If you want help or are looking to come get information on addiction and don't know where to turn, CMS is the place to go. Here CMS on Arbor Ave in Mesa is one of the best places that I have ever felt not only as a… patient but as family and knowing I have the support I need to do what I have to do is another thing that makes coming here a plus. You don't walk into judgement and people looking down on you, you walk into nurses and councilors and dotors and the front end staffing people willing to stand up and take you and talk to you like you are a person and a person who is ready to turn their lives around. It may take a few months, it's may take a year it may take longer but the best part here at Arbor I have found out you are not alone! No question is to stupid and if someone doesn't have the answer Ive had my coulcer work until she was able to answer that situation with knowledge and correct information..if you are ready and the way things are going it's time, if your ready to take your life back come to CMS and get the help the professional help you need and deserve! I am so glad I am a patient at this facility and I love that I can walk In and be greeted by my name ! I am not a number or just another personan walking through that door I am someone who people are willing to take me and talk to me and help me! Thank you CMS - Arbor Ave without you I don't know where I would have been. My forever appreation, Sincerely. JC 💜 💜 💜 💜

This location has the friendliest staff and they all act like they value their jobs and their work here..... And the wait is never too long and you always are greeted with a smile... Some of the other locations could… learn a thing or two from this crew at the Arbor Clinic...

I visit here with my fiance he's been on and off coming to this location struggling with his addiction. Luckily I was able to get mine under control but as for him who still gets easily tempted.. this place is crowded… sometimes during late mornings and people easily make drug deals right in front of recovering addicts. Please switch chairs around how they were facing forward towards the desks at one point and make sure people are not crowding on the walkways ect. Because it is triggering for people still struggling with addiction currently 🙏 especially asking if they have some to go walk anf smoke out in their cars... also maybe no purses in the bathroom if they place hooks on the outside door in front of the nurses to monitor. Because people WILL do FENTANYL in the restroom.. I've smelt it. Other than that. Staff are always nice even to me as im not a patient here 🙏

Have been coming to CMS for a little over 4yrs now, and can quite honestly say these folks brought my life back. From Kurt, to Jon, Sandy, and as of recently Ryan. I've never missed a day, and have never failed a UA.… There was no need to return to my old ways. Recently I had my first, and hopefully only hiccup in the system. It forced me up the chain of command, and a gentleman named Ryan cleared the concern up. I'm so.very grateful for him swingin the bat for me, and resolving a potentially huge problem. Never once have I been treated lower than, and made me feel like I was an ordinary guy who hit a bump in the road. Couldn't be more thankful for Ryan and the team. They're true professionals, that can see thru the BS, and help where help is needed. Thank you CMS for giving me the tools to get my life back where it belonged, and for continuing to help in a judgement free manner 👍👍👍

I was one of the very first patients to come to this clinic back when very first opened. I continued until one of my old counselors, who is long gone by now, decided I wasn't complying and randomly notified me I would… be doing a rapid detox of 10mg a day til I was at zero. This was absolutely the worst part of my experience here. It ended in me relapsing and having to go to New Hope, which was a bigger nightmare. After that I continuously went for a while but was still using, so I decided to stop using both and just stick with the "non-clinic" approach. That went on until I found out that I was pregnant with my first child, which prompted me to immediately return to get help. Everyone was so good to me my entire pregnancy. Jon and Sandy at the dosing windows, my then counselor, Michelle, Laura at the front desk, and Kurt. These people and their kindness and warmth they showed me will continue to stay with me forever. After I had my son, I continued to come here for the next 3-4 years. I received a few new counselors, none of which I really vibes with. Until Christian. Christian made me feel like I was just chatting with a friend. He didn't push me for information and if he asked if everything was good and my answer was yes, he left it at that. Which I appreciated immensely. For him to go from working the front desk to being a counselor was awesome to see because it showed he cared more about helping the people he was seeing everyday. I stopped going to the clinic in October of 2024, and can honestly say that I am still clean and sober today. I never would've been able to do this without every one of the people I mentioned, as well as anybody I missed. I hear it's a much different place these days, with both Jon and Sandy being gone, so I'm glad I got to meet them and have them as my two nurses. Hopefully someone else's experience has and will be as great as mine was!

Been a patient of CMS at two different locations for 2 years. In one week the kid at the front desk at this location caused me to be late to work 3 times and wants to disregard what his superiors tell him to do causing… me great inconvenience. I won't lose my job over this. As such I've taken my business to your competition. Good riddance. I'll be filing a complaint with the department of health over this as well. Guy at the front desk IS NOT A DOCTOR AND SHOULD STOP ATTEMPTING TO PRACTICE MEDICINE WITHOUT A LICENSE TO DO SO!

If you are a patient her and are waiting long extended times to dose because the staff here rather talk and have fun instead of do there job I suggest you do what I did. Ask for a ROI and transfer to ITS intensive… treatment services you will be so happy you did they have you in and out in 5 minutes.

Transfered from cms main and I have been here for 3 months or so. I do miss a day or days almost every week due to life it dosent stand still for us but even with the missing ive never once had any bad experience… whatsoever with arbor. I wish I transfered a long time ago. Myra is awesome at the front desk and congratulations on your baby soon.. And the woman they hired who has been there now for a couple months I'm so sorry I'm drawing a blank with your name. But you are rocking it and always treat me with respect and dignity. Sam the man youre a blessing as well and cant forget my counselor Angie she is very laid back so easy to talk to and makes you forget that youre talking to a counselor. Its a very nice setting and the staff really makes you feel at home and not judged being drug addicts we are. So please just keep being you arbor staff you have no idea the change you make in peoples life's. Oh yeah forgot Bruce and sandy awesome people ...... 7 out of 5 stars... And john I think in window 2 I'm so sorry I'm forgetting people. John and sandy take time to know the clients that dose at their windows and I'm always greeted with my name.... Love this place. Be very proud of the team you all are a part of.

Feeling like no matter how many times I fell, and the staff still never judged me. Stayed… true to the good people they are. They helped me get to where I am. Curt the provider is also an phenomenal person who I can't say enough good things about.

Switched over to this clinic about a year ago now from the mesa on main location and saw improvement in the environment immediately, organized, much more relaxed staff, even after staff changed the environment has… continued to be amazing, shout-out to Christian, Myra, Leena, Laura, and of course the staple nurses john and sandy. I couldn't ask for a better clinic 10 out of 10
