Wouldn’t recommend. They want to rx gabapentin for anxiety. They truly don’t care. Be careful who you pay and choose for providers. Waste of time

Availability for appointments is good. Elizabeth M. is great. She’s not pushy and listens to my needs in wanting to discontinue certain medications.

I truly appreciate and trust Denova Collaborative Health. My provider Katherine Bear is on top of all my health concerns. I’m older, retired and each day is a new one with its shares of enjoying life and dealing with… physical issues that creep up as I age. But one thing is really a silver lining with this health office, my doctor is really here for me. She truly listens, acts right away by putting through prescriptions, medical tests and X-rays. She sympathizes and hears what I’m not saying!!! She asks questions and clarifies. I am really fortunate to experience such a positive person! To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised that this entire office is positive and helpful. In fact, when my doctor is not available, I’ve seen another doctor, Maria Parker and she is amazing too!!! I use Linda Gin for my psychiatrist and she’s on top of her profession as well. I do admit to feeling grateful for this entire practice! I think you would love it here like my daughter and I do!!!

I really like the therapy using the zoom meeting rooms. I am well through my treatment plan and this is the time when we try to taper off meds while keeping a steady mood. I am still on the best therapy for me! I give… Marcus Fossmeyer Five Stars!

Update: Over the last few months we’ve received many more services and referrals. My teen daughter loves her counseling with Jody, she would have session everyday if she could. My preteen is making great progress and… now family counseling has opened communication for us. Only down side is it’s difficult to manage both children’s schedules. 2 counselors, 2 psychologists, 2 case managers, and they don’t seem to have a shared calendar so easy to double book. But all in all, a great company! Old: Stay away from Denova! We’ve waited 2 months for a counselor and finally got setup. Now every time we have an appointment it’s only through zoom and the links don’t work! Both appointments we spent 30+ minutes fighting to get into meeting and they won’t send a room ID to enter or provide phone number to have a session. So extremely frustrating how much time we’ve wasted with this company! Just use the damn phone!

This place is helping treat my girlfriend who suffers from ADHD. We had an amazing experience. They operate with treatment focused solutions. Our Dr listened to what she is going through, constantly struggling to keep… her jobs keep herself well maintained and forgetting her normal life routines. We now are confident we have found the right place. With a Dr. that is not judgmental and won’t try to say you’re crazy. They listen and help your family.

I go to Bayless (update 2026: now Denova, still great experience) for primary care, psych and counseling. I'm so thankful for Bayless. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you for your help :)

Ugh. Huge corporation masquerading as a mental health provider. After giving them all my personal health information, DL info, and insurance information, they send a bland email the day before cancelling my appointment.… No apology, no request to reschedule. I suspect I am a name in some database that uses AI to generate emails. Bedside manner has become a cold corporate feel where therapy is done online. But I am sure the billing statements are meticulous and come right on time. Avoid. Corporate earnings and mental health for some reason don't seem to jibe. Surprise, surprise.

I’ve been working with specialists at Denova for the past couple of years, providing case management, therapy, psychiatrist, outreach programs; etc. I’ve been able to find every resource through Denova that I’ve ever… needed and the help has always been timely, treated with respect, and I have made huge strides focusing on my wellbeing with the help of them. I recommend this place to anyone that shares need for mental health. They have always gone above and beyond.

This company‘s billing department does not understand how to bill insurance for services rendered. I don’t know if it’s due to poor training, or just simply not understanding how the system works. I had to cut ties with… them because I didn’t want to end up receiving a huge bill for services that were covered by insurance due to their in abilities to carry out their billing duties professionally.

I feel so at ease with this practice. I feel very comfortable opening to them specially the therapist I have right Karen House. Thank you Karen for listening and understanding. Jo

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with this office. They have accommodated me with my crazy demands. I found out they had a surgery available in two weeks, and these wonderful workers have done EVERYTHING to… get all prior authorization done as quickly as possible. The front office staff is so kind, keeping me in the loop and constantly communicating with me, going above and beyond to make sure I am aware of everything. The doctors are so wonderful, quickly making sure I get every test needed for this pre approval. I think we all have had really bad experiences with doctors offices, but this practice is single handily changing my fear into a great experience. They are so joyful and professional, my only regret is that I can’t give them 10 stars.

Stacy Sanchez is a terrible psychiatrist and is very unprofessional, She is worried about herself not the patients and is not willing to help at all if she is appointed to you as a provider I would switch as soon as… possible.
