The techs can be hot and cold but overall the place has helped me so much the clinical staff is amazing.

It took a while to get adjusted. But the second half of being here I learned a lot that has prepared me for life after here. M K and Viviana were the ones who helped me the most! I thank them so much!! Vivian was an… awesome therapist! Everyone at We Level Up was so nice and good to me!!! I enjoyed getting to know most of the clients. I met a new bestie whom I hope to have a life long relationship with!!!

My experience at this residential wellness center was truly meaningful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and treated with genuine compassion. The staff were caring, professional, and attentive, and… they created an environment where I felt comfortable focusing on myself and my personal growth. What stood out most to me was the sense of community and the encouragement I received throughout my stay. I gained valuable tools, perspectives, and coping strategies that I can continue to use long after completing the program. I’m extremely grateful for the people who supported me along the way and for the positive experience I had here. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone looking for a safe, supportive environment to take time for themselves, reset, and work toward becoming a healthier version of themselves. 💕

We Level Up is an amazing place to go if you are struggling with any mental health problem and or addiction. They have excellent group facilitators that really help you learn more about yourself,grow, and thrive. The… staff is very kind and will work with you.

My experience with the Family Program at We Level Up Recovery Center in West Palm Beach has been incredibly meaningful. Participating in the family meetings gave us a better understanding of what our loved one was going… through and, just as importantly, taught us how we could be supportive while also taking care of ourselves. The meetings provided a safe, welcoming environment where we could ask questions, share our experiences, and learn from the staff and other families. We appreciated the compassion, guidance, and lack of judgment throughout the process. The Family Program helped me feel less alone and gave us practical tools and a better perspective on recovery. We are grateful to everyone at We Level Up for making our family feel heard, supported, and included in the recovery journey. We would definitely recommend their Family Program to other families looking for guidance and support

Best place help with mental health and even was there and willing to work when needed

It's been 16 days now and I can see the changes in my son. The 1st week was really hard. The staff is so supportive. He was able to go bowling on last week and really love it. The techs are amazing. My son Therpist… Sabastian he is now family. Michelle which is his Case Manager she always keeps me updated with his growth. Bree she is amazing she is also a tech, and she does not sugar coat anything. Coming from a strong black family we never belivie in this kind of healing we always thought the healing just comes from the church. But common sense tells me that, If you make the step GOD will send the help. And Baby if yall knew my son, baby it takes alot. I am so glad I choose We Level Up for my son healing. by all means I can leave you with this. Just don't drop your love ones off and leave them thinking that it will all work out. It takes family support a well. I drop my son off clothing so he can feel a normal life. Sometimes snacks in a loving bag. Just make sure you stay loving on them.

We Level Up is an amazing place!! In my opinion they saved my sons life. The staff is top notch! The care and kindness they have shown not only to my son but also myself! The therapists are very good and truly care! The… place is beautiful and inviting. I have trusted WLU to care for my son twice and i can honestly say with my whole heart knowing he’s there when he needed to be, is comforting. I know he’s in the best hands! He’s safe, he’s getting the help he needs. He is treated like family Thank you so much We Level Up!!

The program was a good starter situation for people seeking mental / addiction / substance abuse help. I wasn't a fan of the sending of letters to my family though. I still have 5 letters that have yet to be sent which… is very discouraging to me and frustrating for my family. Moving forward, I would appreciate it if they figured this out for future clients.

Love the Alumni Coordinator, Holden. He goes above and beyond always checking in celebrating life’s wins and coaching and supporting through the lows. The weekly mental health meetings help me immensely.

Level Up was a really awesome program. It helped me gain a lot of knowledge and life skills. This program is something I would recommend to friends and family members and it will help me in the long run. It was a great experience. Therapy was on point. And Holden was the freaking best

They lie and deceive. It's a waste of time there and they put you on GPS monitoring and make it difficult to make calls and don't answer the phone when family try to call. Absolutely horrible and not recommended. Don't… believe all the fake reviews.
