How Much Does Treatment at Terros Health Cost?

Private-pay prices in Arizona typically put a week of medical detox at $1,750 to $5,600 and standard outpatient care at $1,500 to $5,000 a month. Whether Terros Health charges within those figures is not known, as its prices were not found when this page was written.

Terros Health’s price would be expected to include medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. Therapies such as CBT or EMDR are the most common extras. This is a guess based on usual practice, so ask the facility.

I have been with terros on 51st Ave for about 21 months. I was court ordered to go to a mental hospital and receive help from terros. Well I went to the hospital in mesa brown and country club as incompetent not… restorable. I was released from the hospital voluntary, meaning restorable. Now I should have went back to court for trial. According to the law you have 15 21 months to restore someone for trial. Now I asked Patricia, Shelly, and Laura for the incompetent report, and they don't have no report on incompetency. I've been asking Patricia to get it from my lawyer and still nothing. Where is this report, "I'm trying to get back into court!!!"

As a client in order for a healthcare facility to promote wellness, safety, and assistance, it must have a toxic-free environment. Which this place isn't. “I go to Terros Clinic for medical care — not a church service.… That’s why we have Separation of Church and State.”

In my opinion one of the worst clinics to go to they always changing up case managers and stuff. And most recently there is a case manager there by the name of Louis who is a family members of mine that is lying to… others family members that they have been in the hospital and says that they have been trying to reach out but that is not true

Noone liston so thus is an Official Post. This place should be Shut down. And hire people that do there Job. I have been a Particapint for 8 month . I have scheduled 12 Appontment . I missed Three . They have not been… on tume for 7 Appoinment . Making me wait from 35 min up toI 3 hr . I have one Question . How do i becpme my own payiee . I get no answer. I get no leads. I get Dean my Case Manager telling me its my fault his staff are lazy. My Syc Doctor says theres a team . That doesnot care to introduce themselfs. This is highly unprofecenal and the corred goverment pays them to lie . So there going to paint me as the bad guy for missing three appointments. But theres no penalty for them makeing everone wait in Arizona hot sun at 89°-115° for there 3 hour morning meeting .. That does not help there staff be more orginuzed. I have tryed complaing to Dean and im told that the way it is .I have tryed to voice a complant to others like DES and Socal Secirity . Any help on how to repot theres people so someone hears and fixes the problem.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone. Instead of being on hold they have you leave a message, which you'll be lucky if they ever return. This place doesn't help people and is only in it for the money. I have had dealings… before but they have only gotten worse. This should never be the default SMI clinic.

Does not keep appointments. Had a 9:30 appointment and a 10:00 appointment scheduled. On appt day makes people wait and suddenly he is supposed to be in 2 places at 1 time because they are saying both appointments are… at 10. No help whatsoever and always late for calling people in for appts. If you are even 5 min late they will make you reschedule for 2 months out though.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over five years. My team is the stingray team. They do absolutely nothing for their clients. They don’t push for their clients. Alex claims to always be so helpful. His favorite line… is I’m gonna make some phone calls to see what I can do and it never happens. I’ve been promised the food box for over two weeks. Still haven’t got it. They act like Moquatin Washington is the only person in that building that can help the clients he does so much and never get recognized. I’ve watched this man bend over backwards for clients that he doesn’t even work with. He does so much for all teams. He’s a fair person He should not have to do what case managers are supposed to do for their clients. He can’t even take a day off to deal with emergency issues with his family without the teams, relying on him. i’ve watched so many case managers come and go on the stingray team. It’s so unfair to us. We’re dealing with our own mental issues. We expect them to help us not sit on their butts all day in order takeout or walk around the hallways and make errands that has nothing to do with helping their team or doing their job. I don’t feel like they deserve to have a team I can get so many complaints from all the clients that are on the stingray team and they will agree on the same thing something needs to change and then Dan is supposed to be the supervisor of all of Terro’s teams Does not care about what’s going on it doesn’t matter how many times you complain to this guy he really does not care. It’s as if he comes to work just for a paycheck they walk around and pretend that they’re doing something so important but then truly they’re not , It’s starting to become a big problem now and something needs to change else I’m going to make a complaint with Better Business Bureau. and whomever else I have to talk to including FOX 10 news this is something that is a big matter. Mental illness is very important.Moquatin should not be supervisor case management and housing and employment case manager all at the same time it’s like when he is gone they are lost, they expect us to run to him with everything, including a staff named Tiffany She is amazing person and she Bends over backwards for any client that comes her way. These two case managers are not recognized. The receptionist at the front they’re so rude to every client. I have literally watched them be completely out of line with clients all because they wanted to check in or they wanted to request to see someone on their team. They’re very lazy they don’t Behind the counter in order food all day I’m going to start recording these issues which I’ve already have some videos stored away. This is a problem and it needs to be handled right away don’t get me wrong. There are some staff there that are really amazing and do their job but as far as people on the stingray team, they all need to be fired or at least Go through a training course on how to be case managers I will not stop complaining about these issues until they are fixed, but I want people to know what’s really going on here on the Stingray team the receptionist and Dan being the supervisor. They need to change for the better of Terro’s health

