Lifeline Behavioral Health – Avondale

I don't know why the other reviews are they way they are. I have gone here and have been treated exceptionally well by the Therapists. I will say there is some slight disorganization in the beginning but once… everythings on track they follow through and have a truly caring team that does the best they can with their resources for their patients.

They just book random appointments and then discharge you lol

Never answer calls, their building doesn't have no name, no address number, they are not open when they are suppose to be from what's listed. Don't waste time here.

It is awful from the total lack of answering the phone, to the lack of calling back after leaving voicemails, and the dbt sessions and the annoyed face of the in person counselor. All terrible. THIS IS A LIFE LINE FOR… HUMAN BEINGS, DO BETTER!

Call make a appointment to help but did not make the appointment for me. They need a credit card or debit card on file. I am unemployed and trying to collect disability. I haven't been working for a couple years I had… no need of a bank account or credit. I am in debt with those institutions. Actually drowning in debt and stress out of my mind part of the reason I called. Thanks for the turn away Lifeline PCS.

Incredibly unprofessional lobby employees. Completely disrespected my wife and I while waiting for our appointment time for our FIRST session. Left us waiting 10 minutes after our appointment time started to be greeted… by the counselor. Our medical insurance covered the counseling sessions, but if we had to pay out of pocket I would have been willing to take legal action not to pay them a dime. I would not recommend their service will tell our military channels to no longer recommend this business.

I have been seeing my counselor here for 9 months and she is amazing! She has helped me through a very difficult year. The virtual therapy option is convenient and easy for fitting into my schedule too.
