I paid my bill of over $300 to Denova (then Bayless) back in March, later they claimed they never received this payment because of a computer outtage. After sending them bank statements showing the charge they told me… to dispute it with my bank. I paid the amount in full again while I disputed the initial charge because they told me I would be sent to collections if I did not pay the bill in time. Denova then told my bank that there was no record of my initial payment despite $600 being paid to them. My bank believed them because the initial payment was sent to Bayless, which had then been changed to Denova, on my bank statement. I am now out over $600 for basic care.