Do Not Trust Your Loved One’s Mental Health Care to Terros on 51st Ave & Camelback I’ve waited two years to write this review, not out of anger, but to speak solely from facts and lived experiences. My hope is that this… helps another family avoid the pain and frustration mine went through. My adult son, who lives with a serious mental illness, was under the care of this Terros clinic for six years. Year after year, I watched his condition steadily decline under their so called "care." They failed to take even the most basic steps to support his wellbeing such as submitting a housing application or maintaining his court-ordered treatment (COT). He eventually fell off and lost his COT status because the “clinical coordinator”failed to submit the required court documentation on time. Even worse, the person functioning as his clinical coordinator was not clinically qualified, she was working under a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certificate, without a clinical degree or license. Yet she was making critical decisions that directly affected my son’s care and legal status. That lack of training and expertise had serious consequences for him. The clinical coordinator and the clinic director also failed to recognize that my son needed a legal guardian. They didn’t even initiate a fiduciary review until I provided them with legal documentation proving emergency temporary guardianship. That was a responsibility they should have recognized and acted on long before. The result? My son declined significantly while in their care. But after I stepped in and got him the proper support outside of Terros , he began to thrive. He now has insight into his mental health challenges, lives independently with his own lease, and has been substance-free for over two years! I waited to write this because I wanted to be fair, and to confirm that Terros staff were wrong when they repeatedly told me my son "would never have insight," "didn’t want help or housing," and "didn’t need a guardian." They could not have been more wrong. Terros failed my son. They failed to act with empathy, competence, or professionalism and I can only imagine how many other vulnerable individuals have been similarly failed by this clinic. To families seeking help: RUN. Do not leave your loved one in the hands of this Terros system. The only person who consistently treated my son with compassion and kindness was the security guard and for that, I am truly grateful. Shame on this clinic for failing our most vulnerable.

literally cannot think of a more unreliable place that has not a single person that has a working brain cannot wait to never step foot in this dump again like being court ordered to a place that isn't capable of doing… anything but feeling like a parole officer that don't give a single crap about you is insane in itself like yeah i'm getting tired of a court order than was basically fabricated by the doctors in the psych ward and then listen to them just be like "are you okay?" and then when you actually ask them of anything they just NEVER EVER fulfill their end like it would be easier if this place was an farce attendance for people just pretending to be better for these ignorant people that have more control over your lives than you do yourself all for them to again what?? not care and not do their job that unfortunately is paying them and for the donuts and all the fast food in their case manager room like actually be so for real.

[HORRIBLE UPDATE at TOP OF REVIEW] Final update: Kenny the case manager laughed at me after I told him I would “do my absolute best not to kill myself in the meantime while I wait patiently” for my medication to be… filled. They keep hanging up the call because they’re about to close and they don’t want to take my call. They just want to clock out at 5:30 and leave. But what I need from them is just a simple email address if they’d only pick up the phone. And it’s not my cell service. Edit 1: Now encountering the same issue again, I start calling at 5:20 pm today because no one called me back after I was promised I’d receive a call back today. But no one is answering the phone. I’ve called 3 times in a row and they all just end with me being hung up on. Main point and issue being that they were supposed to call me back today about my Alprazolam prescription, as I’m going into withdrawal after not having it for 4 days. If only terros would do their job, I wouldn’t be at risk for seizures right now.

To me life well was much better I don't know why they switch from life well to tarot's or life all the tarot it it's not the greatest clinic I've been to I really do want to switch I'm not getting much help from them… I'm pretty much doing everything on my own they just don't seem to care and when you have to speak to a case manager you're waiting all day the front desk say oh well let them know you're there and then 5 hours later case manager will come out or some of your team and say oh you're there I'm like you told me to come down so they do kind of suck
