This place is a disaster!!! The majority of the time that I am trying to get my injection there's always some type of issue!! Today the pharmacy is closed for an emergency! If the pharmacy is closed , cope should be… redirecting people to other locations. Not rescheduling the appointment for 4 days later!!!! That is why people relapse!!!!!!!!

The psychiatrists are nice people but the lab areas feel like COVID tests were performed in them. I dont recommend labs here or exposing oneself to COVID in anyway. The employment services needed a feedback appointment… with a clinician as my services often ordered me around or told me negative things about my resume instead of congratulating me for at least trying...it was a really hard first step. The clinic appears to have been priorly a nicer place for all but it's policed now and that appears to cause staff to be kind of edgey. I saw a woman on the bus stop on oracle near by with cuts and bruises near a strip club but she told me she had only been to cope once that it wasnt a friendly walk in for her. And loitering signs won't let old homeless men sleep near by protesting dying of treatable things like hepatitis and alcoholism. So they appear to be good at several things otherwise it's a cop drama to be around.

Cope is a horrible place. They make appointments than reschedule without contacting the client. The front desk is rude. They are more concerned about profiling you than actually helping you. Pick another doctors office.… Cope doesn't care about their clients at all.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!! Waited 3 hours just for them to tell me my mom’s doctor was unavailable. Staff as well as police officers were very unprofessional. I will be withdrawing my mom from this facility.

I wouldn’t recommend cope for mental health services. They do not have the staff to keep up with the workload. I do think some people there care but for the most part they are all overworked because they are… understaffed and so the care people need is not up to par. If you have the capacity to fight for every little thing you’ll get your needs met but people with mental health issues don’t have the capacity for that. Would not recommend unless it’s the only choice you have.

I use to receive great care at this location in 2017 but when I tried to come back I was treated very bad the doctor I seen was an older man he was very Disrespectful rude and was actually sick when I seen him he tried… to change my meds and give me accessive dose that I'm not use to so I left and will not ever go back there again !!! Joanna tried to help but I decided it's the best decision not to go back !! Joanna is very professional and nice and she knows how to treat people with respect !!!

william gordon should quit his job. his attitude has likely harmed hundreds of people that have visited this clinic. incompetent, rude, and unprofessional barely begin to describe the experience of meeting this poor… excuse for a psychiatric practicioner. cope should be embarrassed for even employing such an awful person but in reality gordon is everything that cope represents.

I'm a long-time patient of Dr Jennifer Budd. She got me on the right meds for bipolar. I'm stable - something I didn't expect to ever feel. I know they are heavily overworked. I see a therapist elsewhere.

1. Excessive wait times. 3-4 hours for walk-ins 2. Doctor was late 3. I briefly saw Dr. Toyin Marcus and was appalled at how accusatory and lacking compassion she was. She made me extremely uncomfortable; enough to… leave mid-visit. Unwilling to consider educational material I had brought in to foster discussion. Untrustworthy 4. In the lobby, you can hear the pharmacy workers talking, often cussing and talking in a way unbecoming to COPE This clinic is great at making bad assumptions and making you lose faith in the system.

My psychiatrist of 2.5 years moved from the cope on craycroft location to the mesquite location and my currently pharmacy does not have my medication so I reached out from that Friday and for over a week, reached out… everyday to have a new prescription wrote to a location that did have my medicine and today is the Saturday after over week of them not returning my calls, was hung up on 3 times for expressing in a controlled manner my need for my medication. For these people to work with mental health patience is astonishing for them to not only disregard me as a patient of there’s to full blown disrespect me as a human. I don’t take medication for fun, and for these people to work with mental illness and neglect it makes me sick. I hope these place closes down and the medical assistant is fired.

I somehow forgot to go to an appointment, I called for a refill for my antidepressant and I can’t get it until I do a walk-in appointment. I was told that Monday and Tuesday were not good days for that, so now I have to… go 3 days without. I feel like I’m being punished by having my medication withheld just for missing an appointment.

Dr decided, without my consent, to take me off of my anti narcolepsy meds and is now refusing to put me back onto them. I've made my case all the way up to the Castro location's director and, after 2 days of fighting… with COPE, im ready to give up! They've been problematic in getting refills since I started with them in July, but I didnt expect this. Need help? Get it elsewhere, this has been a horrible experience!
