Clarvida – Stroudsburg Detox and Rehab Services

Clarvida – Stroudsburg carries a listing for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Clarvida – Stroudsburg Address, Location and Contact Information

The facility address is 564 Main Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, 18360. Stroudsburg sits in Monroe County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.

Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

I was evaluated by a psychologist who recommended I continue therapy and regular appointments with a psychiatrist. Trisha was my assigned therapist. She is one of the worst therapist I’ve ever seen. I've only had two… sessions with her, and she kicked me out of the room after both of them, almost an hour early, when we agreed upon a 1 hour session once a week, every week. She has such a foul attitude , almost as if SHE WANTS TO MAKE YOU FEEL WORSE, instead of helping. She rushes you, and has absolutely zero compassion or epmathy. I had asked her if I was able to have a copy of my diagnosis for my records, as I I keep a binder full of my medical documents in case a doctor needs to see them, because I receive ssi. She told me I would have to wait until I see the pshycatrist, because I "need to be evaluated". I tried to explain to her the reason I was there, was because the state sent me to a pscycologist, who diagnosed me with what was on my file, and that I needed help with those diagnosises. She told me that she doesn't even know what I am diagnosed with, but whatever it is, it is wrong, and that I need to be re-evaluated, and that she isn't going to believe what was on my file. I got frustrated, because I had seen the pscycologist that diagnosed me 5 months prior, so it was very recent. I got really agitated at this point, which is also what I needed help with in therapy, and, instead helping me figure out a healthy way to handle my frustrations, she told me to get out of her office. The entire time I was trying to explain that I had to be there bc I receive ssi, but she just kept repeating over and over "No one is FORCING you to be here. No one is FORCING you to be here." I tried to tell her "Maybe if you would stop and actually listen to what I am trying to say, you would figure out that yes, I AM being forced to be here." She kept saying after that "Well you’re an ADULT. You can make your OWN decisions. No one is FORCING you to be here. Just LEAVE if you don't want to be here. Just LEAVE and stop coming. No one is FORCING you to be here." I tried to explain to her that although i am an adult, my disabilities cause me to have the mental capacity of an 11 year old, and I will never be able to be fully independent, and I can't just leave and stop coming to therapy. I did not feel safe in that room with her at all. I left in tears and never came back.

Yet another name change-dont be fooled: "Professional Counseling, Consulting & Human Services LLC" Negligent and incompetent. Building is not ADA compliant and there are zero excuses for that; it endangers patients and… staff, who are not given any assistive tools. Therapists regularly late, 5-15minutes plus an attitude that you are leaving as they are nonchalantly strolling in at the 15minute mark; they think they are capable of diagnosing or ruling out a concern in 5min without actually going into it plus an absurd attachment to disorders that require pure cherry picking of symptoms to match while disregarding previous case history completely. Instead of just going hey, we got that wrong and striking it, they will mark "not resolved". They advertise in person, but you drive there and pay for parking for a laggy and poor quality (they are aware of it) telehealth consult with the Dr in their office-I wish I was joking. When you finally see the Dr, he does NOT listen to patient concerns and brushes them off-always next appointment-and you will be out in 15min (I do wonder how they are billing patients insurance...) Clarvida/RedCo needs to be investigated by the state.

Normally, I don’t have a problem with them. But I have had a craptastic week. Yesterday I went into this place to see the doctor. Before I went in, I was in a room talking to someone about my struggles this week alone.… The normal appointment is supposed to be 20 minutes. Well … They took me an hour early. The doctor didn’t even ask how I was. I had trouble understanding him. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I did however manage to get him to up my medication. PS. The two stars are for my therapist! 😁 I’d give her the full 5, but I complained about the doctor in the post.

First off, their building is not handicap accessible and warrants concern alone. When I asked about this, I was told “we are not that kind of doctor” and laughs it off. To my amazement, they also managed to send my… prescription to “Pocono Pharmacy” located of “CVS, Pennsylvania.” You can’t make this stuff up, folks.

Would give zero stars if I could for the TAY Program specifically. The staff lacks empathy and understanding, they're also very ablesit. I've been discharged from the program unfairly due to my autism, which was well… documented to them but was never once looked over. Don't waste your time if your considering the TAY program, they set you up to fail and do not care about their clients at all. Taking them to court.

If I could give zero stars I wouldn’t even give one…several last minute canceled therapy appointments and dr appointments. They sometimes don’t even call to tell you that your appointments been canceled. They canceled… all my sons therapy appointments over the past month and then today canceled my child’s dr appointment for not seeing his therapist which THEY KEEP CANCELING!!! Don’t waste your time or money on this place. They don’t care about you or your child’s needs. Horrible service and people.

Terrible experience, treated unfairly in the TAY housing, told I didn't make an effort for other housing options once the 2 year lease had been up, mind you, they're supposed to be for those with mental and emotional… illness, to top it off therapy sessions didn't last after my grandma had passed and 3 missed appointments while I had been dealing with Emotional issues, another pick and choose kind of place overall, as of 2017 to 2019.

Redco workers are truly amazing. Very friendly and very open minded. They don't push all kinds of medications and they don't switch them so much like other places. They truly help with keeping your moods stable. Gotta… be open and honest for mental health care or its not going to be good. I totally recommend Redco.

So, I Just want to say that Nicole@Redco is the best of all times. The staff is great from the front desk to the back office the only thing missing is a couch in the rooms as an option for the patient to lounge in and… unload to gain tools to face the challenges ahead. Thank you Nicole@Redco!!!

Been trying to get help since August threw this company. Therapists refuse to schedule appointments, laugh at you. And then can't see you for a month. Like really people. That's not helping someone cope with loss and… ptsd. Redco is a joke, needs new hierarchy and emoloyees. Steer clear and look elsewhere

They could careless if you live or you die. They do not care about your mental health. They DISCHARGED my case WITHOUT my knowledge. No phone call, no letter. NOTHING! Call to schedule an appointment and being told I… have to wait a YEAR to be seen again

I would give zero stars if I could. The only reason they even get one star is because the ladies at the front desk were usually very nice. Not only was the Dr HORRIBLE, but she refused to listen to a a single thing I… said and would cut me off when I tried to talk to her about what was going on with me. It got to the point where I even had an appointment to have the head guy sit in on one of our appointments, but conveniently, the morning of the appointment, I got a call from them saying I’d have to have my appointment over the phone because Main Street was closed for a parade or something. I never heard from the head guy again and continued to get horrible treatment from the dr. My therapist wasn’t terrible I guess, but she also did absolutely NOTHING to help me. I could’ve gotten the same results calling one of my friends. I left this place in worse shape than I went in. PLEASE save yourself the time and aggravation and don’t go here. They’re horrible.

Would give it nothing if I could, the therapists there manipulate you by telling you they’ll talk about what you want to talk about and see you regularly then flake. Instead of taking time to help you they rather stuff… you full of meds and put you in their programs….that is if you can even reach them on the phone….0/10

This is the worst place to ever go to. If you really want to work on your issues and really work on yourself to get better this is not the place all they want to do is stuff you with meds and keep it pushing!
