How Much Does Treatment at Clarvida Cost?

How much does rehab cost in Arizona without insurance? Typically $1,500 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. Pricing for Clarvida was not found at the time of writing, so the state figures are an estimate only.

The intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling are normally part of the price. Whether Clarvida prices its care the same way is not known, so ask. Medication and lab work are common extras.

There’s a lot of dismissive behavior from staff, and the environment makes you want to crawl out of your skin. I often left feeling worse than when I arrived. Staff sometimes overlook that certain patients are more… susceptible to their rude conduct.

I just left this place and my son talked to psychiatrist who was super amazing and sweet and kind decided to prescribe my son medication. Unfortunately At this point, she is not allowed to prescribe this prescription… and needed to be sent by another doctor. I went and told the receptionist about this, and the receptionist was extremely RUDE. Basically saying that my son could wait to get his medication I informed them that we were leaving out of town and then we wouldn’t be back until next week in the doctor wanted him to start the meds tomorrow. She then decided to email the case manager the case manager comes out and says that he will have another doctor prescribe the medicine so I waited call the pharmacist and the pharmacist tells me again that it was sent by the same doctor that cannot prescribe prescriptions. I go back inside and I tell the receptionist again very rude to me once again and it’s basically saying that what your son just started this treatment and barely got diagnosed so what does it matter if he doesn’t have the medicine tomorrow or wait a week the case manager was rude as well didn’t give me details that he wasn’t going to have his on-call doctor in the prescription and didn’t know when his on-call doctor was going to send this prescription and basically telling me that he had no idea when my son would get this medicine and I told my son that we’re leaving and the only thing this man could say is, how would you like me to proceed? I do not want to go back to this place. I think I will find my son another place for treatment. I have never been encountered such rude staff members and especially dealing with someone’s mental health and your child’s mental health

Don't bother trying to get services here, because you'll be wasting your time. If you call to ask for an intake appointment, you will only be sent to an answering machine to leave your contact information. I left three… messages over a month's time, and never received a call back. Also, don't bother to fill out a request for intake on their website, because no one will call you back. If you have insurance, you're better off just getting services from an in-network telehealth mental health provider. The copay is the same and you can get an appointment much faster.

The only reason you get stars at all is because Timothy Burr is amazing. The staff are rude and incompetent. Didn’t get an invoiced email from them so didn’t pay obviously and they just canceled my appointment for a… month out?

Very nice service! I got helped by Casey and Alyssa, (I hope I didn’t get the names wrong). Very sweet group of ladies. Very well spoken the both of them and the type of energy the atmosphere needs! They make me look… foward to going back.

The people at Clarvida, from the front staff, to the therapists and psychologists, are so incredible. They communicate so clearly and are incredibly helpful when it comes to sorting out goals to strive for. The care… we’ve received is consistently positive, and always feels personally catered to us and our needs.

Wish I could give 0!!! Always screwing up appointments. Everytime I need something done with meds, its I'll transfer you to the nurses line. But nurses never answer. Leave a message and never get a call back! On top of… them never listening to you on what's going on with your child! Im so sick of it! Canceled services after almost a year dealing with it. The dr listened to our then 12 year old about his dad's meds and got them lowered. Now its horrific dealing with it. They would send a link ONCE for their telemed appointment and want you to keep the link forever. Then when you dont get the link and miss the appointment they put you in for no show! Many times this happened! Always said an appointment time but never put it on the schedule. Then on top of that, when told to put it either telemed or in person, they do the opposite of what you asked for! Always had to fight for kid's medicine at the pharmacy and then have to wait for them to get a response from the office which would take days!! Never answers phones. So frustrating.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It’s been almost 2 years my child is still on a waiting list to see a therapist. Every time I call they can’t give me any information on when or how far along the list we are. They… keep saying a couple of months. When they say someone will reach out to me they never do and I call back to follow up and they just say sorry and leave it at that.

