerisms and their treatment of humanity. Angela Webb is without a doubt the sweetest most compassionate physician I've come to know and appreciate more than words can describe. She's the epitome of her oath that she took when becoming a physician absolutely top tier #1

I like showing up for all my appointment's and I'am being positive.

Left a couple voicemail messages for a case worker, TRAVIS. The woman who answered the phone said she was leaving him an email as well. Still no reply or response from him. With this kind of attention people are… certainly not getting the support they need.

They respect my days of my open appointments, they are nice.

I want to share that my husband has been struggling with alcohol and came to see Sophia, he still has struggles but she has gone above and beyond to be there every way that she can. Her supervisor even stopped to help,… I am extremely impressed by how attentive and compassionate they have been. Thank you again for being amazing and caring when you don’t have to.

PLEASE read each review because they ARE ALL CORRECT. I went to them in hopes of help and they seemed like they did at first. The show up when ever they please .... last minute house visits. And when you tell them… MONTHS in advance your situation they WAIT till you're in that situation to even reach out and go how can I help. One day these people who claim they care about others will do their job and not just for the money.

They are definitely committed to acting like they care about people. Unfortunately for them it's all about Nice words over actions. They are less interested in helping patients and more interested in obscure ridiculous… over-enforced policies. On top of that, if you look at the ratings they have, they are clearly not interested in improving. Shame on a place like this that is supposed to help people and ends up having this many bad reviews. Long story short, they are not interested in helping people. They are interested in pretending like they're willing to help people and then kicking them to the curb.

Honestly am not happy with this place, and will probably end up switching. The receptionists are polite and professional, but the PA I was seeing was most certainly not. Hopefully they hire someone more qualified for… the job.

the appt scheduling is through an off site call center & they will leave you on hold for an hour no cares in the world. fiancé was just trying to get a prescription refilled through his provider and did not have any… direct number.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. receptionist are very rude. do not come here

I use primary care and mental health here. My case worker was amazing. I was scheduled right away. I have Sabrina, Thomas and Barry and they have listened to all my concerns and have addressed them! I had cvs issues and… they called and took care of it same day!!!! I missed an appointment sick and they called to check on me asked if I needed anything!!!!!! I’m definitely gonna keep coming here!!! Front desk is very kind as well! I believe it’s Alex that takes the blood pressure and takes you to room, she makes me feel like were family hahaha great person!!!! Thank you all for such great care and listening and addressing health issues that no other place would listen too!!!!

Representatives will not let you speak and explain. All they do is talk over you.

The administration here is great. My boys have both had excellent service from two different providers

Canceled my appointment an hour and a half beforehand and couldn’t reschedule me until 3 weeks from now in the middle of the work week.
