Liberty Resources Integrated Hlthcare – Syracuse Detox and Rehab Services
The register shows Liberty Resources Integrated Hlthcare – Syracuse providing intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

Liberty Resources Integrated Hlthcare – Syracuse Address, Location and Contact Information
You will find this provider at 1045 James Street, Syracuse, New York, 13203. The city lies within Onondaga County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Almost missed my appointment because I never received any notification on my phone and every time I call to see what time my appointment is they have me on whole for 30 minutes just to hang up on me…..
So, I'll say that I read the reviews before going here, and I was definitely nervous. However, Going in for walk-in intake was a DREAM. I thought the process was going to be a huge hassle, but it was super… straightforward. The staff present on the day I went in were so incredibly patient. One receptionist even went out of her way to catch a coworker to let them know someone could be taken care of THAT DAY instead of a week or so from then. There was staff present that helped those who needed it when it came to filling out paperwork, walking them through the whole process. Someone also had come out to the waiting room (who I assume was a higher up?) to address a rather cantankerous older gentleman. Not only did he get the problem resolved for this man, he also in real time changed this older gent's demeanor from angry yelling to apologetic and calm in a matter of minutes. Extremely professional and attentive. If you need somewhere to go, whether you're someone with a lot of questions, someone who needs to be guided through the process, someone who knows what they want, or someone with not a lot of options, I HIGHLY suggest Liberty Resources. This building is also accessible along the James St bus route. If that wasn't enough, the place was clean and despite a longer, narrower hallways, still was pleasing to the eye aesthetically.
Spent months wasting my time. Never again.
I had a wonderful experience working with Goka. She listened and was extremely helpful. I recommend coming here and if possible looking into outpatient therapy sessions with Goka. Truly an incredible experience and… amazing person to have sessions with.
To many times dont send my scripts to pharmacy and force me to leave work to address in person. And most recently 4 times sent scripts to pharmacy wrong. I dare to say some one not paying attention. Reach out to their… grievance office via email 5 days later not even an acknowledgement of getting email.
This place is filthy and smelly! The staff and doctors are rude and act like they're incompetent!.
I reached new norms in my life and needed a care plan. In terms of my healthcare, this place offers everything you can expect in one location and quickly. My primary care physician is extremely supportive. Shout out to… Darren!
Morgan, their therapist, told my husband that cheating is a-okay! I may now have to file for divorce! All we wanted was some help! Thanks, Morgan, for endorsing CHEATING
Great providers and nice staff.
If you want, Help, do not go to this place. They are the worst. It feels like they’re just stealing your information and billing your insurance For services and they’re not helping people they’re making people worse I… went there and I left out crying They’re bad at scheduling when it comes to medication they give you issues My counselor was in her 20s too young to even know what life is about I couldn’t talk to her. She had an attitude because I asked her for my diagnosis they discharged me without me even knowing I got no help this place needs to be shut down. It’s not how it used to be in 2010 when they used to actually help you and listen The person instead of dismissing their issues
Absolutely unethical and unprofessional in the worst way for a Behavior Health agency.
Liberty resources is one of the best decisions I have made re: my physical and mental health 💯! One stop shop 👍 my Dr, my therapist , pain management, bldwk, pharmacy and so much more! I highly recommend them if you… need any of these services 💯✔️
Horrible place. Lack of actual doctors. Everyone in this building seems to have something attached to their names. Head nurse, head therapist etc… very unprofessional even down to the receptionists. They make fun of… patients instead of actually helping. Terrifying experience to the point of losing hope of getting better any time soon.
How am i supposed to pay a bill if your billing department doesnt answer.
Just how a horrible interaction with staff members trying to onboard as a new patient. They refuse to let me talk to a supervisor or give me their name. I wouldn't suggest hiring better representation for your company's… first impressions
Website is very misleading, said its walk in appointments but I thought I was going to talk to someone, but I have to fill out paperwork, then fill out a questionnaire, and then I have to schedule a therapist 4-6 weeks… out. Avoid this place unless you want to wait
Dr.B is a really great Doctor. NO One told me to write this or even mentioned it but I just felt it in my heart to shine some light on someone who deserves it. He is very kind, considerate, understanding, and meaningful… I hope he finds a permanent home here because I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Thank you so much Dr. B for all that you do.
