NEGATIVE FIVE HUNDRED MILLION STARS!!!! Nothing but rude, money-hungry people with ZERO compassion that treat you like you're wasting their time! DO NOT see Shannon Carpenter! She is an abysmal excuse for a "therapist"… if you could call her one at all! She does not care about her patients and has ZERO compassion! If you are needing to talk to someone, DO NOT bother with these heartless, soulless people, try calling Dominoes- the pizza dude there has more insight on life and a better grasp of reality than these so called "doctors". Words cannot describe how horribly incompetent these "therapists" are! It boggles my mind at how they got certified to open their own practice? I guess watching a couple of episodes of Frasier is all you need. Or did Fruity Pebbles have an offer of a free therapist license in every box? Whatever you do, steer clear of LIfeline Behavioral Heath at all costs! There is help out there, but it WILL NOT come from Shannon or Lifeline.
If you’re going for therapy, Matt B. is great. However, their amazing psych NP left the practice, and the new provider, Femi, is not helpful at all. I saw him a couple weeks ago, and didn’t need a refill of one of my… medications at the time, but obviously would need it at some point?????? I have been trying to reach him via voicemail, patient portal, and he doesn’t answer, but tells the NP manager that he’s refusing to send in a refill because “I didn’t need it 2 weeks ago”. Is this for real? 😂 What a stupid answer. I will be filing a complaint against Femi with the AZ State Board of Nursing for not caring for his patient. I will be following their previous NP, Robert Wallen, to his new practice at 2nd Chance Recovery, and I urge everyone to do the same. Lifeline’s NP staff is awful.
Never respond to emails the staff is rude and not helpfull at all
Kailie is fantastic. She keeps it real and makes me do the work but doesn't sugar coat it. While still hyping me up to do the hard things. My time with her is my favorite part of the week. Making huge strides in therapy… with her. I will never skip a session with her and she is seriously so great. I love lifeline PCs. Therapy is freaking hard but having an amazing therapist that makes you feel seen, safe and heard makes all the difference! We practice skills and she pushes me just enough to keep doing the work without shutting down or quitting. I leave feeling lighter with fresh hope of recovering a happier more balanced life.
I called and spoke with someone who I gave all my insurance information to for benefits and eligibility. I have since called and left 2 messages and have never heard back. It has been over 2 weeks since my first call.
