Why Trust RehabSeekers.com?

RehabSeekers is an independent behavioral health directory covering drug and alcohol addiction and mental health treatment providers.

Every listing has a source: an official register, a licensing record, or details the facility sent us.

Credentials shown honestly. Accreditation, licensing and registration listed separately.

Reviews shown exactly as written. Never edited, never removed because a facility asked.

No commission, no referral fees. Nothing a facility pays for changes where it appears.

Contact details always go direct. Calls reach the facility itself, never a call centre.

Common questions

Answered from what is listed here.

What is Intel Connected Care?

Intel Connected Care is a set of regional medical plan options inside Intel Corporation's self-insured employee health plan, built on direct contracts with local health systems in Arizona, Northern California, New Mexico and Oregon. It is not an insurance company, and it is open only to benefit-eligible Intel employees, dependents and COBRA participants.

Care follows a medical home model: a primary care provider leads the care team and coordinates referrals, with concierge centers and care coordinators supporting members.

Private Insurance Acceptedhttps://rehabseekers.com/insurance-accepted/private-insurance-accepted/
Does Intel Connected Care cover rehab?

Yes, Intel medical options, Connected Care included, cover inpatient and outpatient behavioral health care for alcohol and drug dependency. On the 2026 Connected Care Providence plans, inpatient and residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient visits are paid at 5% coinsurance in network and 40% out of network after the deductible.

Cost sharing for the Arizona, California and New Mexico partner plans is not published in the same detail, so ask the regional concierge center before admission.

Residential Rehabhttps://rehabseekers.com/programs/residential/
Does Intel Connected Care cover inpatient rehab?

Yes, inpatient and residential treatment for mental health and substance use is a listed benefit. Under the 2026 Connected Care Providence HDHP and Primary Care Plus plans, an in-network stay is paid at 5% coinsurance after the deductible, while out-of-network care is paid at 40% coinsurance.

In New Mexico, the Presbyterian Copay option charges a $250 hospital stay copay with an employee-only out-of-pocket maximum of $1,500.

Intel Connected Care is not an insurance company. It is a group of regional medical plan options inside Intel Corporation’s self-insured employee health plan, built on direct contracts with local health systems rather than through a carrier, and open only to benefit-eligible Intel employees, their dependents and COBRA participants. Addiction treatment is paid for the way any large employer plan pays for it: through a network, a deductible and a coinsurance percentage.

Which network depends on where the employee works and lives. Arizona runs through Arizona Care Network, Northern California through Dignity Health around Sacramento and Folsom and Stanford Health Care Alliance around Santa Clara, New Mexico through Presbyterian Healthcare Services, and Oregon through Providence Health Plan and Kaiser Permanente Northwest. One plan name, four sets of directories, phone numbers and rules.

Oregon is also changing. Both Oregon Connected Care options end December 31, 2026, and from January 1, 2027 Oregon medical options become Anthem Primary Care Plus and Anthem HDHP. The guide below covers which levels of care are paid for, where prior authorization applies, what treatment costs under the 2026 plan designs, how medication is handled, and how to find a program the regional network contracts with.