Hello and to whom this may concern or help. I was a patient there for close to four years. Each year a new medication followed by three hospitalization over the medication prescribed! I’ve complain of the side effects… every month over and over. The incompetence and neglect of my prescriber almost killed me. There’s medical proof of all I am saying! I’ve complained to the main office and no one did anything besides cutting me off. The actual Doctors that found the problem I had shook their heads in disbelief how they can have someone suffer like I did. I couldn’t not leave my house for four years let alone make my appointments from the side effects and on top of that happening I was being yelled at! Called fat from weight gains and on top of this I asked if they could try and help me find the problem. A NP a PA and supervisor therapist all they came up with that I was an addict of a medication prescribed by him and I brought back an entire script saying they are not working as a medication!! This is SAD!! all do to the NP organization! . I have a long way to recovery from the damage done from the extensive time of incompetence! I hope this did not happen to anyone else and especially children! This place is dangerous and I wish I had the mental capacity to leave this place sooner. This is my experience all backed by medical records! Stay safe 💪🏻❤️.
I have been going here for 17 years, since I was 8 years old, my psychiatrist that I’ve had for 17 years left the practice and nobody reached out to me for refills on my medication, I called to get refills and they… still haven’t sent it in, I have been without my bipolar medication for 3 days, not to mention the lady on the phone was really rude. I’ve been manic, crying, angry, and withdrawing from a drug that can cause heart issues when suddenly stopped. This is a joke!! The lady on the phone said “we’ve been trying to get to everybody” you guys have people who have schizophrenia that go here and you’re just letting them go without their medication?? Anybody for that matter!
Love my therapist Amanda. Just started there and have not recieved fair treatment no communication with Psychiatrist. I feel unheard.
My last experience was waiting months and months for a therapist who would meet for less than 15 minutes and charge me for the full thing. I don't think anyone here cares about anything other than the paycheck they take… if they get you to consistently make appointments. Whatever your problem is, better off getting assistance anywhere else or resorting to whatever bad habit you have to cope because these people won't help you.
I started out with high hopes. My counselor is young but very calm and patient, great person, but I feel like I'm not getting what I need. Finally got a med provider and a vicarious diagnosis, but no med that actually… address the diagnoses. So I feel like im riding a roller coaster daily. Primary care, my experience has been dismal. The providers are very nice, but mine is more interested, maintaining the status quo. The nurses have failed to return calls multiple times. I wonder don't these medical providers worry about maintaining the standard of care they are obligated to provide? I have to say, kat, Darren and D, have been concerned and caring as well as professional. The desk staff that I have dealt with have gone out of their way to help. As far as the administrative office, don't bother, I only got lip service then ignored. Because my calls were not returned, I ended up not getting the antibiotic I needed and my infection got worse before I was seen. My only other observation is that, I have to walk through a cloud of smoke almost Everytime I go there. There is usually a staff member standing next to the no smoking sign puffing away, with an attitude if you object, just saying.
And as to why they only get one star: So I've only been accompanying my partner at this facility for only a couple of years now and at first, I thought it was beneficial for my partner (as well as helpful for many… reasons which I really liked at first), but now it seems like that they don't care about the clients and how they feel, or anything. They seem so unprofessional on not following up on their clients (if they are doing okay or if they don't understand something and calling said client to understand the situation but don't ever really call.) It seems so unprofessional to get annoyed or irritated at a client for coming in to check to see if paperwork (that's very important by the way) get done or not and if not tell people the reason why (or tell different stories). This is not how professional should conduct in a facility like this they should be prioritizing the clients and their feelings first and getting what the client need done first and formost or if something can't get done then call and let the client know about it and sew if something can get worked out. But that is not what is being done. You shouldn't have to lie and do other stuff to just not get stuff done. If stuff needs to be handled then get it done or call. This place is not about their clients and their mental health and their feelings it is sounding like that all they are here for is the paycheck and not the clients and that is so wrong on so many different levels.
This place is REALLY bad!! I have left several messages and NOBODY calls back. I tested positive for Covid. I am 60 with very bad lungs you would think they would call back. This place has turned into a place for them… to just heard you in bill your insurance. Very sad seeing once they were real good.
I have a great therapist here, Paige, whom I've been seeing over a year and a half... We're just getting into the crucial issues that have made therapy necessary for me, and she's helping me get a grip on the hidden… pain, difficult memories, and emotional suffering that remained after a course of CBT with another therapist at a different clinic. CBT is great in some ways but to recover from C-PTSD requires some time spent in regular one-on-one psychotherapy, where trauma is addressed and emotions are released in a safe environment. As much as the CBT at the other treatment center I went to helped me with applying logic to my then out-of-control emotions, it was time for another tactic so that I could complete my journey of healing. This is that continued journey. I'm going to continue my progress here with Paige and am optimistic about my future as I break the lifelong hold past trauma has had upon me. Thank you, Liberty.