I don't know what's going on, but I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this facility. I do not receive links to telehealth appointments despite them confirming my email address and stating they did, which… causes my daughter and me to not have our appointments (as I sit here with the same problem) and they list it as a "no show'! REALLY? When I call, I very very rarely get anyone one to answer the phone. I leave voicemails but do not get a response. Our med refills get delayed also. The only person that has great customer service is Ian, but it's hit or miss if I get through to him specifically. I've already removed my daughter from this facility for the same reasons and I will be doing the same for myself. We are going to miss you Ian!

Ever since the company Clarvida (formerly known as Pathways of AZ) took over services, their customer service has gone downhill! I was put on hold for over 20 minutes more than once. In addition, the employees at the… front desk are very rude and give customers an attitude for what it would seem like within their normal job duties. The 3 out of 5 stars rating is only because we like the therapist there.

I've been going here as well as my children but the lack of employees is killing this place. They REFUSE to answer the phone. Seeing as how this is a therapy place and people are in need of emergencies that is HORRIBLE… business. This place has gone way down hill. I hope they hire just a phone person that does nothing else but answer phones. They might get people to come back. If you think you need help please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Horrible company and the worst behavioral health company I've worked with. I have called over 20 times and only got an answer 2 times. I asked the front desk to update the information and she still did not. I asked for… a review of my patients psychiatric review and I have yet to received it.

It's very bad there very bad at answering there phone's also there can be some really rude people in there there bad talkers also I had to do most of the talking and all they did was made my son drugged up on medication… I strongly advise not to go here try to talk it out before a crisis happens oh one more thing when you need transport or if someone's coming to your home they will just leave without saying a word like just leave it's very frustrating when they do that plus if you don't have insurance it clears an arm and a leg to pay for it and for the meditation to without insurance I had to pay for my son's medicine and it was $250 which I didn't have :( remember bad at answering phones and I think you need something called access it takes weeks to get it it's like this insurance thing it I'm still waiting on it and it's the 3 month I've been waiting so give me a favor don't come here unless it's really bad emergency.

Waiting MONTHS to get an appointment. Therapists AND Psychiatrists CONSTANTLY canceling your appointments. Takes months to get a new appointment just to be cancelled AGAIN! I do NOT recommend this business! Still… suffering from horrible anxiety and panic disorder.

TERRIBLE place!! I have been through several Psychiatrists at both locations within the past 6 months because they can't keep employees. One, I had scheduled an appointment with and the day of my appointment, I called… to confirm my appointment (just a feeling) and I was told my appointment was cancelled because the Psychiatrist I had my appointment with "didn't last long". At that point, I had to reschedule with another person that was completing their training (whatever that means) and that was 2 months out. When I finally met with her, she's a total joke and has a "we'll just go with it, whatever" attitude. I told her TWICE the prior medications I had been on and the ones that DID NOT work for me or had terrible side effects, and she still prescribed TWO of them. One of the medications that DID work for me previously, she would not prescribe. If she read my previous history, she would have seen that I actually did great with it. They clearly don't read up on prior notes and it shows with the services they provide! They are extremely short staffed, their caseloads are outrageous and it clearly shows in how they run people in and out of there like cattle. I'm in the process of looking for a new place that actually cares and takes the time to get to know their patients. They are suppose to be helping individuals with mental health issues, NOT causing more anxiety and stress. DO NOT RECOMMEND EITHER LOCATION.

Pathways has one psychiatrist to see in person, one student doctor, online psychiatrist in Phoenix who apparently does a psych evaluation from in less than 30-minutes on a iPad in the office, and nurses to offer… children and families in need. Their only job is to diagnose and give drugs. Their non doctor staff lack experience and training, and overall, have very little to offer. They can direct you to other professionals around town who do what they lack. They don’t take private insurance or self pay. Their staff put an entire group of special needs students in danger during their winter camp and the staff didn’t have the most basic knowledge/training, especially when their attempt to take them to get cheap hot dogs for lunch at Costco. Imagine a van full of special need kids in a Costco parking lot trying to go inside for cheap hotdogs….A huge fail and liability! They’ve also called children protective services and made bogus claims(retaliation) after parents were questioning their inability to provide appropriate basic services for their children. I do not recommend anyone bring their children here.
